Max Mara: Ludmilla, An Iconic Coat with a Flowing Lines, Hand-Stitched with Two Layers of Cashmere…

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my first Fall fashion story on the Mr. M & Mrs. Mom blog pages this season. I sincerely hope that this season I will justify your trust and that I will be able to inspire women in their prime to change the way they look at life and introduce novelty into their everyday life through my vision of fashion. Today I will do my best to present you some new autumn fashion novelties that have arrived in my wardrobe, with which we will open the Fall – Winter season on the Mr. M & Mrs. Mom blog.

This unexpected hobby of mine and writing fashion stories became interesting to me because I noticed that people found my stories interesting and inspiring. Honestly, I did not expect my writing of fashion stories to experience such success and I am immensely grateful for your wonderful messages, as well as your selfless support.

When I start something, I always think carefully whether to accept something because every challenge is a responsibility, and so is my writing of fashion stories. I was skeptical at the beginning of this year because of all bad things after cosmetic surgery had happened, whether I would even be ready to embark on the adventure of writing spring and summer stories, but at the persuasion of my family, friends and my psychotherapist, it turned out that this type of work was healing for me and that I somehow managed to prove to myself with this challenge that I can push the boundaries regardless of the difficulties that may arise during the process. Everything in life requires self-confidence, courage and self-love so that a person can achieve higher goals. This autumn I am more prepared and slowly getting used to the new situation in my life.

I believe many of you have heard about MYTHERESA shopping e-commerce on Mr. M & Mrs. Mom blog, but I would like to introduce you to this online fashion paradise. MYTHERESA is one of the leading global luxury e-commerce platforms operating in over 130 countries. Founded as a boutique in 1987, MYTHERESA launched online in 2006 and offers ready-to-wear, shoes, bags and accessories for women, men and children, as well as lifestyle products.

The MYTHERESA online store was founded in 2006 by Susanne and Christoph Botschen and is connected to the multi-brand store in Munich (formerly the THERESA store). In 2014, the THERESA store and mytheresa.com were acquired by the American luxury retailer Neiman Marcus for €150 million, giving Neiman Marcus greater access to international customers and strengthening their e-commerce technology.

During Neiman Marcus’ bankruptcy in 2020, the company began the process of spinning off Mytheresa as an independent entity. In January 2019, Mytheresa launched a children’s clothing category, and in January 2020, Mytheresa Men was launched. In May 2022, a new homeware and lifestyle category followed. In 2022, Mytheresa expanded its luxury offering to include home decor and lifestyle products.

The novelty they presented this year is the launch of certified second-hand watches from over 25 luxury brands, such as Audemars Piguet and Cartier, in cooperation with the Swiss jewelry and watch company Bucherer. As a global retailer, Mytheresa operates in 8 languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese and Korean.

In today’s post, you will see some fashion pieces from brands that you can find on the MYTHERESAonline shopping platform, such as: Max MaraLoro PianaSaint Laurent and Tod’s.

We start today’s fashion story with old friends Mr. M&Mrs. Mom of the blog – Max Mara. Max Mara is a world famous Italian fashion brand. It was founded in 1951 in Reggio Emilia by Mr. Achille Maramotti. This legendary brand sponsors and awards the Max Mara Women’s Art Award. Achille Maramotti started creating wardrobes in 1947, and officially founded the Max Mara fashion house in 1951. How did the brand name come about?

The second word of the brand – “Mara” was derived from Mr. Maramotti surname, while “Max” referred to Count Max, a local legend, who was rarely sober, but always so classy and stylish! Mr. Maramotti was one of the first to see that the future of women’s fashion lay in the mass production of designer quality clothing. He also wanted to put his Max Mara brand at the top in front of the names of individual designers, although he hired Karl Lagerfeld, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, Dolce & Gabbana, Narciso Rodriguez and Anne Marie Beretta. The company is still in the hands of the family and is one of the best family fashion businesses in the world.

