Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: Stylish Winter with Nello Santi…

My dear fashionistas, welcome to the last fashion story on the Mr.M blog in 2022. I must admit that it is a great honor and pleasure for me to have the opportunity to end the year with you and to write you my vision of the fashionable furry winter in style.

In the previous fashion story, we started the discussion about choosing the ideal fur coat model, as well as the type of fur, introducing the new Italian fur brand Nello Santi.

At the very beginning of today’s fashion story, I would like to refer to a very important topic that is of great importance for both sexes – proper skin care. When we are beautiful and young, we honestly have no need to think about additional care of the largest human organ that remembers everything – the skin.

The skin has three layers: epidermis (upper layer), dermis (middle) and subcutaneous fat (lower layer or hypodermis). Proper additional skin care is very important when a person enters the world of adults – the age of thirty and the first signs of aging appear. My mother tried to develop in me an awareness of proper skin maintenance and how to deal with fine wrinkles and skin imperfections in the right way. The first and most important step is to gather information and find a doctor who understands your wants and needs.

My choice is the SKINFLUENCER Anti Aging Center in Belgrade, a place where you will solve your current problems of the skin of the face and body, as well as those related to inexorable aging or the constitution. Besides clinic in Belgrade, you can find SKINFLUENCER anti aging centers in Paris, London and Dubai and experience luxury on your own skin!

SKINFLUENCER got its name from the commonly known word, SKIN, and another word for laser energy known to a narrow circle of experts – FLUENCE. I had the opportunity to feel the benefits of a revolutionary treatment for those who want to stay young without surgery. Morpheus 8 is a treatment with microneedles that introduces powerful energy of radio waves into the skin to rejuvenate the skin of the face, but also shape the figure by melting fat deposits and removing cellulite.

In addition to Morfeus 8, SKINFLUENCER center there are other methods by which you can realize your wishes and solve facial skin problems with 4D Photon laser rejuvenation, electromagnetic stimulation, as well as other rejuvenation methods (anti-aging) – botox, fillers and threads. Doctor Branka Krkljuš, who decided to share her many years of experience with us in the wonderful ambiance of the SKINFLUENCER center in Dedinje, you can feel the benefits of rejuvenation using the world’s anti-aging medicine with regular special promotions, so that a rejuvenated look is available to everyone.

The black cape that you have the opportunity to see in the previous fashion story is a true masterpiece of the Italian fur atelier Nello Santi. The coat in today’s post is also a true work of art from Nello Santi as well.

The story of this brand begins in the chilly autumn of 1943, when the inhabitants of the Italian town of Grosseto were anxiously awaiting the coming winter. It was a winter that swept the whole area with cold winds and white frosts, as it does every year. The capital of the Maremo region was badly affected by the Great War. The population was exhausted and battered by years of conflict and poverty, as well as their sad loss of offspring, misery and hunger.

Alessandro Santi, who grew up in the world of fashion and luxury furs, took over the family company and in a short time became famous throughout Tuscany for his distinctive style and the skill with which he took care of every detail, turning each garment into a unique fashion piece of great value and extraordinary beauty.

The sophisticated and elegant lines of Nello Santi fur have always been inspired by the authentic landscapes of sunny Tuscany. This unusual Italian fur atelier experienced its turning point of success in the 80s, when the determination of the Santi family went one step further and conquered the international markets of luxury goods.

Thanks to the eldest son of Mr. Alessandro – Nello Santi, this brand is synonymous with quality, reliability and timeless elegance. Mr. Nello Santi is aware of the value of what he has inherited. He has a deep understanding of his company, which is why he always makes sure that his customers can come to Grosseto and visit the workshop that his grandfather created many years ago, in the country where he was born, where it all began.

Nello Santi fur collections are enriched with new notes, colors and lines that fit well with contemporary styles, while never neglecting the elegant cut of his original designs. The coat in today’s post is made of the highest quality mink, it is a female because the fur is shiny and light.

Many people wonder what the difference is between mink fur coats that are made from male and female mink fur. Male fur is heavier, but it is stronger and more resistant, so these fur coats are easier to maintain, for example, if you keep the fur coat during the summer at home, it does not require any special care. The fur of the female mink is softer, shinier and significantly lighter, so those fur coats are aesthetically more beautiful and light in themselves, but they require certain care.

Fur coats that are made from female mink fur must be stored during the summer period at furriers who provide the service of storing fur coats in specialized refrigerators, and in this way you will maintain your fur coat and save it from unwanted guests – moths.

The mink cape you can see on me today is a beautiful cognac color with striped trim with an extra detail that I love – fringe. The combination of nature and craftsmanship, which the Santi family offers as a selfless gift to new generations today more than ever, in the face of the rise of mass production and the use of highly polluting synthetic fabrics, represents a practice of “green elegance” that must be protected and passed on.

Fur has a history as ancient as the world itself. It has always been a part of the natural cycles of human life and in addition to being an exclusive and unique product, it is ecologically sustainable at every stage of production and does not cause pollution of the natural environment.
Producing, buying and wearing a fur coat is a gesture of love for tradition and nature and, like any gesture of love, it is capable of bringing beauty and pleasure into our lives.

If you want to know more about Nello Santi fur brand and discover what the Santi family has prepared for the new winter season, visit their official website and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

In addition to high-quality fur, I always like to wear pearls, which have always been a timeless fashion classic. My outfit today was enriched by a pearl necklace and earrings from the famous Macedonian brand Ohrid Pearl Filevi 1928. In the previous fashion story, we enjoyed together the elegance of a three-row pearl necklace with filigree and an elegant figure of a lady, while today my neck is adorned with a more modest, but very elegant two-row pearl necklace necklace with filigree and baroque pearl.

The Filevi family is a family that has been producing Ohrid pearls since 1928, which is confirmed by historical facts and numerous institutions. The secret of making Ohrid pearls is still one of the most closely guarded secrets of this family, which combines pearls into creative pearl necklaces and bracelets, and has been passed down from generation to generation for the fourth generation.

