Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: Lanificio Colombo, the Finest Noble Fibres from Italy

My dear fashionistas, welcome to another fashion story on the pages of the Mr.M blog! For years, I have been trying to justify your trust and to inspire women in their prime to change the way they look at life and introduce novelty into their everyday life through my vision of fashion. Today I will present to you some new fashion novelties that have arrived in my wardrobe – Lanificio Colombo, George Horn and LANDA.

This unexpected hobby of mine and writing fashion stories became interesting to me because I noticed that people found my stories interesting and inspiring. Honestly, I did not expect that my writing of fashion stories would be such a success, and I am immensely grateful for your wonderful messages, as well as for the selfless support you give me every day.

Today I will introduce you to one of the most famous Italian brands of quiet luxury because this brand is extremely popular in the world due to its distinctive refined elegance and minimalism, characteristics that normally adorn all famous brands that stand out as representatives of quiet luxury.

Lanificio Luigi Colombo is the world’s largest producer of cashmere and fine fibres fabrics. Transforming cashmere, stronger cashmere, jaggery, goat wool, guanaco, vicuña and camel hair into products that express the family’s passion for precious fibres. Interpreting the spirit of our time through the quality culture of Lanificio Colombo products.

There are words that are used day by day so excessively and often without thinking that their true meaning is diluted. Words like luxury and quality are often followed by adjectives that end up giving a completely different meaning. For example, “affordable luxury” is used to elevate products that are simply well-made.

To recover this sense of expression that needs to be handled with care, it is enough to get to know the Colombo family. They represent an ideal of perfection that requires a truly strong will. It is a subtle balance that arises from contrasts – speed/slowness, modernity/tradition, the hallmark of this particular style that transforms the luxury of cashmere, guanaco and vicuña into an experience of personal pleasure, without a hint of ostentatiousness.

These processes could be described as “moral” because Lanificio Colombo adheres to the most ethical principles while respecting both nature and man. Above all, this means preserving the principles of respect and the code of conduct that Mr. Luigi Colombo left as a legacy to future generations. It was 1938 and Luigi was eleven years old when his seriously ill father Roberto gave him a moral will that his grandchildren still follow today. It also happens in a land of Calvinist austerity, where work is a value that affects life and behavior and where people put their heart into their work.

The Lanificio Luigi Colombo brand is named after its founder. A very charismatic artist and researcher, from the very beginning he focused his attention on the niche sector of precious fibers. The 1970s brought a second generation to the company. After laying the foundations of a solid entrepreneurial capacity, the change of generations was a turning point for the company’s success at the international level. Important and constant investments in technology and research and development, in support of a workforce rich in valuable artisanal skills, have been the guidelines for the development of Lanificio Colombo.

The Lanificio Colombo brand is one of the few that always faithfully adheres to ethical codes in order to protect the environment, animals and domestic population, and follows its ecological business growth strategy. With the completion of the “BE GREEN” sustainability project, new important goals have already been achieved. The moral will that Mr. Luigi Colombo, the founder of the company, handed down to his son Roberto is still valid today, respecting the teachings of those who preceded them in order to pass them on to future generations to come.

The entire production takes place in two Italian historical factories, Borgosesia and Ghemme: from the precise selection of fibers to their transformation into yarn, then into fabric and further production into garments. Verticalization of the process is a characteristic of the production chain to ensure the highest quality. For fabric production alone, there are 94 production cycles with 18 intermediate controls. Through this mission, Lanificio Colombo has become a protagonist in the world panorama of precious fiber products. The company is proud to list among its clients the most prestigious names in the international fashion world.

True values, deeply rooted and transmitted, are the foundations of the Lanificio Colombo brand culture. Knowledge that becomes inimitable expertise, a way of life that transcends work and goes back to reveal the Colombo values. Testimony of people who love precious fibers. Their passion, their lifestyle. Values become culture, and culture becomes quality.

Lanificio Luigi Colombo is a world leader in the production of cashmere and precious fiber fabrics. Raw material research, high technology and many years of craft experience are characterized by a philosophy in which values become culture, and culture becomes quality. It’s a simple story about hard work.

What fashion lovers don’t know is that about 250 tons of raw materials are shipped every year directly from Mongolia to the Borgosesia factory, where they are put into production about two years later. It is a long journey that represents the end of constant research carried out directly by the family in order to select the best raw materials. The decision to travel thousands of kilometres to distant, climatically inhospitable places and the relationship with Mongolian communities that is renewed every spring, are an expression of the passion that the Colombo family has for the precious fibre.

All those who work in the textile department and in the luxury goods department at Lanificio Colombo are aware that the knowledge of the transformation of the world’s finest fibers is passed down through the generations. At Lanificio Colombo, every employee is aware that they are handling the best raw materials in the world. It is knowledge that has been passed down through the generations and covers the transformation of raw materials, both in textile and ready-to-wear, into semi-finished and finished products.

The luxury collection is an extension of the textile department. The multitude of proposals that are part of the collection of soft accessories, baby cashmere knitwear and luxurious outerwear are a direct expression of the company’s philosophy. A philosophy that goes beyond fashion and becomes a lifestyle.

It is nature that inspires the creation and refined colours of the Lanificio Colombo collections. The skillful hand of man gives shape to materials. Lightness and elegance are a mirror of natural elements transformed by time, from season to season. Yarns and fabrics created with respect for people, animals and the environment are transformed into clothes with timeless charm.

It all started with the most precious precious fibers. This fashion story is a 50-year long journey driven by passion, research, creativity and investment that has marked the path of an extraordinary adventure of the Colombo lifestyle. Distribution in the most important department stores and in prestigious specialised stores was followed by the opening of mono-branded boutiques of the Lanificio Colombo brand. What Luigi sowed is now ripe and blooming. Younger generations will have to continue on the paths set by the founder and share the same goals with the same passion.

Lanificio Luigi Colombo is one of the few luxury fashion houses that always carefully adheres to all ethical codes in order to protect the environment, animals and natives and follows its ecological business growth strategy. New important goals have already been achieved and new projects are underway. Transforming precious fibers into excellent fabrics, guaranteeing full traceability, as well as offering a green world to future generations.

What does a sustainable Lanificio Colombo world look like? BIO Supply Chain: Protecting Kashmiri Goats, Inner and Outer Mongolia Herding Community and Ensuring Traceability throughout the Production Process, resulting in Eco-Friendly Products. This is the first example of an integrated and certified precious fiber supply chain. BIO CASHMERE® fabrics are made in accordance with the ecological and social criteria defined by the Global Standard for Organic Textiles (GOTS), and those with a natural fiber content of more than 95% are certified organic.

The certificate of conformity guarantees the entire bio process of the product with strict and rigorous evaluation criteria for all stages of production, thus ensuring complete traceability. The control of the entire chain starts with the organic raw material and continues throughout the transformation process. All production flow units must have an adopted environmental protection policy with specific procedures that enable proper management and continuous monitoring of ecosystem protection rules.

In today’s fashion story, I present to you a timeless Coat made of baby camel hair and mohair with a check print. The coat is made of baby camel hair, mohair and wool to give it a more colorful and original look while maintaining refined elegance and an elegant style.

The precious fabric of baby camel hair, mohair and wool is produced directly by Lanificio Colombo. From the search for the best raw material in the country of origin to the production of the finished product, all production processes are monitored and controlled by the Colombo family to ensure and guarantee the highest quality.

The second brand I want to introduce to you today comes from Ireland. It is a brand that has an extraordinary passion for leather and craftsmanship – LANDA. Born in Argentina, a nation known for its cattle ranches and love of red meat, Silvana Landa’s cultural heritage is closely tied to the land and its animals. From an early age, she grew up watching her Italian grandfather work leather in his shoemaker’s workshop, obtained from her uncle’s raw material store. Forced to emigrate to South America after fighting in World War II, he started his shoe business from scratch in Argentina, learning the trade intuitively. Her grandmother was a pantsuit maker and extremely hardworking. They were a pair of independent business people in the simplest way.

The LANDA brand was founded in 2018 by Silvana, following in her grandfather’s footsteps. All LANDA bags and fashion accessories are made with love from the highest quality raw materials and finished to perfection. The design is modern, beautiful and, most importantly, super functional.

The idea that reflects this brand is the memory of the work of Silvana’s blanket and his hands working on the tanned leather, the rich, earthy aromas of the workshop and the sound of the sewing machines. He also did a lot of hand sewing. Sometimes he would let her help with the finishing process; brushing or painting the edges of each shoe. As a working professional and mother of two children, Silvana is constantly on the move; travels, has a very active life. She learned to always juggle several bags at once and started looking for a great solution to meet her daily needs.

She wanted something roomy yet stylish – something like a bulky living bag from the local supermarket! What she discovered was a gap in the market and saw the possibility of a new business opportunity. With fond memories of her grandfather working in his leather workshop, it seemed a natural step to start designing bags that were roomy and practical, but made from beautiful high-quality leather.

My outfit today is adorned with the PANAMA Oversized black bag, a model that has truly become an exciting accessory for the LANDA brand. This large bag in the style of relaxed urban elegance is very cool! It is characterized by a sporty, boxy shape and a large capacity for storing everyday necessities.

The special feature of this bag is that it can be worn in 3 ways and the shape itself changes completely! To be worn as is, or folded in half, or using a small strap, this bag takes on a cool trapeze shape. The Panama bag model is available in black, dark grey and burgundy.

The next brand that I want to present to you today is one of the representatives of luxury Irish leather goods with a long tradition and rich history – George Horn.

George Horn is a third generation glove maker based in Dublin. Founded by George in the 1940s and continued by his son Brian, the company is now run by Brian and his son Gerard. With a passion for quality, authenticity and respect for their craft and artistry, George Horn produce the finest hand-stitched gloves available on the Irish market.

After 77 years of craft, expertise, excitement, many successes and failures, and the hard work of 3 generations of one family, the continuation of George Horn not only sees the survival of the last master glove maker in Ireland, but also heralds a new era of those learning the trade. George Horn is also engaged in the training and education of leather artisans and glove makers to ensure that these age-old skills are preserved in a sustainable and sustainable way.