The Max Mara group has 35 brands in its fashion empire, of which the Max Mara brand remains the heart of the company to this day. Other brands include Sportmax, Sportmax Code, Weekend Max Mara, Marella, Pennyblack, iBlues, MAX&Co. and Marina Rinaldi. An interesting information is that Marina Rinaldi is a brand founded in 1980 and named after the greatmother of Mr. Maramotti.

Max Mara is my favorite brand because it absolutely meets my criteria when it comes to wardrobe, which are: quality, interesting models and cuts, good selection of materials, as well as fine processing of them. I’m sure you’ve all seen by now how much I love cashmere, so this Ludmilla coat is my new fashion love that I’m sure I’ll wear for a long, long time. This coat is made from the finest pure tobacco cashmere, hand stitched in Italy with two layers of soft cashmere.

Made of hand-stitched pure double cashmere, the Ludmilla coat shines like satin. Its shine is the result of a carding process that releases impurities from the fabric, making it flawless to the touch and visually. Finishing the coat with a custom binding that makes it unique, it epitomizes a relaxed attitude and attention to detail. This coat is made for true connoisseurs, when one hears the call for special luxury or the art of choosing the best without boasting, the instinctive answer is Ludmilla.

A timeless piece from the Max Mara collection, the Ludmilla coat epitomizes laid-back appeal that doesn’t sacrifice luxurious fabrics and impeccable attention to detail. Reinterpreted in 2016 and reintroduced in all collections since then, it is one of the iconic pieces of Max Mara style. It stands out with its generous silhouette that hugs the body, and can be adjusted thanks to the coordinated belt. Kimono sleeves and large patch pockets emphasize its understated, refined luxury.

In addition to the excellent material processing, the model of this coat itself is modern and unusual. Depending on what you plan to wear with this coat, it can be nicely combined with elegant outfits, as well as with some relaxed everyday casual outfits. In addition to the coat, gloves and a bag are also part of the Max Mara collection. This bag is part of the old Max Mara collection, but because I really wanted to have this bag, the Max Mara team found it in their archives and I got this wonderful bag because I had it on Pinterest as my favorite piece, but that’s why the gloves are part the latest Max Mara Fall – Winter 2024 collections.

I would like to write a small note for all interested ladies who want to own a Ludmilla coat. This coat is significantly oversized and I chose an Italian size 36, but it’s a little big on me and I think I should have taken an IT34 size, since I lost a lot of weight and I weigh significantly less, so I wasn’t sure which coat size would suit me, that’s why I took the IT36 size, and my son urged me to take the IT34 number, honestly right now I feel a lot of guilt for not listening to him.

Certain pieces from the Max Mara women’s collection can also be found on the MYTHERESA e-commerce shopping platform.

If you want to know more about the Italian fashion house Max Mara and discover what the Maramotti family has prepared for the new fashion season, visit their official online store and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

Loro Piana is an Italian company specialised in clothing and textile products. This fashion house is considered the largest producer of cashmere and also the world’s largest artisanal company processing the luxury fiber.

The Loro Piana company has three divisions (textile divisions): a division that deals with the production of high-quality materials using precious fibers such as cashmere and baby cashmere, vicuna, linen and merino wool, a division that deals with the creation of luxury fashion items(production and distribution of men’s, women’s clothing, footwear and fashion accessories) and the interior design department – production and distribution of interior design products.

In today’s post you have the opportunity to see two interesting pieces from the women’s Loro Piana FW24 collection, which is just a small part of my favourites this season because of its distinctive elegance and my love for bright colours and soft pastels. Drap color pants are perfect for all occasions and can be easily combined with other colors, they are made of cashmere. On the other hand, a Loro Piana beige roll made of the finest cashmere.

Certain pieces from the Loro Piana women’s collection can also be found on the MYTHERESA e-commerce shopping platform.

Everyone who follows my fashion stories knows that I am a big fan of quality and interesting jewelry, I always try to pay maximum attention to fashion details such as jewelry. Today we are hanging out with a well-known French house whose creations I adore and I was happy to wear their clothes and shoes, and now I have the opportunity to wear their jewelry – SAINT LAURENT.