When we talk about pearl, we always think of the pearl that is in the shell, but the Ohrid pearl is much more than that and has a more specific way of production. It is extremely important to note that there are only two families in Ohrid who know the secret of making the famous Ohrid pearl.

The Ohrid pearl is not found in the shell, but is made by taking the brightest (inner) part of the shell, processing it well and obtaining the desired shape – a grain of mother-of-pearl. Another process of grain processing is coating the already obtained mother-of-pearl grain with an emulsion obtained from the scales of the Ohrid fish – the scarecrow. Today, several new models of Ohrid pearl necklaces appeared, which accentuated certain events such as weddings, celebrations and visits, girlfriend proposals and many others.

The Filevi family offers a rich collection of unique handmade jewelry. A large selection of different colors of cultured natural pearls allows you to choose the ideal piece of jewelry for your sensibility. Each creation is characterized by an individual approach to conception and design. They are made in different lengths according to the customer’s wishes. Models are for people who want to be different, with a unique fashion style.

Today, my neck is adorned with a filigree pearl necklace, a locket containing a baroque pearl. Probably many of you are wondering what is filigree? Filigree is one of the most beautiful metalworking techniques. This technique has been used throughout the centuries to produce extremely high-quality and valuable jewelry as well as decorative items that we still admire today. In order to make a decorative item or jewelry using this technique, silver, gold, and less often copper wire is used to compose the motif. Threads of wire are bent and interlaced, tied together and thus a complex motif is formed that can be placed on a metal base or completely free. Circles, flowers, and geometric patterns were made from filigree wire. Small metal balls were sometimes placed on objects made in this way.

Pearl filigree necklace: Ohrid Pearl Filevi 1928

Pearl earrings with rhodium plated silver: Ohrid Pearl Filevi 1928

Turtleneck Sweater: Loro Piana

Pearl earrings that complete my outfit are Filevi 1928 rhodium-plated silver earrings. You can find the rich Filevi 1928 collection of Ohrid pearls and jewelry with classic, marquise and rhodium silver in the center of Belgrade (Serbia), at Knez Mihailova 29, in the passage next to the Progress Gallery.

Also if you are going to the heart of North Macedonia – Ohrid and visiting the capital Skopje, take the opportunity to visit their stores.

The making of Filevi 1928 jewelry is a real art and each handcrafted piece of Filevi jewelry has, above all, a special sentimental value. Passion for jewelry and love for fine craftsmanship is reflected in every single piece of Filevi 1928 jewelry. All you have to do is imagine and wish for an Ohrid pearl, and Filevi 1928 is here to create and realize your wishes and ideas together with you.

If you want to know more about Ohrid Pearl Filevi 1928 brand and discover the world of Ohrid pearls, visit their official online store and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

When choosing shoes, I try to always choose comfortable and elegant shoes. The story of the GRAFFITI brand is based on the top quality and comfort of the shoes they offer, as well as the dedicated work of their team who have been there for many years and participate in the constant improvement of the rich and selected offer of quality Italian footwear.

After almost 30 years of successful business in Serbia, they are still recognizable for their excellent selection of Italian shoes of top quality and elegant design… In their stores in the most attractive locations in Belgrade, in addition to the Graffiti brand, you can also find several renowned brands such as: LAURA BELLARIVA, ROBERTO FESTA, JEANNOT, RAS and others.

I hope you enjoyed my last fashion story in 2022 today. See you in the new year in the same place, with some new interesting story. To all the readers of the Mr.M blog, I wish you a happy New Year and Christmas holidays!

Best regards,

Aida Barni: Sophisticated Expression of a Chic Way of Living…

Dear my fashionistas, welcome to the new fashion story on Mr.M blog! Winter is my favorite time of the year, when we are able to dress in “layers” and when we can take out of the wardrobe our favorite knitted pieces that keep us warm during the cold winter temperatures.

I started today’s adventure with old friends, I’m sure you remember the Aida Barni brand, synonymous with perfect softness and refined Italian cashmere. Last winter we enjoyed the beauties of pastel colors, while this year I decided to paint the cold winter days with bright colors.

If you want to remind yourself of the stories from the previous winter season with Aida Barni, visit this link. I’m sure you will enjoy!

I wanted to make you happy with a new fashion story for a good fashionable start of the week, because December is the sweetest month of the year, when we are looking for gifts for our loved ones. In the previous post, I gave you one of the suggestions – perfume.

Soft, light and warm cashmere items are also a good investment and practical gift during the winter. When you give someone a cashmere sweater, it is a gift from the heart, because a cashmere sweater carries a certain symbolism with it.

Aida Barni is a brand that belongs to the Annapurna group. Founded in 1978, the Annapurna Group has become one of the leading Italian and world manufacturers of high-quality cashmere knitwear with its two fashion lines, Annapurna and Aida Barni.

Annapurna uses all the latest production techniques available on the market, from cotton looms to the latest and most advanced knitwear machines of all sizes. The current production capacity is about 120,000 pieces per year. It is important to note that the entire production cycle is performed in Italy, more precisely in the factory of the company located in the city of Prato, which is also the center of the province of the same name located in the heart of Italy – Tuscany.

“Made in Italy” is more than a production concept, but this brand has proven to be much more than the perfect cashmere sweater on a store shelf. It is love at first touch, an impression to remember.

Annapurna is a name that evokes everyone with exceptional mountain landscapes, especially the mountain range in the Himalayas where goats live with their winter fleece, hiding the soft, warm “cloak” that made them so famous.

Aida Barni is an iconic and fascinating name for a fashion line that produces high quality knitwear from the finest cashmere. Aida Barni is a symbol of a goal for a woman who decided to enter the world of business in the late seventies and reach the very top of this challenging and one of the most difficult sectors of the market.