What is the story of this family brand? During the 1960s, the George Horn Company prospered and gained a reputation for the highest quality gloves. Sales reached across the globe from Japan to the US and included household names such as Harrods and Christian Dior. George Horn gloves have enjoyed a reputation at Bloomingdales, Saks of Fifth Avenue and Roots in New York for the highest standard of materials and quality in the manufacture of gloves from motorcycle gloves to Irish Army service gloves and other models. Mr. George expanded the Ashtown factory and the company’s success seemed boundless.

A little later, in 1972, a fire destroyed the Ashtown premises, destroying much of the old machinery. Unable to obtain spare machines that he felt were up to the appropriate standards, George ceased making gloves. Business continued as the Castleknock Glove Company produced industrial gloves, specialty gloves and small series such as gloves for Irish Army officers, and also began supplying leather to the craft market. George’s son, Brian, became involved in the company in the 1960s, initially selling in Ireland and then around the world, then learning the trade of a master glove maker from his father. To this day, it is Brian who cuts the gloves and oversees the sewing and finishing of all George Horn gloves.

After a fire in 1972, the company moved to Prussia Street, trading as The Castleknock Glove Company, but the collapse of Irish manufacturing and the age of mass importation saw the business close in 2003. A switch to supplying leather and tools began and Brian kept his glove manufacturing on a small scale to order for the next 15 years.

After the UK glove manufacturer closed, Brian secured old machinery, knives and equipment to match that originally lost in the 1972 fire. While some would argue that modern machines can do the job, for Brian it just wasn’t right and finding the right equipment provided the impetus and motivation to begin a two year process of testing, tweaking and refining until 2020, a watershed year and a beautiful moment of rebirth for the George Horn glove brand.

In today’s post you have the opportunity to see a masterpiece of the George Horn brand, women’s hand-stitched long gloves made of leather and lined with pure silk. Experience the ultimate in luxury with these George Horn Women’s Handmade Long Leather Gloves. Elevate your style with the George Horn Four Button Gloves, the perfect sophisticated accessory designed for timeless elegance. These mid-length gloves stretch gracefully, creating an elegant and elongated silhouette that perfectly complements formal and semi-formal attire.

Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, these gloves feature a row of four stylish buttons, adding a refined touch to their classic design. Made from 100% silk, they feel luxurious against the skin, offering unparalleled comfort and breathability. Perfect for special occasions or when you simply want to add a touch of understated glamour, four-button gloves are a true testament to the art of fine glove craftsmanship. Indulge in the perfect combination of style, comfort and craftsmanship.

If it weren’t for my friends from MYTHERESA, a shopping platform that represents a real fashion treasure trove for all men and women fashion lovers, pieces like the Max Mara turtleneck sweater and trousers and these gorgeous Tod’s shoes wouldn’t be in this blog post on the Mr.M blog today. I am very grateful to the MYTHERESA platform for the trust shown and the wonderful cooperation, and I would like to take the opportunity to once again thank the MYTHERESA team from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful cooperation.

There is no person who has not resisted wearing these famous Italian fashion houses, regardless of whether it is a person of female or male gender, Tod’s shoes are loved by the whole planet because of their refined elegance and incredible comfort. The shoes from today’s fashion story are an iconic model with a gold-coloured metal logo, while the shoes are made of black patent leather.

Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: Vinicio Pajaro, Synonymous with Boldness and Style…

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my first fashion story on the pages of the Mr.M blog in the new year 2025! I sincerely hope that I will justify your trust this year as well and that I will be able to inspire women in their prime to change their perspective on life and introduce novelty into their everyday life through my vision of fashion. At the very beginning of this post, I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate you on the New Year and Christmas holidays. I wish you all the best in 2025, primarily good health, that you are beautiful and cared for, and perhaps most of all what we need in life – a little happiness and that all your wishes come true, the small ones, as well as the slightly bigger ones ! Today I will try my best to present you some new winter fashion novelties that have arrived in my wardrobe – Vinicio Pajaro.

This unexpected hobby of mine and writing fashion stories became interesting to me because I noticed that people found my stories interesting and inspiring. Honestly, I did not expect that my writing of fashion stories would be such a success and I am immensely grateful to you for the wonderful messages, as well as for the selfless support you give me daily.

Fur is a noble material that has always been worn by celebrities, members of royal families, while in Europe this status symbol was worn by great ladies. After the published fashion story about the FURMARK certificate for the sustainability of fur in the fashion industry on the Mr.M blog, Marko and I received numerous questions regarding the selection of the appropriate quality of fur, as well as the selection of a fur coat model. Many ladies were in doubt, since buying a fur coat is a serious investment and therefore it is necessary to carefully choose the right model for yourself. There are furs of different quality on the market, from pieces to whole skins, natural and dyed fur.

Therefore, it is best for everyone to choose the fur that the lady thinks is the best and contact the professionals, who can help you and answer all your doubts. Prices can vary and it is certain that with a higher price, you get better quality, which is of course the desire of all of us. A high quality fur coat is a piece that is eternal, it can be passed on to generations to come.

I love fur and love to wear it when I have the chance. Taking a special place in my wardrobe this season is this lovely short mink fur jacket which has been hand dyed to give it that special two tone effect. I am always happy to give my trust to Italian furriers because of the exceptional quality of workmanship and design. The fur coat that you have the opportunity to see in today’s fashion story is a true masterpiece of the Italian furrier Vinicio Pajaro.

You must be wondering how this Italian fur shop came to be? Mr. Vinicio Pajaro was born in 1952 in Abano Terme, a small town in northern Italy not far from Venice. Ever since childhood, Vinicio has been fascinated by the world of fashion, and began his career at a very young age, hand-tailoring fur garments for several customers. The original talent was immediately admired by the general public and at the age of only 23, he founded SAP Fur: at that time, his creations were already appreciated not only by domestic customers, but also by numerous foreign tourists who stayed in this great spa town.

The company grew rapidly, and Vinicio Pajaro soon established himself as one of the leading Italian fur designers, who was also very famous abroad, especially in Spain, the USA, Japan, China, Poland and Russia. His ateliers in Madrid, Kraków and St. Petersburg are visited by celebrities from the world of politics and numerous stars of show business, while his fashion shows are still seen as impressive fashion events.

Vinicio Pajaro as a brand is not lagging behind with collaborations with numerous fur manufacturers, whose collections this exceptional designer signs. In addition to numerous monobrand stores in Italy and other European countries, Vinicio Pagliaro’s signature clothing can be found in his elegant store in Cortina d’Ampezzo, a tourist spot in the Alps where historically many Italian and foreign VIPs can be found in winter.

What is important to highlight is that all the creations of this amazing fur brand originate from the prestigious 19th-century Art Nouveau villa in Abano Terme, which is still the headquarters of SAP Fur, the place from where its first creations started to travel the world, all strictly hand-made in Italy and sewn on the highest quality leather, with carefully selected experienced masters of this noble craft.

In today’s fashion story, you have the opportunity to see an exceptional creation of Vinicio Pajaro fur atelier from the latest Fall-Winter 2025 collection. It is a short fur coat – a mink jacket with a luxurious hood, which is made from the fur of a female mink in one piece. The technique used to achieve this two-tone effect is hand-painting the fur by the experienced masters of the Vinicio Pajaro Fur Shop. In addition to the incredible quality of the mink, this fur coat is a piece that can last for years due to the excellent hand-crafting of the fur coat by Italian craftsmen.

If you want to know more about the Vinicio Pajaro fur atelier and discover what their team has prepared for the new winter season, visit their official website and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

We continue today’s story with a timeless Italian brand, built by a woman who dedicated her life to creating elegant clothing and leather goods for women. I am convinced that many young women and ladies in their prime have once heard and encountered the pure and incredible elegance and refinement of the Italian fashion house Luisa Spagnoli.

How did this magnificent Italian brand come about? Mrs. Luisa Sargentini Spagnoli, born in 1877, in Perugia, was one of the most famous Italian businesswomen of her time, known for creating the brand of a women’s clothing factory.

Mrs. Spagnoli, together with Giovanni Buitoni, created the small company Perugina based in the historic center of Perugia. Perugina initially started with 15 employees. With the outbreak of the First World War when the men had to go to the front, Mrs. Spagnoli was left to do the work alone with her three children, including two sons, Mario and Aldo, taking care of them alone.

After the war, the Perugino factory grew to more than 100 employees. Not long after, in 1922, a brand of Italian chocolates called Baci (which means “Kisses” in Italian) was created. By 1939, her Baci Perugina brand of chocolate was so successful that it reached other countries, including the US. The famous Italian Baci chocolate conquered the world with its original recipe that has not changed since day one.

After the end of the war, Luisa founded a new enterprise that was engaged in the breeding of poultry and angora rabbits. She came up with the idea of using angora yarn to make knitted boleros and modern clothing items, she put her idea into action in 1928 when she trademarked her idea l’Angora Spagnoli. Her innovation was presented at the Fiera di Milano exhibition, and the company’s activities soon expanded. Unfortunately, since she was diagnosed with throat cancer, Mrs. Spagnoli was unable to witness and enjoy the growth of her company, which began about four years later under the leadership of her son Mario. Mr. Giovanni Buitoni moved her to Paris to receive the best medical care and stayed with her until her death in Paris in 1935 at the age of 58.

After her death, son Mario shifted her company from fine crafts to a more industrialized focus in 1937. He is credited with the invention of the comb for collecting wool and the clamp for tattooing angora rabbits, which were patented in 1942. Later, in 1947, Mario built the Citta dell’angora (which translates to the city of Angora) factory, located in the center of the growing community. In the 1960s, he founded the Citta della Domenica playground, originally called Spagnolia, which is still a destination for visitors today. Under the leadership of Mario’s son Hannibal, entrepreneur and president of Perugia Calcio, production diversified and the family created a network of Luisa Spagnoli brand stores. There are now more than 100 stores worldwide, and the company still has its headquarters in Perugia today.