The necklace and earrings are a true masterpiece of this famous French fashion house and have a very attractive design that is very elegant and refined. I love the amber stone in the necklace, which went perfectly with the tobacco-colored Max Mara coat.

If it weren’t for my friends from MYTHERESA, an e-commerce shopping platform that represents a true fashion treasure trove for all lovers of men’s and women’s fashion, pieces like Max Mara coats, bags and gloves, Loro Piana turtleneck sweater and trousers, SAINT LAURENT necklaces and earrings and Tod’s shoes wouldn’t exist today in this blog post on the Mr. M & Mrs. Mom blog. I am very grateful to the MYTHERESA platform for the trust shown and the wonderful collaboration, and I would like to take the opportunity to once again thank the MYTHERESA team from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful collaboration.

This time I decided to complete my outfit with shoes from the Italian brand Tod’s. There is no person who has not resisted wearing these famous Italian fashion houses, regardless of whether it is a person of female or male gender, Tod’s shoes are loved by the whole planet because of their refined elegance and incredible comfort. The shoes from today’s fashion story are an iconic model with a gold-colored metal logo, while the shoes are made of dark brown croco print leather.

Of course, the fashion statement piece that every stylish woman needs and that helps you “hide” from the world when you need a break – sunglasses! This famous Panthère de Cartier sunglasses model is a timeless model, a piece that can be passed down to generations to come! I would like to thank the MYTHERESA team for the wonderful gift.

Certain models of optical frames and sunglasses from the Cartier collection can also be found on the MYTHERESA online shopping platform.

Special note: All my photos from today’s post have been specially edited to meet the expectations of blog partners, as well as the readers themselves while respecting the aesthetics and guidelines of fashion photography. Unfortunately, the face and neck lifting operations did not go well and due to the negligence of the medical team from Egypt, I suffered serious aesthetic and health consequences. In agreement with my legal team, I wrote a post with all the details that can be found on this LINK.

DAMIAAN: A Brand that combines Refined Simplicity and An Unbridled Fantasy…

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my first summer fashion story on the Mr.M blog pages this season. It is a great honor and pleasure for me to have been able to inspire women in their prime to change their perspective on life and introduce novelty into their everyday life through my vision of fashion. Today I will try my best to present you some new fashion novelties that have arrived in my wardrobe.

This unexpected hobby of mine and writing fashion stories became interesting to me because I noticed that people found my stories interesting and inspiring. Honestly, I didn’t expect my writing to be such a success. I have to admit that your messages have given me extra strength to carry on through the difficult period after the surgery in Egypt and to get back to blogging again.

Today I have the great honor and pleasure to introduce you to an unusual new Belgian brand of luxury leather goods that combines refined simplicity and an unbridled fantasy in the creation of its fantastic bags – DAMIAAN.

DAMIAAN is a new luxury Belgian leather goods brand, created by Christina Zeller and Damian O’Sullivan in 2022. With refined simplicity and unbridled fantasy, their creations have surprised and seduced clients across Europe through elegant eccentricity. Driven by their imagination and passion for leather goods, this creative duo pushes the boundaries of the possible, respecting the rigor of the craft and maintaining the greatest degree of artistic freedom.

An unusual combination of traditional form with bold imagination, DAMIAAN presents a collection of bags that bring an unusual blend of refined and simple elegance and grace combined with a unique imagination without limits. The current collection of the DAMIAAN brand consists of two models of bags: Snakebag and Bootbag, this collection is inextricably linked to the imaginary world of surrealism.