In today’s blog post you have the opportunity to see a red turtleneck sweater made of 100% cashmere with special embroidery and work on the front in the form of embroidered lines reminiscent of the idyllic winter in the mountains – beautiful natural glaciers that you have the opportunity to see in every mountain region.

The Aida Barni brand was created as an artistic expression of the way of life and existence, the essence of unstressed chic, refined luxury. A collection for men and women dedicated to everyone who loves timeless and elegant knitwear that encompasses true elegance in the preciousness of materials, shapes and details.

The man who wears Aida Barni knitwear does not follow trends, but creates and adapts to the needs of everyday life. The men’s collection is made up of cult clothing items of sentimental value, which evoke a healthy and environmentally friendly way of life. Customers of the Aida Barni brand love natural and fine yarns, enjoy comfort, but do not give up the elegance and sophistication of cuts and models.

Aida Barni concept of men’s “sports elegance” is simple and with style, but rich in materials and inconspicuous details that make this brand cult because it represents an expression of uniqueness and special class.

You can buy Aida Barni cashmere items in multi-brand stores and department stores across Europe and the world and through authorized online stores. When you give someone an Aida Barni piece, it is more than respect and love because you are giving a piece in which love and deep respect for art that is not worshiped every day is woven.

For all Aida Barni fans in Germany, I have discovered two men’s spots where you can find and enjoy in the beauty of Aida Barni incredible knitwear: Braun Hamburg and Mientus retail stores.

If you want to stay tuned and find out all the news that Aida Barni is preparing for us this fashion season, follow them on the social networks Facebook and Instagram.

I completed today’s outfit with a Brunello Cucinelli down jacket with fur trim that may be black and at first sight you think that black is not interesting, but the materials which were used for this incredible “piumino” (Italian word for down jacket) will do everything to change your mind.

The unusual combination of material and natural fur on the collar makes this jacket the perfect piece for cold winter days. With this jacket, you will forget whether you went out for just a walk or went to work, because the secret discreet views of passers-by will give the impression that you are on the runway.

During the shooting of this outfit look, a lot of people asked me about the jacket and the turtleneck, they were standing out pieces of this outfit.

Of course, as a big fan of backpacks, this year I put this exceptional piece of the famous French fashion house Louis Vuitton on my wish list and my sister decided to be my Santa Claus this year and give me this beautiful backpack that I am sure I will wear for a long time. I promise that I will do my best to fit it as well as possible with my outfits.

The iconic LV Monogram print and the new model are a great combination which was the right decision during the creation of the new collection of this prestigious French fashion house.

The jeans also came from Italy, a gift from my dear friends from the fashion house MooRER, with whom we will meet again this winter fashion season as well. Simply, some good habits do not need to be changed!

My dear fashionistas, we have reached the end of this special post where we discovered the beauty of winter outfits together and I hope you got the inspiration for the ideal gift for the New Year for Him! We will continue our fashion adventures on the Mr.M blog soon! How did you like my outfit today?

I really tried to prepare today’s post for you with a lot of love and I hope you will like it!

I advise you to listen to my advice due to the current health situation with the new strain of Omicron Coronavirus in almost all European and countries around the world. If you need to go out into the fresh air, take a walk and clear your mind and enjoy the winter magic, feel free to do so, but do not go to places where there are a lot of people and thus encourage crowds.

If you have been fully vaccinated (2 vaccine doses or 3rd booster dose) you need to wear a mask for your own safety. The winter holiday season is underway and many have decided to spend the winter in European cities, I would ask you to respect and follow the local laws related to the health care of the local community.

If you have a question, comment, suggestion or message for me, you can write me down in the comments. Of course, as always you can contact me via mail or social media channels, which you can find on the CONTACT page. See you soon, stay tuned!

With Love from Belgrade,

This post is sponsored by Aida Barni (Annapurna), Brunello Cucinelli and MooRER brands and represents my personal and honest review of their products.

Aida Barni: Timeless Elegance never goes out of fashion…

Dear my fashionistas, welcome to the Mr.M blog. I sincerely hope that you started this new year with more enthusiasm and some better mood. In the coming months, the vaccine will be available in all countries, so we can slowly hope for the return of old life habits and daily small rituals.

I can’t wait to see and hug my dear friends again, whom I haven’t seen for more than a year, and that we will be able to enjoy some of our little joys that make life more interesting.

In the previous post, I started the story of the famous Italian brand Aida Barni, which is a symbol of elegance and sophistication due to its perfect sweaters and fashion accessories made of the highest quality wool – cashmere.

For several days now, I have been receiving your messages asking for advice on how to maintain cashmere items. I believe that each of us owns something that is made of this noble natural material.

Due to its exceptional softness, quality and durability, this material has fascinated people for centuries, but many people are still not instructed on how to properly maintain things made of cashmere.

Cashmere is a material that is pleasant for the skin, light and a good heat saver. I don’t know if you knew that cashmere is even up to eight times warmer than wool. Things made of real cashmere do not change their original shape and colors do not fade, but it is therefore attractive to guests we do not want in our homes – moths.

Cashmere items need to be aired out from time to time, it would be best to periodically take out your favorite cashmere items on your dryers that we have on the terraces to ventilate well and thus reduce the chance of encountering moths.

Did you perhaps know how cashmere is made? Cashmere is obtained from a domestic species of goat that originates from the Kashmir region (a border region located on the border zone of India, Pakistan and China). Cashmere fiber is fine, shiny and elastic.

The natural color of the fibers varies from white to grayish color shades. Once a year, the cashmere goat is combed and then fibers of different lengths are separated. Cashmere is a specific and limited natural raw material.

Each goat produces only a few meters of these precious fibers, which is the main reason for the preciousness of cashmere. Females produce less fiber, but they are also of better quality. The finest mohair fiber is used in the textile industry, for the production of sweaters, scarves, shawls, gloves, hats, coats and coats.