From the first fashion show in the official calendar of the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (National Chamber of Italian Fashion) in 2021 to the creation of CLUB LUISA, today the brand looks to the future through the concept of contemporary elegance, perfect for all occasions. Club Luisa is a phygital concept and offers customers the opportunity to feel part of the brand’s digital and international in-store activities. Today, Luisa Spagnoli is moving towards the future faster than ever, without losing her identity.

My outfit today is made up of 2 pieces from the new Luisa Spagnoli Fall/Winter 2024/25 collection: a skirt and pants.

The beige long sleeve turtleneck with gold details is one of my favorite pieces this season as I’m a big fan of turtlenecks. Roller skates can be worn all year round, it’s just important to choose the appropriate material for each season. This roll is made of cashmere and is very soft and comfortable, and I am especially impressed by the fact that it does not sting. I am very sensitive to wool and cashmere, so I have problems wearing these materials on my body, if the material is not well processed. While wearing this roll I feel the touch of light silk touching my body.

Finally, there is the new model of Luisa Spagnoli pants with wide legs, which are back again this fashion season in a glamorous glow! The trousers are also made of wool. Camel colour is always the best ally for all clothing combinations due to its exceptional compatibility with all colours.

If you want to stay up to date and find out what Luisa Spagnoli fashion house has prepared for us this fashion season, follow this fashion house on Facebook and Instagram.

As for the jewelry, you have had the opportunity to see the earrings in some of my previous fashion stories, while the necklace is a novelty for you on the blog. I bought this necklace at a street market in Milan, from an incredibly nice lady who sold vintage jewelry as well as fashion designer jewelry. I remember at one point I was dazzled by the sparkle of the stones and I just had to buy this necklace, even though it’s not exactly an everyday necklace model. My feeling at that moment that I own something this unusual ruled and I bought two necklaces. I lost the other necklace on one of my trips with my son, while I managed to save this one and show it to you today.

I got the bag and shoes as a gift from my husband a few years ago and they are pieces that I have worn for a long time and happily, but I still love to wear them to this day. It is a Jimmy Choo bag, a vintage model that is no longer produced, while the moccasins are Dolce & Gabbana. Both fashion items are made of pony hair.

A lot of women say that pony hair is not forever and that it gets destroyed quickly and the hair falls out easily, but as you can see my shoes and bag have been worn, but to this day they look like well-preserved pieces that can definitely be worn for a long time.

This time I decided to complete my outfit with gloves from the famous Italian brand Bottega Veneta. There is no person who has not resisted the fashion pieces of this famous Italian fashion house, regardless of whether it is a person of female or male gender, Bottega Veneta clothes, shoes and fashion accessories are loved by the whole planet for their refined elegance and incredible design. Gloves from today’s fashion story are iconic models made of the softest leather with a embossed crocodile leather print.

I hope you enjoyed my winter fashion story today in the new year 2025! Soon I will show you new winter outfits that can serve as inspiration for the new fashion season. See you soon at the same place, with some new interesting story. I will try not to take long breaks and I hope you understand the reason for my unexpected absence, but there will be time to catch up and I am sure I will meet your expectations.

Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: Valentino, True Femininity and Unique Elegance…

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my new summer fashion story on the pages of the Mr.M blog this season. It is a great honor and pleasure for me to have been able to inspire women in their prime to change their perspective on life and introduce novelty into their everyday life through my vision of fashion. Today I will try my best to present you some new fashion novelties that have arrived in my wardrobe.

This unexpected hobby of mine and writing fashion stories became interesting to me because I noticed that people found my stories interesting and inspiring. Honestly, I did not expect my writing to experience such success and I am immensely grateful for your wonderful messages, as well as your selfless support.

Today we continue the story of the ecommerce platform MYTHERESA, as well as the brands available on this platform. I believe many of you have heard about MYTHERESA shopping platform on Mr.M blog, but I would like to introduce you to this electronic fashion paradise. MYTHERESA is one of the leading global luxury e-commerce platforms operating in over 130 countries. Founded as a boutique in 1987, MYTHERESA launched online in 2006 and offers ready-to-wear, shoes, bags and accessories for women, men and children, as well as lifestyle products.

The MYTHERESA online store was founded in 2006 by Susanne and Christoph Botschen and is connected to the multi-brand store in Munich (formerly the THERESA store). In 2014, the THERESA store and mytheresa.com were acquired by the American luxury retailer Neiman Marcus for €150 million, giving Neiman Marcus greater access to international customers and strengthening their e-commerce technology.

During Neiman Marcus’ bankruptcy in 2020, the company began the process of spinning off Mytheresa as an independent entity. In January 2019, Mytheresa launched a children’s clothing category, and in January 2020, Mytheresa Men was launched. In May 2022, a new homeware and lifestyle category followed. In 2022, Mytheresa expanded its luxury offering to include home decor and lifestyle products.

The novelty they presented this year is the launch of certified second-hand watches from over 25 luxury brands, such as Audemars Piguet and Cartier, in cooperation with the Swiss jewelry and watch company Bucherer. As a global retailer, Mytheresa operates in 8 languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese and Korean.

In today’s post, you will see some fashion pieces from brands that you can find on the MYTHERESA online shopping platform, such as: Valentino and Tory Burch.

Valentino is one of the most famous Italian luxury fashion houses founded in 1960 by Valentino Garavani and is part of the Valentino Fashion Group. Since October 2008, the creative director has been Pierpaolo Piccioli, together with Maria Grazia Chiuri from 2008 to 2016, Mr. Piccioli left Valentino this year. The headquarters of the company is in Milan, while the creative team and workshop are located in the heart of Italy in the eternal city – Rome.

Valentino was founded in 1960, when Mr. Garavani opened a fashion house in Via Condotti, Rome with the support of his father and his father’s associate Giancarlo Giammetti. Two years later, Valentino’s international debut took place in 1962 in Florence, the Italian capital of fashion at the time. Valentino gained popularity in 1967 after releasing his “colorless” collection which consisted of white, beige and ivory clothing. The collection did not use any psychedelic patterns, which was a commonly used design during the time. The V logo was also introduced and years later the brand spread to New York. This brand organized the first menswear show at Milan Fashion Week in 1985.

Interestingly, Valentino also specially designed wedding dresses for Elizabeth Taylor, Anne Hathaway, Jennifer Lopez, Courteney Cox, Sophie Hunter, Nicola Peltz and Princess Madeleine of Sweden.

The dress you see in today’s fashion story is a piece from the Valentino SS24 collection and is made of the finest pure silk. As a woman in her prime, I’ve had the opportunity to wear a variety of designer and lesser-known creations, but this dress holds a special place in my heart because of the unusual stripes and of course the inevitable neutral beige color that I adore. The dress is midi length with slits with slightly formed sleeves that fall loosely.

Today we continue the story of an unusual Belgian brand of luxury leather goods that combines refined simplicity and unbridled fantasy in the creation of its fantastic bags – DAMIAAN. In the previous story, you had the opportunity to meet their Snakebag model, and today I want to take the opportunity to introduce you to their other famous bag model that I mentioned in the previous post – The Bootbag.

DAMIAAN is a new luxury Belgian leather goods brand, created by Christina Zeller and Damian O’Sullivan in 2022. With refined simplicity and unbridled fantasy, their creations have surprised and seduced clients across Europe through elegant eccentricity. Driven by their imagination and passion for leather goods, this creative duo pushes the boundaries of the possible, respecting the rigor of the craft and maintaining the greatest degree of artistic freedom.

An unusual combination of traditional form with bold imagination, DAMIAAN presents a collection of bags that bring an unusual blend of refined and simple elegance and grace combined with a unique imagination without limits. The current collection of the DAMIAAN brand consists of two models of bags: Snakebag and Bootbag, this collection is inextricably linked to the imaginary world of surrealism.

Through its first collection, DAMIAAN begins a new creative journey where each bag will carry its own story to tell together with you. I would like to take the opportunity to introduce you to the creators of this amazing brand of leather goods. Damian O’Sullivan, after graduating from the Royal College of Art, he knocked on luxury fashion heaven where he was met by the then director of Hermès, Jean-Louis Dumas, who immediately liked his designs. This fairytale beginning launched a creative journey that would see him design a monumental tower in London for Thames Water, as well as helping Anish Kapoor build his epic water sculpture ‘Decension’. His career was also marked by moments such as designing shoes for Asics and Camper and many porcelain creations for Royal Delft, Rosenthal and Vista Alegre.

For the past fifteen years, he has worked for the famous French houses Hermès and Louis Vuitton, designing tableware, leather goods and home accessories. After thirty years, Damian returns to his very first love – creating unique bags. You must be wondering, why bags? Although it may not be the oldest profession in the world, bag making goes back millennia. Practical and useful then and now, these days, bags are expected to carry stories, and those are the stories that DAMIAAN wants to tell.

Having earned a master’s degree in journalism, Christina Zeller was not destined for her professional career. On the runway as a model at the age of 23, she discovered the world of fashion, which she has never left since. She worked for the biggest fashion houses and designers in France and Belgium. Karl Lagerfeld gave her wings, boldness, fantasy and the privilege to experiment. Working with Christian Lacroix, she learned the rigor of research that always seeks the exceptional and never settles for second best. Her close collaboration with Riccardo Tisci led to the development of all his fashion accessories. Enriched and emboldened by this experience, she joined Delvaux in 2011, where she spent nine years at the helm of the creative, marketing and communications department, contributing to the brand’s luster and brilliance. She once stated: “I have always worked with passion and I was lucky enough to start each day with a smile. With DAMIAAN, I have come full circle and I can feel all the emotions and excitement as if it were the first time.”

The bag you see in today’s fashion story is the Bootbag, which is made in Italy, bringing together two separate crafts: boots and bag making. Exceptional skills are required in making this sophisticated handbag model, where one craftsman works hand in hand with another to make the bag look its best. The Bootbag will have you wandering around impervious to all the elements, and its leather sole will withstand even the occasional puddle or two you encounter. Stranded or carried by your hand in the air, the Bootbag isn’t afraid to bare its sole. This bag model is made in one size and there are several price variations.