Through its first collection, DAMIAAN begins a new creative journey where each bag will carry its own story to tell together with you. I would like to take the opportunity to introduce you to the creators of this amazing brand of leather goods. Damian O’Sullivan, after graduating from the Royal College of Art, he knocked on luxury fashion heaven where he was met by the then director of Hermès, Jean-Louis Dumas, who immediately liked his designs. This fairytale beginning launched a creative journey that would see him design a monumental tower in London for Thames Water, as well as helping Anish Kapoor build his epic water sculpture ‘Decension’. His career was also marked by moments such as designing shoes for Asics and Camper and many porcelain creations for Royal Delft, Rosenthal and Vista Alegre.

For the past fifteen years, he has worked for the famous French houses Hermès and Louis Vuitton, designing tableware, leather goods and home accessories. After thirty years, Damian returns to his very first love – creating unique bags. You must be wondering, why bags? Although it may not be the oldest profession in the world, bag making goes back millennia. Practical and useful then and now, these days, bags are expected to carry stories, and those are the stories that DAMIAAN wants to tell.

Having earned a master’s degree in journalism, Christina Zeller was not destined for her professional career. On the runway as a model at the age of 23, she discovered the world of fashion, which she has never left since. She worked for the biggest fashion houses and designers in France and Belgium. Karl Lagerfeld gave her wings, boldness, fantasy and the privilege to experiment. Working with Christian Lacroix, she learned the rigor of research that always seeks the exceptional and never settles for second best. Her close collaboration with Riccardo Tisci led to the development of all his fashion accessories. Enriched and emboldened by this experience, she joined Delvaux in 2011, where she spent nine years at the helm of the creative, marketing and communications department, contributing to the brand’s luster and brilliance. She once stated: “I have always worked with passion and I was lucky enough to start each day with a smile. With DAMIAAN, I have come full circle and I can feel all the emotions and excitement as if it were the first time.”

In today’s fashion story, I present to you the Snakebag model that is made in France and its classic crescent design belies its clever construction. How else would you get a writhing snake to hold a bag while holding its tongue? The almost invisible seams require exceptional craftsmanship, which our craftsmen have perfected through trials and tribulations to maintain the allure and mystery of their sinuous tail. As real as the snake looks, if you are afraid of snakes you don’t have to shy away because this charming snake will brighten your day!

Snakebag comes in two sizes: small and medium. This model can be found in several color combinations. The decision was difficult, but I decided on a white Snakebag with black details.

Another interesting model in the DAMIAAN collection is the Bootbag, which is made in Italy, bringing together two separate crafts: boots and bag making. Exceptional skills are required in making this sophisticated handbag model, where one craftsman works hand in hand with another to make the bag look its best. The Bootbag will have you wandering around impervious to all the elements, and its leather sole will withstand even the occasional puddle or two you encounter. Stranded or carried by your hand in the air, the Bootbag isn’t afraid to bare its sole. This bag model is made in one size and there are several price variations.

The second brand that I want to introduce you to today comes to us from France and I am sure that many of you have at least one of their creations in your wardrobe – IKKS.

IKKS is a French ready-to-wear brand founded in 1987 by Gérard Le Goff in La Seguiniere. The brand was part of the Kidiliz Group for several years before being sold to the White Knight LBO France fund in July 2015. It is one of the first French players in the ready-to-wear medium and high-end range with wide distribution.

How did the IKKS brand get its name? Gérard Le Goff originally wanted to call his mark “X”. As this name was transferred to clothing originally intended for children, the designer chose the name IKKS, which is actually pronounced “X”.

IKKS is undertaking a sincere process of transformation, a comprehensive transformation, which will be applied to every aspect of the company, retaining the strength anchored in their DNA and improving the weaknesses that are observed today. They engage in a resilience approach because IKKS Group management believes that everyone has their share of responsibility. Sometimes it is also difficult because you have to be able to make firm decisions even if their implementation is not easy. But it’s never too late to question yourself and try to do things right. One of their key initiatives is the decision to stop using one of the biggest scourges in the textile industry: virgin polyester.

A transformation has begun to achieve this ambitious goal by 2025. The IKKS teams are sure that it will be difficult, but they are also sure that this decision will have a big impact on their company and that they will have to make certain compromises, but they feel that it is their moral duty and responsibility to show everyone that it is possible. IKKS wants to change without leaving their DNA, without claiming to be something they really aren’t. Making choices means doing nothing more, and that’s something the IKKS team won’t hesitate to do in the coming months and years.

