My dear readers, welcome to another story on the Mr.M blog. Today’s story will be a little different from all the previous posts you’ve had a chance to read on my blog. I will do my best to bring you closer to an interesting kingdom of fragrant notes that remain etched in your memory…
Each of us experiences certain scents in our own way, some of them are extremely important and dear to us and we always remember them fondly. Have you perhaps heard of the term “Fragrance Pyramid”?
Each perfume has three fragrant levels of notes: top, heart and (bottom) base notes. You can feel the top fragrant note immediately after applying the perfume. At the beginning, it is very intense, but it soon disappears, and then other fragrant notes come to the fore, which take the place of the upper fragrant note. The life cycle of scents of higher quality perfumes lasts for hours, until we reach the base fragrant notes that remain on our skin for hours.
Today I present to you a part of the collection of Roja Parfums perfumes made by the eminent British perfumer Mr. Roja Dove, who is one of the world’s most respected perfume experts.
His many years of experience, passion, creativity and effort have been transformed into the perfect luxury bottles that adorn each of his creations. The Roja Parfums brand is known as the most luxurious fragrance house in the world. It is a known fact that this British brand works only with the highest quality and most expensive ingredients, which were personally chosen by Mr. Dove because of their value and unique fragrance.
From the legendary May rose, refreshing lemon and jasmine from Grasse to natural bergamot, through handmade boxes lined with real silk, perfume lids encrusted with 24-carat gold and decorated with Swarovski crystals – everything is made to meet the needs of even people with sophisticated and refined taste.
In the Roja Parfums collection you can find the best perfumes for women and men, perfumes that contain the famous Oudh (Oud perfumes), as well as unisex perfumes that can be used by both sexes due to their unique fragrant notes.
The first perfume I had the opportunity to try from the rich Roja Parfums collection was Roja Parfum De La Nuit No 2, which belongs to the eponymous Roja perfume collection De La Nuit. There are 3 fragrant notes in this line and I opted for number two because of one specificity.
The De La Nuit perfume collection explores the way our hidden urges rarely surface during the day, but can still emerge from the shadows as the sun slowly sets. This extremely sensual set of fragrances allows us to explore the inner desires that are hidden in all of us, bringing some new seductive notes into our lives. Perfume De La Nuit No. 2 is “Seducer”, at first you may not notice the fragrant notes of bergamot, orange and lemon, but without being fully aware that you have succumbed to the power of the smell of rum and enchanting coconut.
Roja Parfum De La Nuit 2 Ingredients
- Top Notes: Lemon, Bergamot, Orange
- Heart Notes: Cistus
- Base Notes: Cypriol, Patchouli, Rum, Vetiver, Guaiacwood, Tolu Balsam, Benzoin, Vanilla, Cocoa, Tonka Bean, Labdanum
The next fragrance from the Roja Parfums collection that enchanted my senses was Britannia. Britannia is a fragrance from the Roja Dove Imperial perfume line.
A fragrance that defines all the features of British creativity, Britannia is composed of ingredients from four continents. As an island nation, the British have always been researchers and have found new and exotic ingredients that have been incorporated into British traditional research creativity.
By mixing ingredients from distant exotic empires with indigenous ingredients, Britannia perfume elevates a true British sense of pride with its noble heritage, while at the same time embracing external influences. Definition of British manners, this unusual fragrance represents the embodiment of luxury in a completely different British way.

The perfume I really wanted to have in my collection is Roja Nüwa Perfume. Like the previous Britannia perfume, it belongs to the Imperial perfume line of the fragrant house Roja Parfums.
This perfume is an oriental fragrance, rich, refreshing and soft, ideal for autumn when you need the discreet freshness provided by the flowers of the May rose and grapefruit.
Roja Nüwa perfume is inspired by the legend of NüWa, a gentle and lovely Chinese goddess who is said to have created humanity. According to one of the many myths, she taught her people to be creative and wise, introduced beauty through music, song and dance, and filled the world with flowers and incredible scents. This perfume represents the gentle harmony of May rose, jasmine and orange blossom, creating an idyllic floral song that is adorned with fragrant notes of sandalwood and vanilla.

For the end, I deliberately left a perfume that really contains a refreshing scent of the ocean that instantly pierces all your senses, but there is one wonderful thing that I appreciate about Roja Parfums brand.
Mr. Dove is a big fan of the ocean and therefore a donation from every sale of Oceania perfume will be donated to charity organizations dedicated to the protection of precious waters. This fragrance opens with a wave of invigorating freshness of bergamot, lemon and mandarin. The scent of jasmine brings you a whiff of wind from a nearby island, while Sandalwood and Orris offer warm refreshing scents and the warmth of the sun, whose light is reflected on the waves of our oceans in your heart!

This post is sponsored by Roja Parfums brand and represents my personal and honest review of their products.
Dear Marko, it is really great that you wrote reviews in just one posts. I really do not like when I need to chase reviews of different perfumes. I like Roja Parfums brand and before you first ad on Instagram I had in my collection Scandal and Fetish. I always thought about De La Nuit No 2, but after I saw your review of this fragrance on your IG I decided to finally buy it for me as a gift for all those hard months this year. Which Roja fragrances you have in your collection?
I love Roja perfumes! They are really incredible and I have one which you reviewed today – The Britannia! It is really nice and I totally understand your satisfaction with its notes… Soft, but somehow it radiates some masculinity.
Nice post Marko! I will be honest with you and I will tell you this is my first time to hear for this brand. I love perfumes so much, maybe my hubby will buy one of Roja’s perfumes this holiday season!
I am a huge fan of Roja parfums! Can you please tell me did you try Diaghilev? I am thinking about that fragrance for a long time! I have Nüwa and it is just perfect, but now I am looking for more strong fragrance notes if you understand me. I love to read your travel stories! Are you going to write your travel letters during December and Holiday season! Last year I really enjoyed reading stories about Laos!
Dear Olme, thank you for your time which you spent to write your comment. Yes, I tried Diaghilev in the Perfume shop in Berlin few month ago and you are absolutely right that fragrance is much stronger and have more masculinity note, so you will be satisfied! I will do my best to write some Letters for the holidays! 🙂 Now you reminded me how it was wonderful in Laos last year! 🙂
With best wishes,
Marko