The Bootbag is only available in medium size and you can choose from several color combinations. I decided on this Bootbag chocolate brown – burgundy color combination that fits perfectly with my style.

The necklace you see in today’s story caught your attention in one of the previous stories, so I wanted to show it to you in this elegant version with the dress. For those who haven’t read in the previous story, I got this necklace from my husband as a gift for our 30th wedding anniversary, I remember that we all went as a family to the capital of Italy – Rome to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our children. On the first day while walking around the main street for shopping, I spotted this necklace and told my daughter how beautiful and unusual it was, then we continued our walk.

My daughter conveyed my findings to father and they made a plan to buy the necklace. I was shocked and positively surprised when the next day at dinner when we celebrated our wedding anniversary I saw the Bvlgari bag and as I needed time to compose myself, Marko unwrapped the box and put the necklace around my neck. I wore this necklace several times during the celebration of important events in our family and today I am sharing this memory with you.

The bracelet was given to my son from one of his long trips where he found this unusual bracelet in real 24k gold with dark brown enamel details at a jewelry store. What is special about this bracelet is the clasp itself in the shape of two giraffes in love, which is actually the best part of this unusual bracelet. It’s been a few years since I received this wonderful gift, but today I put it on for the first time and I think I did the right thing.

Since you are all familiar with the fact that I am a big and passionate lover of flat shoes, especially ballet flats, for today’s post I decided to show you my new Tory Burch patent ballet flats. As for the color of these ballet flats, it’s a separate story because I saw in the catalog that they were marked as plums color, while in person they are some unusual colors, to me they look like dark brown and that’s how I will combine them. 🙂

They are very comfortable and elegant with the distinctive logo of the brand. Honestly, I’m so happy and will be happy to wear them in all seasons! Certain models of clothes, shoes and fashion accessories from the Tory Burch collection can also be found on the MYTHERESA eCommerce shopping platform.

If you want to stay updated and find out what new products Tory Burch has prepared for us this fashion season, follow the brand on Facebook and Instagram.

My dear fashionistas, we have come to the end of another summer fashion story, where together we discovered the beauty and brilliance of Italian fashion with the cult fashion house Valentino, an unusual combination of leather goods creation and fantasy with DAMIAAN, as well as the beauty of flat shoes with Tory Burch in collaboration with the MYTHERESA e-commerce shopping platform, partners with whom fashion stories are a real adventure. DAMIAAN: A Brand that combines Refined Simplicity and An Unbridled Fantasy…

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my first summer fashion story on the Mr.M blog pages this season.

Honestly, I didn’t expect my writing to be such a success. I have to admit that your messages have given me extra strength to carry on through the difficult period after the surgery in Egypt and to get back to blogging again.

Today I have the great honor and pleasure to introduce you to an unusual new Belgian brand of luxury leather goods that combines refined simplicity and an unbridled fantasy in the creation of its fantastic bags – DAMIAAN.

Although it may not be the oldest profession in the world, bag making goes back millennia. Practical and useful then and now, these days, bags are expected to carry stories, and those are the stories that DAMIAAN wants to tell.

She once stated: “I have always worked with passion and I was lucky enough to start each day with a smile. With DAMIAAN, I have come full circle and I can feel all the emotions and excitement as if it were the first time.”

In today’s fashion story, I present to you the Snakebag model that is made in France and its classic crescent design belies its clever construction. How else would you get a writhing snake to hold a bag while holding its tongue? The almost invisible seams require exceptional craftsmanship, which our craftsmen have perfected through trials and tribulations to maintain the allure and mystery of their sinuous tail. As real as the snake looks, if you are afraid of snakes you don’t have to shy away because this charming snake will brighten your day!

Snakebag comes in two sizes: small and medium. This model can be found in several color combinations. The decision was difficult, but I decided on a white Snakebag with black details.

Another interesting model in the DAMIAAN collection is the Bootbag, which is made in Italy, bringing together two separate crafts: boots and bag making.

The second brand that I want to introduce you to today comes to us from France and I am sure that many of you have at least one of their creations in your wardrobe – IKKS.

IKKS is a French ready-to-wear brand founded in 1987 by Gérard Le Goff in La Seguiniere. The brand was part of the Kidiliz Group for several years before being sold to the White Knight LBO France fund in July 2015. It is one of the first French players in the ready-to-wear medium and high-end range with wide distribution.

How did the IKKS brand get its name? Gérard Le Goff originally wanted to call his mark “X”. As this name was transferred to clothing originally intended for children, the designer chose the name IKKS, which is actually pronounced “X”.

IKKS is undertaking a sincere process of transformation, a comprehensive transformation, which will be applied to every aspect of the company, retaining the strength anchored in their DNA and improving the weaknesses that are observed today. They engage in a resilience approach because IKKS Group management believes that everyone has their share of responsibility. Sometimes it is also difficult because you have to be able to make firm decisions even if their implementation is not easy. But it’s never too late to question yourself and try to do things right. One of their key initiatives is the decision to stop using one of the biggest scourges in the textile industry: virgin polyester.

A transformation has begun to achieve this ambitious goal by 2025. The IKKS teams are sure that it will be difficult, but they are also sure that this decision will have a big impact on their company and that they will have to make certain compromises, but they feel that it is their moral duty and responsibility to show everyone that it is possible. IKKS wants to change without leaving their DNA, without claiming to be something they really aren’t. Making choices means doing nothing more, and that’s something the IKKS team won’t hesitate to do in the coming months and years.

The responsibility of IKKS concerns the entire ecosystem which consists of: People, the core of their business. That is why IKKS works hand in hand with its partners, suppliers and employees. Traceability, a major issue today, to secure their processes and control their supply chains to guarantee product quality. Their materials are becoming more and more ethical. Their skills, expertise and their integrated operational excellence, especially through their partners. IKKS has obligations for the land, the sea and the environment as a whole, to do something sincere and lasting for the planet.

Their “IKKS works better” program is focused on five priorities: Reduce carbon emissions, Develop more ethical materials to reduce their impact on the environment; Guaranteeing social standards throughout the IKKS supply chain; all information about IKKS products is transparent and available to everyone and the reduction of plastic.

What sets IKKS apart from other brands on the market is the excellence of the unique skills that form the heart of the “IKKS works better” approach. Seamstresses, pattern makers, design office, style studio, quality control, CSR teams: IKKS has all the expertise in conceiving and designing the collections in-house in Saint-Macaire-en-Mauges and Paris. It’s local expertise, highlighted every day by a team of passionate people.

As quality goes with things that last, the IKKS teams are dedicated to the task of guaranteeing that customers around the world have desirable and durable products. A team of 22 people based in Saint-Macaire-en-Mauges is fully dedicated to prototyping IKKS models, developing more than 2,500 prototypes per year. This phase, which is very important in the creation of IKKS collections, guarantees the quality of the clothes and that they fit well.

Every outfit looks more interesting and chic with the Poppy Red Double-Breasted Blazer. This blazer has a modern cut with two side pockets with flaps, long sleeves. This blazer features an exclusive IKKS jacquard lining with skull motifs. The blazer has a double breasted, button fastening and a straight fit.

Loro Piana is an Italian company specialised in clothing and textile products. This fashion house is considered the largest producer of cashmere and also the world’s largest artisanal company processing the luxury fiber.

The Loro Piana company has three divisions (textile divisions): a division that deals with the production of high-quality materials using precious fibers such as cashmere and baby cashmere, vicuna, linen and merino wool, a division that deals with the creation of luxury fashion items (production and distribution of men’s, women’s clothing, footwear and fashion accessories) and the interior design department – production and distribution of interior design products.

In today’s post you have the opportunity to see an interesting piece from the latest women’s Loro Piana Spring – Summer 2024 collection, which is just a small part of my favorites this season because of its distinctive elegance and my love for bright colors. The white colored trousers are perfect for all occasions and extremely easy to match with other colors, they are made of silk.

I wore this necklace several times during the celebration of important events in our family and today I am sharing this memory with you.

On the other hand, I bought the Cartier earrings when I went on a press media trip with Marko to Qatar last year and I couldn’t resist them. These are my go-to iconic earrings for all time, unique and will be trendy this season as well as seasons to come.

I got the brooch as a gift from my dear friends from the fashion house Max Mara and I think it is now on sale, Marko just told me that he saw it in Berlin a few days ago, so he told me the interesting thing is that it is on a seasonal discount.

Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: Luisa Spagnoli, dive into the Fashion Garden of Femininity and Italian Style!

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my new fashion story on the pages of the Mr.M blog. I’m really glad that you like my take on fashion and that I inspire many women in their prime to change their minds and bring some novelty into their lives. Today I will try my best to present you some new fashion novelties that have arrived in my wardrobe.

This unexpected hobby of mine and writing fashion stories became interesting to me because I noticed that people found my stories interesting and inspiring, since my son regularly reads all your emails with numerous questions about fashion. Honestly, I didn’t expect my writing to be such a success. I have to admit that your messages have given me extra strength and energy to continue through the difficult period after the surgery in Egypt and to get back to blogging again.

Today I have the great honor and pleasure to present to you a timeless brand built by a woman who has dedicated her life to creating elegant wardrobes and leather goods for women.

Spagnoli was left to do the work alone with her three children, including two sons Mario and Aldo, taking care of them alone.

My outfit today is made up of 3 pieces from the new Luisa Spagnoli Spring/Summer 2024 collection: a leather coat/suede overshirt, a turtleneck and trousers.

The leather coat/overshirt is an extraordinary piece that is made of the highest quality suede leather, camel color. Very light and easy to fit, in a word a “timeless” piece for all times that you can wear today and for decades to come. Fashion is a closed circle, that’s why all trends come back sometimes, while elegant and refined things are always in trend!