The responsibility of IKKS concerns the entire ecosystem which consists of: People, the core of their business. That is why IKKS works hand in hand with its partners, suppliers and employees. Traceability, a major issue today, to secure their processes and control their supply chains to guarantee product quality. Their materials are becoming more and more ethical. Their skills, expertise and their integrated operational excellence, especially through their partners. IKKS has obligations for the land, the sea and the environment as a whole, to do something sincere and lasting for the planet.

Their “IKKS works better” program is focused on five priorities: Reduce carbon emissions, Develop more ethical materials to reduce their impact on the environment; Guaranteeing social standards throughout the IKKS supply chain; all information about IKKS products is transparent and available to everyone and the reduction of plastic.

What sets IKKS apart from other brands on the market is the excellence of the unique skills that form the heart of the “IKKS works better” approach. Seamstresses, pattern makers, design office, style studio, quality control, CSR teams: IKKS has all the expertise in conceiving and designing the collections in-house in Saint-Macaire-en-Mauges and Paris. It’s local expertise, highlighted every day by a team of passionate people.

As quality goes with things that last, the IKKS teams are dedicated to the task of guaranteeing that customers around the world have desirable and durable products. A team of 22 people based in Saint-Macaire-en-Mauges is fully dedicated to prototyping IKKS models, developing more than 2,500 prototypes per year. This phase, which is very important in the creation of IKKS collections, guarantees the quality of the clothes and that they fit well.

Every outfit looks more interesting and chic with the Poppy Red Double-Breasted Blazer. This blazer has a modern cut with two side pockets with flaps, long sleeves. This blazer features an exclusive IKKS jacquard lining with skull motifs. The blazer has a double breasted, button fastening and a straight fit.

In today’s post you have the opportunity to see an interesting piece from the latest women’s Loro Piana Spring – Summer 2024 collection, which is just a small part of my favorites this season because of its distinctive elegance and my love for bright colors. The white colored trousers are perfect for all occasions and extremely easy to match with other colors, they are made of silk.

Regarding the story about the jewelry, I got the necklace from my husband as a gift for our 30th wedding anniversary, I remember that we all went to the capital of Italy – Rome as a family to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our children. On the first day while walking around the main street for shopping, I spotted this necklace and told my daughter how beautiful and unusual it was, then we continued our walk. The daughter conveyed my findings to her father and they made a plan to buy the necklace. I was shocked and positively surprised when I saw the Bvlgari shopping bag at dinner the next day when we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and as I needed time to compose myself, Marko unwrapped the box and put the necklace around my neck. I wore this necklace several times during the celebration of important events in our family and today I am sharing this memory with you.

On the other hand, I bought the Cartier earrings when I went on a press media trip with Marko to Qatar last year and I couldn’t resist them. These are my go-to iconic earrings for all time, unique and will be trendy this season as well as seasons to come.

I got the brooch as a gift from my dear friends from the fashion house Max Mara and I think it is now on sale, Marko just told me that he saw it in Berlin a few days ago, so he told me the interesting thing is that it is on a seasonal discount.

Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: Why Everyone Still Loves Dior?

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my new fashion story on the pages of the Mr.M blog. I’m really glad that you like my take on fashion and that I inspire many women in their prime to change their minds and bring some novelty into their lives. Today I will try my best to present you some new fashion novelties that have arrived in my wardrobe.

I start today’s post with the answer to the question that you could read in the very title of this post. There is one very good reason why fashion lovers still love this undisputed French brand of luxury high “haute couture” fashion – Christian Dior, better known today as the rebranded DIOR. My task today was to create an unusual, extraordinary, minimalists and at the same time refined fashion outfit with the MYTHERESA shopping platform.