Now we come to the part that interests us all the most, and that is MAINTENANCE instructions. Cashmere items are beautiful, eye-catching and high-quality, and in order to stay that way and attract the eyes of people on the street, you need to follow these tips to maintain:

Washing: I advise you to wash cashmere by hand at a temperature of 20-25 degrees, in a mild solution of lukewarm water and a special detergent for washing wool and silk.

If you can’t find this type of detergent, you can use an ordinary shampoo for children, which is gentle and will not damage the cashmere fibers due to its pH value. Of course, there are specialized detergents for washing cashmere, pH neutral, which prevent swelling and felting of the fabric, but they are a bit more expensive and you need to find them in specialized stores.

Drying: Do not strain, knead or wrap freshly washed cashmere fabrics. After washing, leave the item stretched out on a towel. Do not dry your favorite cashmere items in the tumble dryer, or on the radiator, or expose it directly to sunlight.

Ironing: If you want your cashmere items to be beautiful and soft for years to come, my honest advice is NOT to IRON cashmere items.

The Aida Barni brand is synonymous with the luxury and quality of exclusive cashmere yarn, a material that has fascinated all fashion lovers for centuries.

Aida Barni uses all kinds of the latest technologies to make cashmere knitwear, forming special looms to the latest and most advanced knitting machines. If you want to be up to date and find out all the news that Aida Barni is preparing for us, follow them on the social networks Facebook and Instagram.

You have had the opportunity to see this incredible Ématelier watch in previous posts, which, in addition to faithfully showing the time, is also a real master-piece of art that adorns the hand. My new friend Jaguar from the special collection “Kingdom” is a watch that was handmade in faraway Canada in the main workshop of Ématelier, a brand behind which stands a passionate watch lover, founder Alex Landa.

This time I decided to change the bracelet and show you what this beautiful watch looks like with an elegant black bracelet. If you want to get better acquainted with this brand, read the story of this unusual realm where time and creativity know no boundaries – link.

Today’s post contains the word elegance in its title, and do we know what that term means. Elegance is hard to “mold”, but I will try to present you with some basic definition. Elegance basically means one type of beauty that embodies simplicity.

Elegance is often used as a “measure” of taste, especially in the visual sense, decorative arts, literature, science and aesthetics. Elegant things often show refined grace and suggest a certain maturity, and in the case of aesthetics and science it means a deep understanding of objects and phenomena.

My dear fashionistas, we have come to the end of this second fashion story in 2021. How did you like this outfit of mine today? I hope you have learned something new and that in addition to the definition of elegance and tips for keeping things out of cashmere, you have learned something else.

I really tried to prepare this clothing combination for you with a lot of love and I hope you will like it! See you in a couple of days with a new story!

I take this opportunity to draw your attention to the care and protection of yourself and your beloved ones. Let’s prevent the spread of the Corona virus and try to make this one day just another bad dream that we have successfully forgotten!

I understand that people need to go out into the fresh air for physical activity and mental health, but you can do that by walking around the city every day, on low-traffic streets. Of course, you can walk in parks and other types of green areas or promenades along rivers, but keep the prescribed physical distance and use disinfectants and wear a mask.

If you have a question, comment, suggestion or message for me, you can write me down in the comments. Of course, as always you can contact me via mail or social media channels, which you can find on the CONTACT page. Stay tuned!

Fashion Diary: Red color is perfect for all seasons!

Dear fashionistas, welcome to my new post. A few days ago, we enjoyed the natural beauties of Divcibare, but now it’s time for me to return to the streets of urban city. Today it’s time for a new post from a special fashion series of posts called “Fashion Diary”.

A couple of weeks ago, you had the opportunity to see one classic color palette that will be worn this summer and learn a couple of useful tips on how to maintain your cotton clothes in the best possible way. If by any chance you did not manage to read my previous post from this series of posts or you want to learn tricks for maintaining a cotton wardrobe, do so by clicking on this link.

Regardless of this current health situation in whole world, our Belgrade has not lost its shine. People slowly but surely decide to take occasional walks through the streets of the capital and enjoy the nice weather. When foreigners ask me the famous question: “Why do you love Belgrade?” my answer is pretty simple – because it has a soul!

We may not be developed like some other famous European metropolises, we may not have a high standard of living, but the art of managing the life, the way we look at life and cordiality sets us apart from others! We, Serbs, are truly a united people, and through the interviews I conducted for my column on the blog “My Side of the World”, most of my interlocutors, and even some foreign statesmen, stated that Serbs are definitely a unique and unrepeatable people!

In the previous fashion story, you saw how a neutral palette of pastel colors like beige and shades of brown with white match perfectly, while today you will see how that same white color blends in with the bright coral-red color.

What do we know about red color? Have we ever wondered how the phenomenon lies behind this color? Red is a color that can represent two completely different extremes. It can be a symbol of passionate love, seduction, adventure on the one hand and violence, danger, on the other hand. Our prehistoric people precisely believed that the color red represents fire and blood – the energy of one side and the primordial life forces on the other side. Everything that is associated with this color today comes from powerful associations in the past of our ancestors.

Red is also a magical and religious color. The ancient Greeks symbolized superhuman heroism and Christian crucifixion with red color. The color red was almost uniformly rare and expensive as purple in ancient times – which may explain its magic and power.

Did you know that red is one of the two favorite colors of almost all people in the world. Red is the most common color used on flags in the world. An interesting fact is that almost 80% of all flags include red color. Red is an international color that is a symbol of stopping.

The famous “Red Quarters” in the world that sell sexual pleasure and pornography in every European culture are symbolized by the color red color, which means that we are returning to passion. The history of human language reveals that red was the first color to appear after black and white. All languages have words for black and white. If there is a third shade believe me it is red!

In a previous blog post, I listed some of the colors that will be trending this summer and among them was coral red and bright red (which my mom would say “young red color”). I decided to “respect” the fashion laws in my own way.

You had the opportunity to see fashion details from this post, such as backpacks and sneakers, in some of the previous posts, I just tried to keep them nice and here we are again on the streets of Belgrade. The pieces of clothing are new and I hope to make some more interesting combinations with them this summer.