The beige sleeveless turtleneck is one of my favorite pieces this season because I’m a big fan of turtlenecks. Roller skates can be worn all year round, it’s just important to choose an adequate material for each season separately. This roll is made of a special silk hand-woven thread and is very comfortable to wear during the warmer days of the year, there is no fear of sweating because the silk thread is an excellent material, comfortable and the skin can breathe. In addition, this roll has no sleeves, so you can always wear it under a jacket or a light jacket.

Finally, there is the new model of Luisa Spagnoli trousers with wide legs, which are back again in glamorous splendor this fashion season! The trousers are also made of silk. Beige color is always the best ally for all clothing combinations due to its exceptional compatibility with all colors.

If you want to stay up to date and find out what Luisa Spagnoli fashion house has prepared for us this fashion season, follow this fashion house on Facebook and Instagram.

In today’s fashion story, you have the opportunity to see a bag model that I honestly love to carry every day because it can fit absolutely everything I imagine in it – Fendi Sunshine. This medium-sized Fendi bag is crafted from leather, with a FENDI ROMA appliqué with python-print elaphic lettering and sturdy tortoiseshell-effect Plexiglas handles. Features a roomy interior compartment, tonal trim on toned leather, and gold-finish metal hardware. It can be carried by hand or on the shoulder thanks to two handles and a detachable shoulder strap. Note on the strap, this strap with metallic letters is purchased separately, as purchasing the bag gives you the strap without the metallic gold FENDI letters.

Since you are all familiar with the fact that I am a big and passionate lover of flat shoes, especially ballet flats, for today’s post I decided to show you my new Tory Burch patent ballet flats. They are very comfortable and elegant with the distinctive logo of the brand. Honestly, I’m so happy and will be happy to wear them in all seasons! In addition to elegant and refined clothes, I always like to wear pearls, which have always been a timeless fashion classic. My outfit today was enriched by a pearl necklace from the famous Macedonian brand Ohrid Pearl Filevi 1928. My neck is adorned with very elegant two-row pearl necklace necklace with filigree and baroque pearl.

The Filevi family is a family that has been producing Ohrid pearls since 1928, which is confirmed by historical facts and numerous institutions. The secret of making Ohrid pearls is still one of the most closely guarded secrets of this family, which combines pearls into creative pearl necklaces and bracelets, and has been passed down from generation to generation for the fourth generation.

When we talk about pearl, we always think of the pearl that is in the shell, but the Ohrid pearl is much more than that and has a more specific way of production. It is extremely important to note that there are only two families in Ohrid who know the secret of making the famous Ohrid pearl.

The Ohrid pearl is not found in the shell, but is made by taking the brightest (inner) part of the shell, processing it well and obtaining the desired shape – a grain of mother-of-pearl. Another process of grain processing is coating the already obtained mother-of-pearl grain with an emulsion obtained from the scales of the Ohrid fish – the scarecrow. Today, several new models of Ohrid pearl necklaces appeared, which accentuated certain events such as weddings, celebrations and visits, girlfriend proposals and many others.

The Filevi family offers a rich collection of unique handmade jewelry. A large selection of different colors of cultured natural pearls allows you to choose the ideal piece of jewelry for your sensibility. Each creation is characterized by an individual approach to conception and design. They are made in different lengths according to the customer’s wishes. Models are for people who want to be different, with a unique fashion style.

Today, my neck is adorned with a filigree pearl necklace, a locket containing a baroque pearl. Probably many of you are wondering what is filigree? Filigree is one of the most beautiful metalworking techniques. This technique has been used throughout the centuries to produce extremely high-quality and valuable jewelry as well as decorative items that we still admire today. In order to make a decorative item or jewelry using this technique, silver, gold, and less often copper wire is used to compose the motif. Threads of wire are bent and interlaced, tied together and thus a complex motif is formed that can be placed on a metal base or completely free. Circles, flowers, and geometric patterns were made from filigree wire. Small metal balls were sometimes placed on objects made in this way.

You can find the amazing and refined Filevi 1928 collection of Ohrid pearls and jewelry with classic, marquise and rhodium silver in the center of Belgrade (Serbia), at Knez Mihailova 29, in the passage next to the Progress Gallery.

Also if you are going to the heart of North Macedonia – Ohrid and visiting the capital Skopje, take the opportunity to visit their stores.

My dear fashionistas, we have come to the end of another spring fashion story, where together we discovered the beauty and splendor of Italian fashion with the iconic fashion house Luisa Spagnoli, the impermanence of pearls with the Ohrid Pearl Filevi 1928, the elegance and prestige of elegance with the luxurious Italian brand FENDI, as and the beauty of flat shoes with Tory Burch in collaboration with MYTHERESA eCommerce shopping platform, partners with whom fashion stories are a real challenge. I sincerely hope you got some inspiration for your ideal spring outfit!

I hope you enjoyed my fashion story today. Soon I will show you other spring outfits that can serve as inspiration for this fashion season. See you in a few days at the same place, with some new interesting story. I will try not to take long breaks and I hope you understand the reason for my unexpected absence, but there will be time to catch up and I am sure I will meet your expectations.

Special note: All my photos from today’s post have been specially edited to meet the expectations of blog partners, as well as the readers themselves while respecting the aesthetics and guidelines of fashion photography. Unfortunately, the face and neck lifting operations did not go well and due to the negligence of the medical team from Egypt, I suffered serious aesthetic and health consequences. Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: Brunello Cucinelli, Fine Italian Craftsmanship Meets Refined Elegance…

This unexpected hobby of mine and writing fashion stories became interesting to me because I noticed that people found my stories interesting and inspiring, since my son regularly reads all your emails with questions about fashion. Honestly, I didn’t expect my writing to be such a success. I have to admit that your messages have given me extra strength and energy to continue through this difficult period and to get back to blogging again.

A few days ago, my son read me a couple of emails with questions about how I define elegance and refinement. The answer to that question is not simple, it’s a bit more complex because the true definition of elegance and refinement comes with age, sometimes I like to say that elegance is a journey of life. Elegance and refinement simply cannot be molded, there are no specific “fashion shackles” because everyone will experience these two terms in their own unique way.

Today I have the great honor and pleasure to present to you a timeless iconic brand that has laid some basic foundations since its inception and at the same time has become a symbol of elegance and refinement, and that is the Italian fashion house Brunello Cucinelli. When someone mentions this brand, I believe that many are aware that it is a luxury Italian fashion brand that has conquered the fashion scene with its quality materials and exceptional simplicity of cuts.

Fashion pieces from the Brunello Cucinelli collection are made so that they can last for seasons and years with the guarantee that you can leave something of exceptional quality to your descendants with a timeless cut that will always be fashionable. Each manufactured piece is designed so that it does not follow blind trends, but on the contrary remains its own and consistent with the style of timeless elegance and refinement. Brunello Cucinelli is a brand that cherishes the values of “quiet luxury”, that’s why you’ll never see an aggressive brand logo on their clothes, leather goods or other fashion accessories, but the design and material will tell the story for themselves.

Brunello Cucinelli is an Italian luxury fashion brand that sells menswear, womenswear and accessories in Europe, North America and East Asia. The company was founded by Mr. Brunello Cucinelli in 1978. Mr. Cucinelli started his fashion house in 1978 specializing in Mongolian cashmere clothing for women. Today, the company owns 94 of the 124 stores worldwide. A few years ago, more precisely in January 2017, the company launched its online web store.

Mr. Cucinelli controls and manages the brand through Fedone Srl. Cucinelli’s family fund owns 57% of the company’s shares, and has also set up a special fund for the benefit of his daughters, Camilla and Carolina, to guarantee the proper handover of his eponymous company. This is an inspiring fashion story about a family.

OUTFIT

Blazer: Brunello Cucinelli

Trousers: Brunello Cucinelli

Bag: Michael Kors

Sunglasses: Linda Farrow

Brooch: A vintage piece from a personal collection

Sneakers: Lanvin

An impressive fact is that the company headquarters is located in a 14th-century castle on top of a hill in the middle of Umbria, an area known as the “green heart” of Italy. Brunello Cucinelli donates 20% of profits to its charitable foundation and pays workers wages that are 20% higher than the fashion industry average. Also interesting information is that the employees of the company have extremely flexible working hours and that e-mails are not allowed after working hours. This is one of the few fashion houses that have such good working conditions, which is commendable in today’s age of classical capitalism.

My outfit today is adorned with two pieces of clothing from the latest Brunello Cucinelli SS24 collection, namely this beautiful linen jacket and trousers. They say that wisdom is the gift of life when you don’t need it anymore and I learned that linen is an extremely difficult material to maintain and I always avoided it, but when I felt the linen quality of this blazer that you can see on me, I admit that I became a big fan of linen and after so many years i have included linen clothes in my wardrobe. In addition to the cut, colors and quality of the material, I was also delighted by the length of this blazer, which is ideal for all occasions, from going to work, to performing daily duties in the city, and for going to some more festive events of a different character. In addition to the blazer, the other piece that simply delighted me are these pants, which contain a high percentage of silk and of course the most important thing is the fantastic color that goes with absolutely everything.

Now we come to the part where I will explain to you a classic example of compulsive shopping, I believe almost every woman will find herself in my example. I went with my family on vacation to New York and while walking along the avenues, I came across a glittering window display of the famous American brand Michael Kors. In the central part of the window, there was this bag, if I remember correctly, the model was called “Ring” because of the shape of its handle. Of course, I didn’t think much and simply invited the whole family to a wonderful family gathering in the shop, as always I won and this was just the beginning of my craziness.

When I entered the store, I noticed that special section with bags and fashion details made of exotic skins and like any woman, I fell in love at first sight. Since I belong to the generation that has to complete everything, I found ballet flats, a belt and a wallet with my bag… I didn’t think much, I bought everything and then I didn’t have money for anything else. To make the tragedy worse, I haven’t worn this bag for years because I lost interest in it because it didn’t fit with my fashion pieces because the color is specific and requires a woman to have an adequate outfit. I wore all the other pieces, except the bag, until today, I think it’s been more than 10 years… It’s a pain for us women, who just want everything at the moment, we don’t think rationally, we experience a blackout of the mind in the store and we get carried away by desire. Well, who knows, maybe this bag has a bright future in fashion because you never know when I’ll decide to carry it again.

