Hi guys! I hope you are doing well and that you are ready for my last post in this year. Today we have more reasons to celebrate. Fine, Friday is a day of happiness, because there is no person who simply doesn’t feel some sort of happiness for the weekend time. This weekend is very special – we are going to celebrate the New Year’s Eve. I think it’s time to finally think about all your impressions and to say, “Bye, 2017! it’s time to go on!”.
In the last couple of years I’ve been practicing a some unusual thing, but I’m seeing it now as a custom! I’m working that at the end of each year. We will agree on one thing, which is that each of us has some nice wishes that we want to accomplish and those less beautiful things that we want to forget. I have one iinteresting trick!
Good wishes: Write 10 wishes that you want to achieve in the next year on 10 separate papers. When you finish writing your wishes, fold each paper in half and split it into three parts. Why in three parts? You all know that the number three is a symbol of luck and that’s why this is done in order to “increase” the chance that your wishes will be fulfilled. At the end, you should throw those papers in the fire, because belief suggests that it’s easier for the “ghosts” to carry those wishes and it will be faster to fulfill all of them. Note: Please don’t burn the house! 😀
Things we want to forget: It’s the same procedure as for good wishes. Write 10 things you want to forget from this year. You fold each paper in half and tear three times. It is only necessary that those parts of all the papers are placed in a plastic bag (the simple bag that you get in supermarket) that you tie a bag three times and thrown into the garbage can.
This is my ritual for the years, and I must admit it helped me a lot. I’d like to let me know what the results are for you … (if someone wants to contact me in 2018: D).
The New Year is here to remind us that one particular period in our life has passed. People don’t even notice from all those everyday problems and all stupid things how days, months just pass, but December 31st is an excellent reminder. Whether you are doing: traveling somewhere or waiting this eve at home with your family and friends, one thing is common to all: Joy. I hope that joy will fill our hearts this December 31st.
The big holiday we all welcome is Christmas. I’ll repeat what I wrote a couple of days ago on my Facebook page. I want you to spend the holidays filled with love, understanding and feeling of closeness. Share joy and help those in need. It is very important that during these holidays we remember of all the invaluable value such as: mutual understanding and respect.
I sincerely hope that you have learned something new this year and that with a little more experience you will enter in new 2018 year.
As I wrote at the beginning of this post, this is my last post this year. I learned a lot this year and I have to thank all of you for that. Thank you! Thank you for all the nice comments and kind words and support. Many people contacted me after posting almost every post this year and they said to me that they learned something new. I’ve learned a lot from you all guys and thank you for everything!
I sincerely hope that in 2018 we will bring to all of us a lot of good things. You can expect some of the new type of posts on my blog next year and maybe new editors in my team whose stories you will also read with love. There will be the stories about Belgrade, Serbia, the region… You will learn something new about people from Balkan and which places and countries you can visit. We will travel, we will meet the world, and you will be with us too! I’m sure you’ll enjoy it!
To those who travel somewhere for these holidays, I want a have a safe trip and of course have a good time. Those who stay home don’t be sad, you never know why it’s good. You can always find a way to have some fun, just need to find the right way. It’s all up to you!
Once again, I want to wish you: Happy New Year! I wish you all the best from bottom of my heart. You can expect the new post for a couple days. If you have some of your wishes that you would like to share with me and to share with the world please write in the comment. I can’t wait to read them!