The most ordinary red T-shirt will always find some perfect classic pants or jeans and make us a “fashion icon”. White pants are ideal for summer, but only if you carefully choose where to sit because not all surfaces are best friends with snow white color!

How did you like this red-and-white fashion combination of mine today? Dear fashionistas, I have prepared this outfit for you with a lot of love and I hope you like it! This outfit is made by something new, something old and a unique balance is the final result.

If you have a question, comment, suggestion or message for me, you can write me down in the comments. Of course, as always you can contact me via mail or social media, which you can find on the CONTACT page. See you soon with another interesting story about Belgrade!

Fashionable Scenes from Belgrade Life with Armani Exchange

My dear fashionistas, we are finally approaching the end of 2019. There are still a few hours left and the excitement is growing as we count down the last hours of this old year. I will remember this year as one of the most successful so far and I have made many memories to remember.

I just wish you all the best in 2020 and all your wishes come true. I sincerely hope that you can reach all your goals in the coming year and that 2020 will also fulfill all your expectations.

A lot of love, happiness and health this is the classic “package” of wishes that I wish everyone with heart, and the rest will come over time. If a person is healthy, happy and loved, everything else can be accomplished, it just takes some time.

A couple of days ago I decided to take pictures for a new fashion outfit post in collaboration with my friends from fashion houses Armani and Loro Piana. Today I am going to introduce to you one of the more affordable Armani fashion lines – Armani Exchange.

A | X Armani Exchange brand was launched in 1991 in the USA with the aim of selling fashion and lifestyle products. This fashion line has become known for provocative advertising campaigns.

Inspired by street fashion and the culture of street music, the Armani Exchange brand is recognized by consumers around the world as a significantly more affordable brand from Armani fashion family.

In order to accelerate the development of Giorgio Armani’s first fashion line, famous fashion maestro Giorgio Armani founded the joint venture Presidio Holdings in 2005 in partnership with Como Holdings, a company owned by Singaporean tycoon Ong Beng Seng. production and distribution of the A / X Armani Exchange fashion line in the United States, Canada, Central and South America, Asia and the Pacific region.

Initially, the Italian company Armani owned 25% of Presidio Holdings shares, with the remaining 75% in the hands of Como Holdings. Designer Giorgio Armani gained an additional 25% stake in 2008. In 2014, it gained the remaining 50% by securing full ownership of the brand, which has 270 stores and over 3,000 employees worldwide.

The Armani Exchange brand has opened its doors in Berlin, so you can go to Mall of Berlin and step into the world of the most famous designer Giorgio Armani just to see how Mr. Armani makes his street wear brand Armani Exchange.

I was tasked with fitting this jacket from the latest Armani Exchange winter collection with my style that is known as a kind of urban classic.

When I received my fashion pack of iconic pieces that I had to combine, I knew that this jacket would surely find its way to my heart!

I decided to combine this urban street, sportive piece with classic trousers and turtleneck swater instead of jeans or tracksuit as many people perceive this brand to be the best way to bring out this fashion piece.

My first goal was just to get my photographer out on the river and take some interesting pictures for this fashion outfit. It wouldn’t be me if I not decide to add some detail in my favorite color, we all realized by now that it was red. This time it was a simple red scarf, which was made in a beautiful shade of red that certainly refreshed this combination. Also there were some interesting red details which you can find on my backpack.

Blue colour has always been a symbol of covert elegance and has always been the best replacement for the famous black which is synonymous with eternal elegance. The color navy (dark blue) is the new black!

This post will also officially be my last blog post in 2019 and you will soon see little changes to the blog that you will like! I have prepared something new for you and the blog will change its concept and design, but the content will remain original and consistent with my style that started this whole story almost five years ago…

As time goes by, who would say, but here is my blog celebrating its fifth birthday . Just a little while so we’re ready for school!

My dear fashionistas, we have come to the end of this post. This post would not have been possible without my friends from the Armani Exchange fashion brand, as well as the pioneer of the eternal Italian classic Loro Piana.

Letters from Valletta: My second day on Malta Fashion Week

Hello guys, welcome to my new post! I hope you are doing well and you are ready for your vacation because I know that July and August are usually the period which people mostly use for a vacation, just to relax with their family and friends. I hope that you have booked some nice trip, it’s not important a destination where you are going, but a person simply sometimes just need to change his environment at least to take some stress away. That’s why traveling is a great way to relax, in the midst of your thoughts, and recharge the batteries for new the new working victories.

Before I start my today’s post, I would like once again to thank the Malta Tourism Authority for the invitation and I had an amazing opportunity to attend on such important fashion event, such as Malta Fashion Week.

Today, we will continue my “fashion” adventure in Malta and I will show you my outfit which I wore during the second day at Malta Fashion Week. When you go to the sea or to coastal areas, in most cases you imagine that your swimsuit (for women), and even shorts (for us men) and generally your outfits which you prepare for your “vacation mode” will be some bright colors. Of course, I am a huge fan of bright colors, but I decided because it is a formal, important event that I need to have at least my one own “black” moment to shine.

I put on my black trousers, thank God for at least I found some good model of trousers, because otherwise I belong to that group of men who have a visually longer upper part of the body, than the lower extremities, read it as in the phase Mother nature wasn’t been sooo good to me! ?

After all those years, I learned to camouflage my little “disadvantages” and by the way I became proud of them, and this time I was proud of myself that I managed to reach the best version of me. I’ve got a lot of compliments that night at Malta Fashion Week.

I can only say there are no things in the life that would give me more satisfaction for me that evening, than the reward that I managed to at least to look good “just for 5 minutes”. Of course, for my natural look, I will give the credit to the temperature of 35 degrees, where I had the opportunity to think in moments of all my mistakes in my life and also to get that famous blush, stylish effect of “wet” hair that turned out to look not so bad on me!