This brooch that you see in today’s post, as well as the button (converted from a brooch) are pieces of jewelry that I inherited from my mother. All the things I got from my mom have a great sentimental value for me, and after so many years, every time I look at those pieces, I remember some beautiful precious memories from my youth, as well as the many activities I happily filled my time with. Somehow even today after so much time, I always have the feeling that all those dear people are close to me, even though they are not physically with us.

Now we come to the most interesting piece of this outfit – sneakers! I’m one of those women who simply didn’t wear sneakers in my life, somehow I always ran away from them and somehow, in my opinion, sneakers were more for performing sports activities or for some long walks in nature. Even when I was a girl, I never wore sneakers, I always attached more importance to other types of footwear.

When I got a collaboration with the French fashion house Lanvin, as always my son and his team are there to solve those doubts, I’m here to choose something to my taste that I think I can express in the right way. I chose the agreed number of products, but I got a shock when the package arrived. I thought it was a mistake, but my son told me that I have to learn to get out of my comfort zone and adapt in my own way.

I have to admit that at first I didn’t give the sneakers a chance, I didn’t even know what they looked like anymore because I didn’t take them out of the bags but felt the shape, realized that they were sneakers and thought it was a mistake. What exactly made me give these sneakers a chance?

As I felt let down at the moment, my son asked me if I had looked at the sneakers by any chance, I admitted that I had not and gave myself a few days to recover from the shock. One morning while drinking coffee, I saw a box and decided to look at them anyway. I was interested in the fact that they are made of python and that they are not classic sneakers but have a particularly elegant note. I wanted to put them on and I realized that they are very comfortable and unusual. After that I remembered a Michael Kors bag in a similar color and got the idea for this outfit that you have the opportunity to see on the blog today.

What is the story of this famous French brand? Lanvin is a French luxury fashion house based in Paris. Founded in 1889 by Jeanne Lanvin, it is the oldest French fashion house still in operation. Since 2018, it has been a subsidiary of the Lanvin Group based in Shanghai. The House of Lanvin was named after its founder Jeanne Lanvin in 1889. Lanvin was founded in 1867 and opened its first store in rue du Marche Saint Honore in 1885.

Lanvin made clothes for her daughter Marie-Blanche de Polignac, which began to attract the attention of many wealthy people, who were looking for creations for their children. Soon Lanvin was making dresses for their mothers, who were included in the clientele of her new boutique on rue Faubourg Saint-Honore in Paris. In 1909, Lanvin joined the Syndicat de la Couture, marking her formal status as a couturier. The Lanvin logo was inspired by a photo taken of Jeanne Lanvin while attending a ball with her daughter in 1907. As Albert Elbaz said, “It is not a lion and it is not a horse. It’s a mother and daughter, I think the logo is very emotional.” Since 1923, the Lanvin empire has included a paint factory in Nanterre.

When Lanvin died in 1946, ownership of the company passed to her daughter Marguerite, who shared the management of the company from 1942 with a cousin, then an expert in the fashion industry. Since Marie-Blanche de Polignac was childless when she died in 1958, ownership of the House of Lanvin went to a cousin, Yves Lanvin. From the mid-1960s until the takeover by L’Oreal in 1996, Lanvin was led by Bernard Lanvin. The export department was in the original factory in Nanterre where all the perfumes were produced and bottled. The administrative seat was in Paris. In 1979, Lanvin bought its independence from Squibb USA and Paris organized a major PR promotional tour in the United States that same year. Midland Bank bought a stake in the company from the family in March 1989 and hired Leon Bressler to restore the firm’s faded image. However, in February 1990, Midland folded and sold Lanvin to Orcofa, a French holding company run by the Vuitton family.

In today’s post you have the opportunity to see their new model of Bumper sneakers that are completely made of real python skin in combo with suede leather. This model exists in various variations and combinations of materials and each sneaker is unique and unusual.

If you want to stay updated and find out what iconic French fashion house Lanvin has prepared for us this fashion season, follow this brand on social media: Facebook and Instagram.

Of course, the piece that every stylish woman needs and that helps you “hide” from the world when you need a break – glasses! I “accidentally” found these glasses in the house, I liked the golden effect of the mirror and had to try them on. I immediately remembered my college days and decided to “borrow” them.

These sunglasses are from my son, who was lovely so I got them as a gift and now I love wearing them. It is the British eyewear brand Linda Farrow, which has really interesting models of sunglasses and optical frames.

If you want to stay updated and find out what new models of optical and sunglasses frames Linda Farrow has has prepared for us this fashion season, follow this eyewear brand on the social network Instagram.

In agreement with my legal team, I wrote a post with all the details that can be found on this LINK.

Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: GEMMI, Beauty of Fur Casual Elegance…

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my new fashion story on the pages of the Mr.M blog. I’m really glad that you like my take on fashion and that I inspire many women in their prime to change their minds and bring some novelty into their lives.

Today I will present to you one of my favorite fur pieces that you have had the opportunity to see this season on the Mr.M blog. Gemmi is a new partner of Mr.M blog, a luxury brand of jackets and coats from Finland. All Gemmi pieces are painstakingly crafted in the Gemmi factory in Finland with the help of skilled and experienced craftsmen and tailors. The materials they use are natural and sustainable and selected for their quality characteristics and responsible production.

How did the Gemmi brand come about? The brand was born out of necessity due to extremely harsh winters in the north of Europe. The history of the Gemmi brand dates back to the early 70s when a factory was built in the small town of Loviisa, located in southern Finland. The vision of the founder of the contemporary Gemmi fur brand got a new life in 2014. I am truly impressed by the work of Ms. Susanne Stenfors and her team who put a lot of love and effort into making Gemmi products and are truly dedicated to each client individually. Gemmi has always created its own unique style of modern fur coats. Their team saw an opportunity to develop a line of fur products that were already well designed, high quality, functional and responsibly made, into a contemporary brand of fur jackets and coats with clearer influences from the Nordic design tradition.

Gemmi is a family company continuing the long tradition of clothing and fur production in Finland. Their fur factory is one of the few textile and fur factories in the Nordic countries, where the right attitude and proper clothing are needed to get through the long and dark winters. In addition, they equally need some kind of outerwear during all seasons. All Gemmi products are designed and handcrafted in Finland. The Gemmi team found inspiration for the new collections in timeless design archives and experimented with different materials to create new contemporary pieces for all four seasons.

Gemmi various collections uphold the tradition of Finnish design aesthetics, combined with functionality and high-quality materials. The Gemmi team is constantly searching for new natural and sustainable materials suitable for making luxury outerwear. One of the latest discoveries is the Finnish tweed fabric produced by Saimaa Wool, using wool from Nordic sheep. This beautiful tweed fabric in striking colors complements Gemma’s timeless, classic design. Gemmi models are made for everyday use, and for weather and wind protection, they generally use wind and water resistant fabrics.

Windbreakers are now increasingly made from recycled polyester or nylon and the quality of these more sustainable technical fabrics is improving. Gemmi is known for lightweight, reversible fur coats, jackets and vests, which on the one hand look like a functional coat made of technical fabric, but when the reverse is a luxurious fox fur coat, jacket or vest. Gemmi fur jackets and coats are made from fur skins obtained at Saga Furs auctions from Finnish certified and regulated farmers. In this way, we know the origin of the materials used in the production of the fur coat.

In addition to making new fur coats, Gemmi can also revive your old ones and create new fashion masterpieces. I believe that through my previous fur fashion stories, you have become familiar with a number of fur facts that the most important thing to know is that natural fur is a long-lasting, warm material. Many of us have old jackets and coats made of fur that are hanging unused in our wardrobes, and this fact has inspired the Gemmi team to create a new service that will give old fur coats the opportunity to become new fur-lined parkas. This is a win-win combination that provides mutual benefits for many customers who use beautiful fur in a new form and for the Gemmi team a new opportunity because they can provide work for their expert team.

In today’s post, you have the opportunity to see a Reversible Fox Fur Coat in wonderful Bark color that is designed to be an oversized fit, but at the same time is the most comfortable jacket you will ever wear. The jacket is extremely warm and light. The hood and sleeves have a light padded lining. The jacket is designed and made in Finland. I must mention that Gemmi has limited stock, in order to minimize the level of unsold jackets and coats. Fur coats, jackets and vests ordered through the Gemmi online store are generally made to order and delivered within 2-3 weeks, assuming the Gemmi team has the required material in stock.

How can you buy Gemmi products? The Gemmi flagship store is located in the heart of downtown Helsinki, where you can experience the beauty of their fur jackets and coats in live. On the other hand, in the comfort of your home, you can use the services of the Gemmi online store, which has the widest selection of Gemmi products. Gemmi products can also be found in some stores in northern Finland and high-end department stores, fashion boutiques and fur shops in many countries in Europe and around the world.

If you want to stay updated and find out what all the novelties Gemmi has in offer for us this winter fashion season, follow them on the social networks Facebook and Instagram.

I am happy to have the opportunity to introduce you to the new friends of the Mr.M blog who have succeeded in bringing together exquisite luxury artisan crafts, Italian passion and exquisite Neapolitan craftsmanship. Artigiano del Guanto (ADG) is an artisan glove workshop active in the northern part of Naples, founded by Giovanni Ricciardiello, an experienced glove maker for 10 decades, a historical exponent of the tradition of the ancient Neapolitan glove makers. A few years ago, in 2016 to be precise, the laboratory was renovated and with it the brand was born: Artigiano Del Guanto.

Today, Artigiano Del Guanto is no longer a “simple” workshop of artisan gloves, but a family company in which the new generation of heirs Francesco, Mimmo and Flora, Giovanni’s children stand out, who, with the indispensable presence of their father, in addition to the brand, renewed the production chain with a completely new styles and models, connected with new modern communication channels, in order to satisfy the needs of even the most demanding customer. Over the years, the Artigiano Del Guanto collections have attracted the attention of very prestigious international high fashion brands such as Giorgio Armani, MaxMara, Coccinelle and Pinko, with whom today the Ricciardiello family’s ADG artisan glove laboratory proudly collaborates as an official manufacturer.