Dior is one of the few fashion houses that is based on the ideals of feminine beauty and classic, timeless fashion, over the decades it has evolved into an unusual bold, feminist and powerful design, which has remained somehow true to its roots. In today’s post, I will try to write you a little more about the history of Dior and how this French brand grew into what it is today.

I believe many of you have heard about MYTHERESA shopping platform on Mr.M blog, but I would like to introduce you to this electronic fashion paradise.

As a global retailer, Mytheresa operates in 8 languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese and Korean.

In today’s post, you will see some fashion pieces from brands that you can find on the MYTHERESA online shopping platform, such as: DIOR, Roger Vivier, Max Mara and Cartier.

Let’s go back to the brand that is the subject of today’s fashion story. Dior as a French brand, dating back to the 1940s, provides fashion lovers around the world with some of the most beautiful garments, be it cocktail ready-to-wear or haute couture gowns on the red carpet or luxurious everyday pieces that are sure to catch the eye of everyone who they see you. This timeless brand has also stood the test of time, evolving with each creative leader who has passed through its doors. The fashion house has hosted some of the most incredible talent in the industry and I firmly believe it will continue to do so for years to come.

When and where did the fashion adventure called Christian Dior begin? Although it was unofficially created in 1946, the Dior brand states in its data that 1947 is the year of its beginning, because that is when the first collection of the fashion house debuted. Christian Dior launched the brand in Paris with a shop at the famous 30 Avenue Montaigne street. An interesting fact is that it took less than three months from the creation of the brand to present the first collection on February 12, 1947.

Mr. Dior had a deep love and respect for art and ran an art gallery in France before entering fashion. After closing his gallery during the Great Depression, he worked for fashion designer Robert Piguet and then-couture designer Lucien Lelong. Dior was still willing to have his work shown, which led him to create his own fashion house in 1946, and Christian Dior was born.

Soon, Dior became a globally famous fashion brand. He opened a store on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 57th Street in New York in 1948, making Dior’s first official entry into the American market. With the global launch came an expanded collection. Dior started with his fragrance notes, introducing Miss Dior, which he dedicated to his sister. It was around this time that Dior realized that his brand needed to provide an overall fashion experience in order to continue his conceptual vision and change the design of his brand.

Every Dior customer could have coats, shoes, hats and every other piece necessary to fully capture the new “fashion wave” from head to toe. The Dior brand continued to grow, and Dior himself continued to dress the biggest stars of the time. He even created the famous Marlene Dietrich for her role in the 1950 Alfred Hitchcock film “Stage Fright”. His creations remained a permanent part of her wardrobe, like many other divas of the late 40s and early 50s of the last century.

Christian Dior died in 1957 as a result of a massive heart attack at the age of 52. The entire fashion world mourned the loss of an industry icon who disappeared from the fashion scene too soon. To maintain the soul of the brand after Dior’s death, Mr. Yves Saint Laurent (Yves Saint Laurent) took on the role of artistic director of the brand. The 21-year-old continued Dior’s legacy, largely keeping the original creative vision intact. However, he sought to bring the brand to a softer silhouette, loosening the cinched waists and dropping some of the structure. The new collections were once unfailingly hit or miss as the industry scrambled to find someone else to lead the Christian Dior brand. When Yves Saint Laurent was called up to serve in the French army in 1960, he was released from the brand.

What is the story of the Lady Dior bag? This star of the French fashion house Dior was born in 1995, this bag first appeared on the hand of Lady Diana, Princess of Wales on her trip to Paris. Before that moment, this Dior bag didn’t have a name, but because of the historic moment with this bag on her hand, it got the perfect name: Lady Dior.

This bag is a testament to the exceptional taste in the Dior ateliers, the Lady Dior bag is a continuation of Christian Dior’s heritage, each element is carefully crafted, in line with the heritage of the house. The metal pendants that fall from the belt are inspired by the amulets he loved so much, and the signature stitching is familiar from the Napoleon III chairs that guests of Dior runway shows would sit on: a thread of history runs through each one.

