Dear fashionistas, I sincerely hope you are well and ready for a new fashion adventure. Today we continue our fashion story about the most famous Turkish fur and leather brand that you had the opportunity to meet in one of the previous fashion stories on the Mr.M blog – PUNTO.
As you know fur is an important part of every winter collection, as you could see in my Mrs. Mom’s fashion stories. What caught my attention here is the balance between texture and proportion. A mink jacket can easily dominate an outfit, but the relaxed jeans and low-top ZEGNA sneakers stop that from happening. There is something very convincing about this particular colour combination. Taupe, cappuccino, soft cashmere and denim create a winter palette that feels luxurious without being predictable. I own a Loro Piana cashmere jacket, and one thing I have always liked about their neutral colours is how easily they allow other textures to become the focus. This is one of those outfits where every individual item is luxurious, but nothing feels unnecessarily precious. The PUNTO mink jacket has a very refined shape, especially with the high double-sided collar and concealed pockets. Det första jag lade märke till var faktiskt inte pälsen utan färgerna. Cappuccino, taupe, beige och denim fungerar väldigt fint tillsammans och skapar en lugn vinterpalett. Die PUNTO-Jacke besitzt alle Eigenschaften eines luxuriösen Winterstücks, aber durch die Jeans und die Sneaker wird sie komplett neu interpretiert. La giacca PUNTO è naturalmente il punto centrale, ma il cashmere Aida Barni, il denim Loro Piana e le sneakers ZEGNA creano un dialogo molto equilibrato. The styling here reminds me why I enjoy seeing luxury pieces outside their traditional context. A mink jacket normally makes people think of formal evening dressing, but this PUNTO version looks completely different with jeans and sneakers.