What does a working day look like at the Artigiano Del Guanto craft workshop? The working day starts early in the morning between 6:30 and 7 am, when the doors of the ADG workshop are already open. The first word that rings out in the craft workshop is “Good morning”. At 07:30 the first morning coffee is already ready and at 08:00 the working day begins. The first bucket of leather softening water is already full and can be found under the marble counter that will soon be almost 45 years old.

The first stage of processing is in moistening the leather by wrapping it in cloth, previously immersed in a bucket of water for a few seconds, then we move on to laying the leather on the counter, strictly manual work, adopting the right criteria. Then, with the help of scissors, a leather rectangle is formed. From here, the technical processing begins, with the splitting of the leather, it begins to take the form of a glove. Once the desired shape has been obtained, the embroidery itinerary is followed, which through small pictures, blades, curved cuts and various molds bring the holes, leather stitching, weaving, straps, pleats to life.

Are we done making the glove? No, there’s still a lot to do! Now we are in the delicate stage of the seam, entrusted to a highly qualified staff who has been doing this work for about 35 years. Glove production machines differ depending on the type of seam. During the final stage of processing, the passion and frugality of those who sew exclusively by hand and create small works of art are not neglected, as someone described years ago.

After sewing, we move on to the “shocking” phase, that is, to the exact control of the seams, which precedes the installation. The coating is done using special wooden hands on which the coating is placed. Small, traditional gestures of our workshop of handmade gloves… A light veil of vegetable glue is spread over the fingertips, and then the glove is inserted. To make sure the lining is stuck, the glove is placed on the thermal hand which will increase its adhesion. The final stages of production continue with work that can be done by hand or by machine and we are almost at the end of the line in fact only two stops short! Handmade gloves are ‘shown’, or ironed on thermal hands, bonded with cotton and undergo a final inspection, before passing through to destination packaging.

In today’s fashion story, I will present you unusual gloves that are made of the finest lambskin. M.Smithson (GKJ-9456) is a women’s model of gloves with Swarovski stones, made of lambskin. The model is distinguished by the application of Swarovski stones on the back of the gloves and a small leather flap. The lining is made of 100% cashmere.

During this winter season, together we will discover the beauty of luxury artisanal craftsmanship, Italian passion and the extraordinary Neapolitan craftsmanship of Artigiano Del Guanto. If you want to stay updated and find out what new gloves models Artigiano Del Guanto has to offer us this winter fashion season, follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

In today’s fashion story, I will present you some fashion pieces from my favorite Italian brand – Max Mara. Max Mara is a world famous Italian fashion brand. It was founded in 1951 in Reggio Emilia by Mr. Achille Maramotti. This legendary brand sponsors and awards the Max Mara Women’s Art Award. Achille Maramotti began creating wardrobes in 1947, and officially founded the Max Mara fashion house in 1951. How did the brand name come about?

The second word of the brand – “Mara” was derived from Mr. Maramotti surname, while “Max” referred to Count Max, a local legend, who was rarely sober, but always so classy and stylish! Mr. Maramotti was one of the first to see that the future of women’s fashion lay in the mass production of designer quality clothing. He also wanted to put his Max Mara brand at the top in front of the names of individual designers, although he hired Karl Lagerfeld, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, Dolce & Gabbana, Narciso Rodriguez and Anne Marie Beretta. The company is still in the hands of the family and is one of the best family fashion businesses in the world.

The Max Mara group has 35 brands in its fashion empire, of which the Max Mara brand remains the heart of the company to this day. Other brands include Sportmax, Sportmax Code, Weekend Max Mara, Marella, Pennyblack, iBlues, MAX&Co. and Marina Rinaldi. An interesting information is that Marina Rinaldi is a brand founded in 1980 and named after the greatmother of Mr. Maramotti.

Max Mara is my favorite brand because it absolutely meets my criteria when it comes to wardrobe, which are: quality, interesting models and cuts, good selection of materials, as well as fine processing of materials. Today I decided to show you two iconic pieces: a timeless turtleneck sweater and unusual sneakers with mink fur details. The turtleneck sweater is made of the finest cashmere with metal details.

The sneakers are really unusual because they are made of a combination of cashmere and mink fur details. The color of these sneakers is amazing live and because of the neutrality of the pastel color, these sneakers go perfectly with any outfit! In a future post I will try to style them with a Max Mara bag and a coat that I got from my dear friends from Max Mara.

If you want to know more about the Italian fashion house Max Mara and discover what the Maramotti family has prepared for the new fashion season, visit their official online store and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

I have always admired women with longer and well-groomed hair, but unfortunately I have had short hair all my life, but with the help of Ellen Wille wigs (supllied by Perike In) I managed to fulfill my long-term dream and I am very happy about it. Wigs have become a trend today, because wearing a wig opens up a number of new possibilities for you to experiment and change yourself, without having to make any permanent changes to your natural hair.

Also in addition to the aesthetic transformation, wigs can provide you with good protection from frequent treatment and heat, keeping your natural hair healthy. The history of Ellen Wille began with a suitcase full of ideas. Ellen Wille is a self-made hair designer who built a global brand from a small company. After completing her studies in Paris, the company was established in 1967. The corporate philosophy is shaped by commitment to the highest quality, and this is what the Ellen Wille name stands for.

For over 50 years, Ellen Wille designs have been inspired by international fashion trends. Her passion for wig perfection is evident – she guides every meticulous detail and each Ellen Wille wig is unique. All aspects of an individual style, from the hair fiber to the coloring to the cap design, is about ensuring the most beautiful look, natural movement and comfortable fit. Ellen remains involved in every detail of design, from the first idea, to the finishing touches of each style.

The wig you see on me today is the Kimera Deluxe wig, a champagne color from the Stimulate collection that has soft and gentle layers that make this mid-length style absolutely perfect. This wig is designed to ensure a tight and secure fit for the woman wearing it. This wig is of medium length and is made of the highest quality synthetic fibers.

When someone thinks of having to wear a wig, most people get scared thinking that it will take too much time to maintain them. Fortunately, that is not the case at all. Ellen Wille wigs are very easy to maintain and there are many products that will make them last a long time and look the same as when you bought them.

I hope you enjoyed my fashion story today. See you soon with some new and more interesting fashion stories. I will try not to take long breaks and I hope you understand the reason for my unexpected absence after failed cosmetic surgery in Egypt, but there will be time to make up for everything and I am sure I will meet your expectations.

Special note: All my photos from today’s post have been additionally and specially processed to meet the expectations of blog friends, as well as the readers themselves while respecting the aesthetics and guidelines of fashion photography. Unfortunately, the face and neck lifting operations did not go well and due to the negligence of the medical team from Egypt, I suffered serious aesthetic and health consequences. In agreement with my legal team, I will soon tell you the whole story so that you will fully understand the reason for my long absence from the blog, because you deserve to know the truth and all the details.

Best Regards,

Rose

Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: Nello Santi, Refinement of Luxurious Italian Fur

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my first fashion story on the pages of the Mr.M blog in the new year 2024. I’m really glad that you like my take on fashion and that I inspire many women in their prime to change their minds and bring some novelty into their lives.

I would like to take this special opportunity to once again wish you all the best in the new year, and leave all that was bad behind you and remember to fill the years with life, not life with years. I sincerely hope that you achieve everything you want in the new year, acquire everything you haven’t so far and save the most valuable things you need for true happiness. Happy New Year!

I love fur and love to wear it. This wonderful mink fur coat with an unusual cut has taken a special place in my wardrobe this winter season. I am always happy to give my trust to Italian furriers because of the exceptional quality of workmanship and unusual design. The fur coat that you have the opportunity to see in today’s fashion story is a true masterpiece of the Italian fur shop Nello Santi.

The story of this brand begins in the chilly autumn of 1943, when the inhabitants of the Italian town of Grosseto were anxiously awaiting the coming winter. It was a winter that swept the whole area with cold winds and white frosts, as it does every year. The capital of the Maremma region was badly affected by the Great War. The population was exhausted and battered by years of conflict and poverty, as well as their sad loss of offspring, misery and hunger.

A few years later, in 1960 to be exact, the war ended and great Italy finally experienced a revival. Those were the years of the “dolce vita” (Sweet Life), even in sun-drenched Tuscany, style and elegance and the label “Made in Italy” were becoming increasingly sought after. Women competed to show off in the most expensive and unusual furs. Furs were trending, and Nello Santi as a specialized workshop for prestigious, high-quality furs experienced its heydays.

Alessandro Santi, who grew up in the world of fashion and luxury furs, took over the family company and in a short time became famous throughout Tuscany for his distinctive style and the skill with which he took care of every detail, turning each garment into a unique fashion piece of great value and extraordinary beauty.

The gentle and elegant lines of Nello Santi fur have always been inspired by the authentic landscapes of sunny Tuscany. This unusual Italian fur shop experienced its turning point of success in the 80s, when the determination of the Santi family went one step further and conquered the international markets of luxury goods.

Thanks to the eldest son of Mr. Alessandro – Nello Santi, this brand is synonymous with quality, reliability and timeless elegance. Mr. Nello Santi is aware of the value of what he has inherited. He has a deep understanding of his company, which is why he always makes sure that his customers can come to Grosseto and visit the workshop that his grandfather created many years ago, in the country where he was born, where it all began.

Nello Santi fur collections are enriched with new notes, colors and lines that fit well with contemporary styles, while never neglecting the elegant cut of his original designs.