The Lady Dior bag you see in today’s post is a mini version and is made of genuine python leather in pastel brown-gold tones with gold metallic details.

Another nice fashion novelty that I received from the MYTHERESA team are these beautiful Roger Vivier ballet flats. Roger Henri Vivier was a French fashion designer who specialized in shoes. He is best known for creating the modern stiletto heel and for placing a chrome buckle on the elegant black high heel shoe, which became a must-have fashion accessory for many celebrities and stars of the 50s and 60s. He named his brand after himself – Roger Vivier. Italian fashion group Tod’s SpA has acquired luxury brand Roger Vivier, adding the label credited with creating the heel.

Fashion-conscious women sometimes want to create the impression that they are a bit naughty or frivolous, thus showing the world that they are both fashionable and carefree. This diamond encrusted lizard brooch is a perfect example of jewelry produced during the Victorian Aesthetic Period. Crafted in 18K gold with shell-cut diamonds, it has a lovely curve, giving the piece quite the feel as if it’s ready to jump right onto your shoulder and join you for a dazzling stroll around town! I bought it a long time ago, maybe 20 years ago, in an old jewelry store in London. The jeweler had a wonderful display full of brooches from the animal kingdom and I just had to buy it.

Another piece of jewelry is pearls, which I simply adore. In collaboration with YOKO London leading luxury pearl jeweler. The brand, founded in 1973, has evolved over three generations of the Hakimian family. Their insatiable team travels the world to source the world’s finest pearls, many of which boast unique natural colors and exceptional sizes. Their talented designers and artisans work together in their London workshop to create pieces that follow all the trends in the jewelry world, combining contemporary aesthetics with timeless elegance.

Each pearl is hand-selected for each design, and the creations are intricately crafted to celebrate the stunning beauty of these precious gems. Their dedicated team has been known to spend up to a year finding a single pearl that is perfect in size, color and quality to complete a design.

This classic pearl necklace features a striking string of 6mm Japanese Akoya pearls attached to an 18k yellow gold ball clasp. A timeless piece, this necklace will add a touch of glamor to any outfit it’s paired with. Each pearl is perfectly matched and hand strung by experts in the UK.

Max Mara is a world famous Italian fashion brand. It was founded in 1951 in Reggio Emilia by Mr. Achille Maramotti. This legendary brand sponsors and awards the Max Mara Women’s Art Award. Achille Maramotti began creating wardrobes in 1947, and officially founded the Max Mara fashion house in 1951.

Maramotti.

Max Mara is my favorite brand because it absolutely meets my criteria when it comes to wardrobe, which are: quality, interesting models and cuts, good selection of materials, as well as fine processing of materials. Today I decided to show you my favorite piece from the latest Max Mara collection for SS24: a timeless dress with an unusual cut made of satin.

I really like the new collection of this Italian fashion house and I’m glad we have a nice collaboration. In a future post during this summer season, I will try to style this beautiful dress that I received from my dear friends from Max Mara Germany.

If you want to know more about the Italian fashion house Max Mara and discover what the Maramotti family has prepared for the new fashion season, visit their official online store and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

I have always admired women with longer and well-groomed hair, but unfortunately I have had short hair all my life, but with the help of Ellen Wille wigs (supllied by Perike In) I managed to fulfill my long-term dream and I am very happy about it. Wigs have become a trend today, because wearing a wig opens up a number of new possibilities for you to experiment and change yourself, without having to make any permanent changes to your natural hair.

Also in addition to the aesthetic transformation, wigs can provide you with good protection from frequent treatment and heat, keeping your natural hair healthy. The history of Ellen Wille began with a suitcase full of ideas. Ellen Wille is a self-made hair designer who built a global brand from a small company. After completing her studies in Paris, the company was established in 1967. The corporate philosophy is shaped by commitment to the highest quality, and this is what the Ellen Wille name stands for.