Taking some photos in a nice outfits at 35+ degrees is reserved only for people who are on the last day of their vacation or for us bloggers who have learned to take a photos at -10 in a sweater or to boil nicely on 40 degrees like professionals, it’s something that you just need to do! 😀

Imagine when my poor little camera turned off with the message that it was necessary to cool the system, you can imagine how much I wanted to throw myself into that water, although I can not swim… Bloggers do not have problems in their perfect world? THINK AGAIN! ?

The picture you have the opportunity to see above was taken right after we made a sweet break where we (my photographer and I) ate an ice cream, then little Marko with a smile could continue to take pictures. (the natural effect of this happiness ended after half an hour…)

You are not familiar with pieces of this outfit, because I have tried to make an interesting new combination with my Italian friends from Loro Piana and Seventy. Right now, while I am writing this post and posting this photos here on the blog I can see that we all together did one amazing job!

My dear fashionistas, once again we have come to the end of our adventure. Time just flies so fast when you are having a good time! At the end of this post, I would like to thank my friends from Malta Tourism Authority for this incredible adventure and for their huge efforts to make my stay unforgettable and I felt like at home.

How do you like this outfit which I chose for the second day of Malta Fashion Week? Have you ever visited Valletta? Have you maybe had a chance to visit Malta before? I would like to share with me your experience!

Moscow: Russia’s Marvellous Capital of Fashion and Love…

Good morning, my dear traveling fashionistas, how are you today? Today I will share with you my last story from Russia, a country that is very close to my heart. In previous posts, I wrote to you about the reasons why I am emotionally attached to Moscow and the reason for my visit to this amazing city… Before I start today, I would like to thank Red Wings airline company and the hotel chain Marriott for collaboration, without their help, this adventure it wouldn’t be possible. I hope we will work again in the future!

Moscow, which is home to more than 20 million people with its beauty and elegance, attracts thousands and thousands of new passengers every day and of course returnees who are always happy to visit again this lovely city when they have time.

Moscow is one of those “eternal” classic cities in which nothing changes, but is jealously kept so that it is always authentic and traditional, always consistent with itself and its citizens. Usually people say that the Russians are extremely reserved people and that they are not very keen to help tourists, but the truth is totally different.

For example my photographer and I decided to visit the periphery for the purchase of some gifts, imagine when we were driving over 20 metro stations and still used and the bus people around us were eager to help us and to chit chat. The younger generations wanted to answer my questions about the stations where we should get off, if by chance they do not know the right information they will ask some unknown person next to them. On the other hand, the elderly generation of people had a little more free time, so they even entered into a more detailed conversation, and they were glad when they heard that I was from Serbia.

Many of them had some association with Serbia; some of their first neighbors are from Serbia, some of them were even in Serbia, but even though we are significantly smaller than Russia, they heard about us and do not have any prejudice about our country, it is maybe because we may a bit and similar nations.

During this trip I had the opportunity to see in live the class differences that you can notice in public, in which the middle class almost extinct, so other people from the working class who are looking for the small coins for a metro ticket in front of the machine for the metro ticket just looking for the 2 or 3 missing Russian Rubles to buy a ticket for the ride and people who do not know what will with the money and they’re buying diamonds and other expensive luxury premium items.

So I decided to use one sunny morning in Moscow before all my duties which I had to do and to make some nice photos of this outfit. In the background you can see the beautiful building and also one of the oldest hotels which I mentioned to you in the previous post – Hotel National. There I made those beautiful photos with a mirror for which I got a lot of questions last few days.

I would like to answer some of the questions that you have sent to me, it is not possible first to take the photo with a mirror because it is located in one of the hotel rooms. You can visit the hotel, there is a beautiful Cafe, you do not have to be a guest of the hotel, you can just enjoy the beauty of the interior of this historic place and drink coffee and enjoy some cake, or just visit, everyone is welcome to see and enjoy in the beauty of this hotel.

I think that the picture above is legendary, you are sure to wonder why? I’m just going to say this is one of the few photos where you can see my whole figure and even my shadow. Excuse me on my hairstyle “A La Nest”, I did not manage to fix my hair during this photoshoot, it was little windy! ?

The St.Basil’s Cathedral will forever remain in my memory as a memorial of a two-year-old little Marko who believed that it was an ice cream factory. It was probably the last hope of a mother who was convinced that such a little lie would calm her child at least a few minutes so that a woman would rest a little her mind. Sometimes it’s very hard to be a parent! 😀

My dear ones once again we have come to the end of our travel adventure. Time just flies so fast when you are having a good time! At the end of the post, I would like to thank my friends from Red Wings for this incredible adventure and the friendly staff from Marriott chain hotels: St.Regis Nikolskaya and Hotel National that made our stay pleasant and we felt like we were at home.

How do you like this post about Moscow? Have you ever visited Russia? Did you have chance to enjoy in the magic of the Russian culture and maybe to buy some interesting Matryoshka doll? I would like to share with me your experience!

It was one Fashionable Week in Moscow

Greetings to all my beloved fashion and travel lovers! As you get used to every week on the Mr.M blog posts are posted on Saturday or Sunday, right for the weekend. Ideal time, just as long as all of you get email with a notice that the new post is on the blog. You have more time to enjoy and dedicate yourself for the weekend. I noticed that you like to read the posts in which I do some monologues with myself without any instructions, so I will try and this time to be so. At the very beginning, I want to wish you the happy start of new month – May, and I hope that it will change some things for us, when you believe maybe something will change in your life and I’m a believer! ?

Last week, we started a Russian adventure on the blog, the reason for my visit was quite clear – Fashion Week in Moscow. I have not written outfit blog posts for a long time, so it’s hard for me to return on track, so I hope you will understand me. So far, I have been receiving an invitation for this event couple of times, but as you know in my life everything is changing so fast and I can’t make all things happen at one moment. This year situation was much better and finally I went in Moscow to see that fabulous luxury fashion world in Moscow.