The combination of nature and craftsmanship, which the Santi family offers as a selfless gift to new generations today more than ever, in the face of the rise of mass production and the use of highly polluting synthetic fabrics, represents a practice of “green elegance” that must be protected and passed on. Fur has a history as ancient as the world itself. It has always been a part of the natural cycles of human life and in addition to being an exclusive and unique product, it is ecologically sustainable at every stage of production and does not cause pollution of the natural environment.
Producing, buying and wearing a fur coat is a gesture of love for tradition and nature and, like any gesture of love, it is capable of bringing beauty and pleasure into our lives.

I am honored because I had the opportunity to see for myself the quality and design of the sweater that the Aida Barni brand team gave my son, as well as the fantastic knitwear that I showed you on the blog last summer season. Aida Barni is synonymous with perfect softness and refined Italian processing of cashmere. Also, sometimes you need to make yourself happy with something new, maybe it’s a new hairstyle, and today I was happy with this beautiful dress from the new Aida Barni FW23/24 collection. Today I present to you this unusual elegant dress made of camel color cashmere, which is ideal for all occasions because of its beautiful work.

Aida Barni is a brand belonging to the Annapurna Group. Founded in 1978, the Annapurna Group has become one of the leading Italian and global manufacturers of high-quality cashmere knitwear with its two fashion lines for women and men under the names Annapurna and Aida Barni. Annapurna uses only the latest production techniques available on the market, from cashmere looms to the latest and most advanced machines for making knitwear of all sizes. The current production capacity is about 120,000 pieces per year.

It is important to note that the entire production cycle is carried out in Italy, more precisely in the company’s factory located in the city of Prato, which is also the center of the district of the same name located in the very heart of Italy (the central part of Italy). “Made in Italy” is more than a manufacturing concept, but this brand has proven that it is much more than the perfect cashmere sweater on the store shelf. It is love at first touch, an impression that is remembered.

Today I will continue story about new friends of the Mr.M blog who have managed to bring together exquisite luxury artisan crafts, Italian passion and exquisite Neapolitan craftsmanship.

In today’s fashion story, I will present to you unusual long gloves Hermione GKJ-05158. This model of women’s gloves is made of lamb leather, with the use of leather in different tones on the back with weaving and knitting. The lining is made of 100% cashmere.

I want to mention to you that the combination of colors is possible and that you can create your own gloves, just like I did when ordering this model of gloves. When ordering, it is necessary to specify the main shade of the glove when choosing a color and in the notes, add information about another shade to make a two-color version, if it is a two-color product.

Because of the pastel tones of this outfit, I decided to show you another pair of Artigiano Del Guanto gloves, which went perfectly with this outfit. Gloves model ZGK-8608 “Mr. Zeta” are gloves with Zip Opti, unisex model. The gloves are made of lambskin with Zip Opti application on the back with a leather anchor. The lining is made of 100% cashmere.

As this is a purely artisan glove, made by hand, it is available in every size or color shown in the product listing. Sometimes the possibility of “Express delivery” is guaranteed for the color visible in the product photo. In order to receive a glove in one of the colors available on the company’s color card, the artisan production time with shipping included can take up to 15 days.

If you want to stay up to date and find out what new things Artigiano Del Guanto has in store for us this winter fashion season, follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

I promised to tell you more about wigs, so today I’m going to share with you how to properly care for wigs and toupees. In the previous post we learned how to properly wash and dry a wig, today I will try to explain to you how you can properly comb your wig, as well as other tips. When someone thinks of having to wear a wig, most people get scared thinking that it will take too much time to maintain them. Fortunately, that is not the case at all. Ellen Wille wigs are very easy to maintain and there are many products that will make them last a long time and look the same as when you bought them.

The wig should be combed only when it is completely dry. Otherwise, you will damage the hair or deform the shape of the wig. With adequate, previously used preparations (shampoo, balm, conditioner, spray), combing your wig will only take a few minutes. For detangling, it is best to use purpose-made brushes and combs. They will effectively style the hairstyle without breaking the hair unnecessarily.

The fact is that you can use any comb or brush to comb your wig. The problem is that inadequate accessories can permanently damage the hair. That’s why I strongly recommend you use special, purpose-made combs. Rounded teeth of different lengths will detangle the wig without pulling and pulling the hair. For the care of natural hair wigs, I suggest you a brush that has teeth with a rubber tip. They are designed to gently separate strands without affecting the base of the wig.

If you want to stay updated and find out what all the Ellen Wille has in offer, you can follow them on the social media platforms Facebook and Instagram.

This time I decided to complete my outfit with over-the-knee boots from the famous Italian brand Gianvito Rossi in collaboration with the e-commerce shopping platform MYTHERESA. There is no person who has not resisted wearing shoes of this famous Italian fashion house, regardless of whether it is a person of female or male gender, Gianvito Rossi shoes are loved by the whole planet because of their refined elegance and incredible comfort. The boots from today’s fashion story are an iconic honey-colored model made of knee-length suede leather, which went perfectly with this elegant outfit.

All my photos from today’s post are additionally and specially processed to meet the expectations of the clients for the need of fashion photos. Unfortunately, the Face and Neck Lift operations did not go well and I suffered serious aesthetic and health consequences due to the negligence of the medical team from Egypt. In agreement with my legal team, I will soon tell you the whole story so that you can fully understand the reason for my long absence from the blog, because you deserve to know the truth.

Best Regards,

Rose

Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: ADG, the Beauty of Wearable Luxury Italian Handicrafts

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my last fashion story on the pages of the Mr.M blog in 2023. I’m really glad that you like my take on fashion and that I’ve inspired many women in their prime to change their minds and bring some novelty into their lives.

I would like to take this special opportunity to wish you a happy New Year and Christmas holidays, to spend them in peace and prosperity with those you love. I wish you all the best in the new year, and leave all that was bad behind you and don’t forget to fill the years with life, not life with years. I sincerely hope that you will achieve all that you want, acquire all that you have not so far and save the most valuable things that you need for true happiness. Happy New Year!

In today’s fashion story, I will present you unusual gloves that are made of the finest pony hair. Dafne (GKJ-0818) is a model of women’s gloves collection made of calf leather, completely handmade. The Dafne is developed from bimaterials with a pony-effect calfskin part and a lambskin palm. The Dafne Handmade Glove is made from a hand-woven leather strap with covered buckles.

Gemmi is a new partner of Mr.M blog, a luxury outerwear brand from Finland. All Gemmi pieces are crafted in the Gemmi factory in Finland with the help of skilled and experienced craftsmen and tailors.

This wig is designed to ensure a tight and secure fit for the woman wearing it. This wig is of medium length and is made of the highest quality synthetic fibers.

How to properly wash a wig? Whether it is a wig made of natural or synthetic hair, there are steps to follow in order to maintain its appearance and quality. The whole process takes a short time and is essentially similar to washing your own hair. Place the wig in a deep dish, into which you previously poured lukewarm water and a little shampoo. After ten minutes, wash the wig thoroughly with gentle movements, then rinse it with lukewarm water. Then pour the conditioner into the clean water, insert the wig and leave it in the water for ten minutes. Then take it out and rinse with clean water.

I recommend that you use Ellen Wille shampoo and conditioner that are specially designed for wig maintenance. The gentle structure of these products will not damage the hair of the wig, and will successfully remove sweat and other impurities from it.

How to properly dry a wig? In order to last a long time, the wig must be carefully dried after washing. It must not be exposed to direct sources of heat, such as hair dryers or radiators, but must be dried naturally, in a ventilated place. The specially designed Ellen Wille stand allows the wig to dry easily and well after washing, keeping its shape.

I hope you enjoyed my fashion story today. See you in 2024 with some new and more interesting fashion stories. I will try not to take long breaks and I hope you understand the reason for my unexpected absence after failed cosmetic surgery in Egypt, but there will be time to make up for everything in the new year and I am sure I will meet your expectations.

Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: GEMMI, Nordic Luxury Outerwear

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my new Mrs. Mom fashion story on the Mr.M blog. I’m really glad you like my take on fashion and that I’ve inspired many women in their prime to change their minds and bring some novelty into their lives.

I would like to take this special opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the many messages and well wishes during my recovery from surgery in Egypt. I must admit that I am delighted by your great interest in my health condition after the operation. Marko read all your messages to me and you can be sure that you made me happy. As for the outcome of the operation itself, unfortunately I am not able to tell you anything more at the moment, due to the new situation in which the state authorities of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of Serbia are involved, so I would ask for your understanding. Rest assured that I will keep you updated on everything, as I have been doing so far and that I will share my experience with my surgical rejuvenation in Egypt as soon as possible.

I have to admit that I missed you and that I will try my best to write new fashion stories in accordance with my health possibilities, since currently the whole Mr.M team is helping me to fulfill my obligations. Your messages give me strength and optimism to continue my work.

Today’s story will be special because it will confirm a famous quote: “Life is not perfect but your hair can be.” I have always admired women with longer and well-groomed hair, but unfortunately I have had short hair all my life, but with the help of Ellen Wille wigs (supllied by Perike In) I managed to fulfill my long-term dream and I am very happy about it. I’ve always wondered if wigs made of synthetic hair look not so natural and artificial, since synthetic fibers usually have a high shine, but I’m surprised by the quality of the workmanship, even to the touch I didn’t feel that it was a synthetic hair wig. In the following fashion stories, I will share with you some more essential and important information that I have learned about wigs that you can find in Wigs In The Magical World.

Today I am presenting you my favorite pieces from FW23 collection – cashmere turtleneck sweater and classic trousers made of the finest wool.

If you want to know more about the Italian fashion house Max Mara and discover what the Maramotti family has prepared for the new fashion season, visit their official online store and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

Every woman who wants to achieve an elegant look must always have nice shoes. This time I decided on shoes from the iconic French brand Christian Louboutin supplied by MYTHERESA, which has been making quality shoes with unusual designs. The shoes you can see in today’s fashion story are made of black patent leather with gold accessories with Swarovski details. In addition to beauty, these shoes are comfortable, which is important when choosing footwear.

I hope you enjoyed my fashion story today. See you in a few days at the same place, with some new interesting story. I will try not to take long breaks and I hope you will understand the reason for my unexpected absence, but there will be time to catch up.

Best,

Rose