I am a great adventurer, so this time I was assigned one task for myself. First, at 9:30 am to get out of the airport just to catch my famous limousine – shuttle bus, which takes me to the centre, so I have time to grab some quick bite for my breakfast and to pack up all my things and return for 2 hours to the airport, again! Yes, that’s how it was! I had less than two hours to pack up and go to an important event such as Fashion Week.

In just 2 hours I successfully managed to pack almost 26kg of everything… I tried in my head to explain to myself that I packed just essentials which I need for 6 days in Moscow… I completely forgot about the clothes which was waiting for me there. Thanks God that Red Wings assistants on check-in desk had enough understanding for my incredible capabilities of packing. Every time when I travel to some fashion event I just take everything with me, almost whole closet… 😀 Eventually it turns out that I have done everything wrong! This time I did not exactly make such a mistake because there was so cold in Moscow. Thank God, I took my favourite sweaters to warm me, although my mother tried to convince me that is not a good time to wear winter sweaters in the middle of spring in Moscow.

Somehow, I managed to pack up everything but I forgot the phone charger cables because my head was in the clouds and my mother told me that a lot of cables stayed at home while I was sitting in a lounge in front of gate  with other passengers waiting for my flight. In that miserable moment I just tried to calm down and comfort myself that it would be perfect to find somewhere in Moscow to buy replacement chargers of some unknown brands just to survive this journey.

For the first time in my blogging life I thought to ask at the reception of the hotel if they maybe have chargers, I thought maybe they surely happen that the guests need a charger for the phone or computer and that they have forgotten to bring just like me. “I was wondering if I could have the charges for” ask so quietly, but my photographer did it a little louder again after I was ashamed to continue my question…

A nice young woman from the reception of St. Regis Nikolskaya hotel asked me to write on the paper all the charges I need and it will be delivered to my room as soon as possible, they will try to help me! In that moment I just wanted to hug that girls because it was the moment of sacred salvation of one blogging life of St. Marko and this poor soul do not need to buy charges! Hallelujah!

After only half an hour, little Marko got all the chargers and he could continue with his blogging activities. It was the first evening in Moscow, first I had to unpack my luggage and also to unpack the PR packages. Mostly, when I go to such a trip, the first thing I do is unpack my suitcases and packages that I got from the brands, because it is easier for me to iron them after.

I managed somehow to take a little “nap” for 2,3 hours and of course the next scene I remember is the sound of alarm… It’s my fault that I want to do 100 things at the same time, so sometimes I would have a day longer than 24 hours it wouldn’t be enough for me to finish everything I was planning.

I had to hurry up with the preparation because that day was also the first day of the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Russia and in the afternoon there was a meeting for the media, bloggers and some brunch. As always, the photographer left me and went to eat, I even didn’t try to think about food because I was so close to fall asleep, but I managed to maintain it.

One of the many reasons for my exhaustion was shooting of this post and the fact that I wanted to do before going to the events because in the morning all of us look pretty and fresh (except me!) So I decided to do some photos for an outfit post. I forgot to mention that I also wrote some PR texts, so it was a loooong night for me.

My photographer has called this image “The Telenovela Moment”, honestly this photo is very dear to me. For the first time in my life, I clearly see my eyes on the picture. These moments are rare, but as you can see they exist! ? Staying in St. Regis Nikolskaya hotel will stay in my memory because of the pleasant ambience and classical music I love to listen to and then my inspiration at the peak. Ideal time for writing new posts!

How to describe this outfit? I’ll try with just three words, and you correct me if I’m wrong: Perfect Brown Harmony. Thanks to my friends from the fashion house Loro Piana, I had the opportunity to feel the softness of their cashmere, which is the most famous in the world. First comment of my mom when she saw these pictures was “My dear, crazy child you will be frozen out at 6 degrees, maybe you can tape new movie Frozen 2: Moscow Edition!”. My mother should try to think about her comedy stand up career.  I must admit that I did not feel cold because I had organized transportation and on another hand I was incredibly excited about Moscow because I finally came back to this beautiful city a few years later.

My dear travellers once again we have come to the end of our travel adventure. Time just flies so fast when you are having a good time! At the end of the post, I would like to thank my friends from Red Wings for this incredible adventure and the friendly staff from St. Regis Nikolskaya hotel that made our stay pleasant and we felt like we were at home.

Dear Belgrade, Everything I hide from you…

My dear Belgrade, I have not written you for a long time, I hope you will not be angry on me, because everyday life and duties did not allow me to write you earlier, so I took this morning off to write to you. How are you? What are you doing? Is there anything new in your life? Did anything change until I was gone?

I hope you will have some nice news for me! The newspapers report that the biggest Serbian friend comes to visit us, so if I grab some free time, maybe I will come to see you, and by the way to say hello our great friend. I heard that people is very happy because of him, they are sure that much of things in Serbia will change, maybe the salaries and pensions will finally increase slightly, so the people will at least will have the real feeling that they are actually alive…

My mother wrote couple days ago has wrote me that our lovely elderly neighbour  which we call Aunt Mica is especially feeling happy, telling everyone how she prepared the most beautiful dress and coat she wore at her wedding and kept those things for almost 50 years in her closet because of some special occasion which will happen. When our great friend appears on our TV screens, Aunt Mica does not blink at all, there is no power from too much excitement to do such a thing. I’m glad that at least she will fulfill her great wish, since many of us have not succeeded – Dreaming the dreams with the open eyes.

It’s not bad here abroad, You’ve been working from morning until you see that the sun has gone down, just behind of the buildings that you do not need to search for it. You live somehow, what our people would say: “Life goes on, I will go with it because that’s how it must to be!”. People here don’t know what it means when your salary is delayed, because here everything is well known and when the salary will be paid, all the bills will be directly paid from your account, there is no exception or some delay!

How am I? It’s not bad I’m not complaining, just trying my best to live nicely, I’ve finished various schools and my sister too, because of something, you will feel strange because you’re still away from home. In the first month, you will be caught by depression and nostalgia, but when your new salary transfers on your bank account, you will remember why you left your country. Believe me, my Belgrade, here abroad you live like at the airport, it’s still a free zone, but you are not with them and also you are not with your people. We, Serbs are not a bad people at all, we have not been ever something like that, just our life was something that was not perfect.

Everyone heard about us, books are being written, movies are being made, foreign bloggers come to Serbia… Not everything is so bad in the country of Serbia. It will be all right, but it still has something to change for us. My dear Belgrade, I’m sure you’re wondering what I am doing right now? I’m happy! I’m happy that I will come home, just to see you, by the way and to say hello to a great friend of Serbia who knows maybe he also follows world online trends and he will come out of the car to make some selfies with us who are looking forward to it, I hope it will be! Maybe it will not, but hope dies last!

Tell me as soon as possible if some of our friends are coming soon in Serbia, I will buy a flight ticket on time while these incredible sales of air tickets are on! Ideas I can come to see you for 20, 30 euros! It’s just Incredible!

I have to tell you that I am glad we will soon see each other again, right now I am packing a new white Zara coat, which I bought at the final sales, it was not easy to get it, but it was worth it, believe me! My dream was to welcome our great friend in crystal white coat, which is otherwise a symbol of peace and friendship.

I also bought a nice red sweater at Zara that “survived” even last year’s sale so I bought it for only 4 euros my dear Belgrade. I told myself, “Marko, you need to buy this red sweater just to feel happiness!” So that was my last words, before I heard famous beep which means that my credit card is accepted and I had enough money to buy this amazing sweater.

Are you ready for the guests my dear Belgrade? I am writing to you this letter from the metro, I have to drive precisely 32 stations to the airport and here I come to see you. As always, you wonder what I will wear and I will give you a little hint, but do not tell anyone, give me your word that nobody will know my little fashion secret! All right, here it is!

Fall on the Crown of Dresden

Hi everyone, how are you today? I know I promised you that the next post will be from Italy, but I found an interesting post from the previous season that I forgot to share with you last winter. Before I start with todays post I would like to remind you that in March this year I had the opportunity to visit a city in Germany – Dresden. Interesting collaboration with Dresden Tourist Board – Visit Dresden.

The city of kings – post which you loved, I noticed by your reactions. I forgot to publish an outfit post, since that was the overlap of the season, the winter took a little longer, I completely forgot to share with you a special outfit post from this magical German town.

Dresden is one of those cities in Germany which are different from classical German architecture, those straight lines of. As you walk into the city, you have the impression that you are walking in some city in Austria or France, you would never say that you are in a city in Germany. An exceptional city you can not miss to visit. If you want to find out why I love Dresden you can read it in a post which I wrote in March this year. You can read on this LINK, enjoy!

In the picture above, you can see the symbol Dresden – the Great Crown Gate. It is also the largest crown in the world and due to this crown, many tourists come from Europe and the world to get to visit this magnificent and exceptional beauty. Of course, I have not missed my chance to enjoy in her immediate beauty…

If you are wondering why this image different from other photos because of the shades of colours, I can only tell you that natural light in winter is very deceptive and suddenly when the Sun is up, it automatically changes everything. That very day, the sun has played some games with us, but in the end, as you can see yourself, everything turned out fantastic.

The crown has left an unbelievable impression on me and I hope that at least I managed to show you this magnificence with a little help picture that you can see above. They are not called Dresden by the city of kings just like that, this crown is the proof of this well-known epithet.

This picture is my favorite! I am looking at a pastry shop in this moment, it was so cold, but I knew that in a couple of minutes I will enjoy a cup of hot chocolate with some sweets. At least that’s what my photographer promised to me…

My photographer always kept promises and this smile shows my happiness that I finally find myself in warm cosy space, I could only stay at this restaurant with just one glass of water. I would not really be scared at all! After a bit of relaxation time, our Dresden adventure continues!

In the winter days are very short, you feel truly lonely in the streets, there is no people on the streets at all! Even outside when is winter the cold is there and you do not know whether to laugh or to cry… I decided to smile at least from the pain because it was so cold and I remembered that I was almost 6 am when I got out from hotel and we were not even make the plan to return to the hotel… Sometimes it’s hard for me to understand, sometimes I admire myself how I can manage on my those little mood things. I would love to see everything, but my physical condition has always been a big sign question!

After we finished another walk tour of the city, I decided that it was better for me to go on one more tour and that I would increase my chances of returning to the hotel as soon as I had a fear of freezing outside. This was my last photo from Dresden and it was spontaneous when the photographer asked me the magical question: “Do you want to go back to the hotel?” My smile just said everything. One more adventure ended, it was time to go home. We learned something new about Dresden and we brought a lot of nice memories from this unusual town.

Adventure in the hotel

When we returned to the room, I realized that we had forgotten about an outfit that I should take photos, it was very cold outside, and the night fell, so this possibility immediately turned out. The photographer gave me the idea to take some photos in the hotel, it’s warm and it’s great lighting, nothing costs us to try it! So in the end, there was… AMAZING!

The staff of the hotel was kind enough to help us with the shooting, so they redirected all the new “inhabitants” of the hotels to the counters that are on the other side, because it was easier for taking photos. Fortunately, we finished shooting in about ten minutes so it did not take so much time. Thanks to the marketing team of the Hyperion am Schloss Hotel on a quick response and that they tried to help me in the shortest period of time, read it like 20 minutes… The staff was wonderful so we got some sweet treats while we wait. The stay at this hotel was wonderful and its location is phenomenal for all those tourists who want to be in the  heart of the city and that all important sights are near to you.

My dear fashionistas once again we have come to the end of this special fashion post from magical Dresden. Time just flies so fast when you are having a good time! Don’t worry in a couple of days I will publish a new post where we will continue together to enjoy the charms of traveling and we will explore one of the shopping spots in Italy. I just can’t wait to show you what my friends from McArthurGlen Noventa Di Piave Designer Outlet and I have prepared for you guys.