For over 50 years, Ellen Wille designs have been inspired by international fashion trends. Her passion for wig perfection is evident – she guides every meticulous detail and each Ellen Wille wig is unique. All aspects of an individual style, from the hair fiber to the coloring to the cap design, is about ensuring the most beautiful look, natural movement and comfortable fit. Ellen remains involved in every detail of design, from the first idea, to the finishing touches of each style.

When someone thinks of having to wear a wig, most people get scared thinking that it will take too much time to maintain them. Fortunately, that is not the case at all. Ellen Wille wigs are very easy to maintain and there are many products that will make them last a long time and look the same as when you bought them.

I hope you enjoyed my fashion story today. Soon I will show you other spring outfits that can serve as inspiration for this fashion season. See you in a few days at the same place, with some new interesting story. I will try not to take long breaks and I hope you understand the reason for my unexpected absence, but there will be time to catch up and I am sure I will meet your expectations.

Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: GEMMI, Beauty of Fur Casual Elegance…

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my new fashion story on the pages of the Mr.M blog. I’m really glad that you like my take on fashion and that I inspire many women in their prime to change their minds and bring some novelty into their lives.

Today I will present to you one of my favorite fur pieces that you have had the opportunity to see this season on the Mr.M blog. Gemmi is a new partner of Mr.M blog, a luxury brand of jackets and coats from Finland. All Gemmi pieces are painstakingly crafted in the Gemmi factory in Finland with the help of skilled and experienced craftsmen and tailors. The materials they use are natural and sustainable and selected for their quality characteristics and responsible production.

How did the Gemmi brand come about? The brand was born out of necessity due to extremely harsh winters in the north of Europe. The history of the Gemmi brand dates back to the early 70s when a factory was built in the small town of Loviisa, located in southern Finland. The vision of the founder of the contemporary Gemmi fur brand got a new life in 2014. I am truly impressed by the work of Ms. Susanne Stenfors and her team who put a lot of love and effort into making Gemmi products and are truly dedicated to each client individually. Gemmi has always created its own unique style of modern fur coats. Their team saw an opportunity to develop a line of fur products that were already well designed, high quality, functional and responsibly made, into a contemporary brand of fur jackets and coats with clearer influences from the Nordic design tradition.

Gemmi is a family company continuing the long tradition of clothing and fur production in Finland. Their fur factory is one of the few textile and fur factories in the Nordic countries, where the right attitude and proper clothing are needed to get through the long and dark winters. In addition, they equally need some kind of outerwear during all seasons. All Gemmi products are designed and handcrafted in Finland. The Gemmi team found inspiration for the new collections in timeless design archives and experimented with different materials to create new contemporary pieces for all four seasons.

Gemmi various collections uphold the tradition of Finnish design aesthetics, combined with functionality and high-quality materials. The Gemmi team is constantly searching for new natural and sustainable materials suitable for making luxury outerwear. One of the latest discoveries is the Finnish tweed fabric produced by Saimaa Wool, using wool from Nordic sheep. This beautiful tweed fabric in striking colors complements Gemma’s timeless, classic design. Gemmi models are made for everyday use, and for weather and wind protection, they generally use wind and water resistant fabrics.

Windbreakers are now increasingly made from recycled polyester or nylon and the quality of these more sustainable technical fabrics is improving. Gemmi is known for lightweight, reversible fur coats, jackets and vests, which on the one hand look like a functional coat made of technical fabric, but when the reverse is a luxurious fox fur coat, jacket or vest. Gemmi fur jackets and coats are made from fur skins obtained at Saga Furs auctions from Finnish certified and regulated farmers. In this way, we know the origin of the materials used in the production of the fur coat.

In addition to making new fur coats, Gemmi can also revive your old ones and create new fashion masterpieces. I believe that through my previous fur fashion stories, you have become familiar with a number of fur facts that the most important thing to know is that natural fur is a long-lasting, warm material. Many of us have old jackets and coats made of fur that are hanging unused in our wardrobes, and this fact has inspired the Gemmi team to create a new service that will give old fur coats the opportunity to become new fur-lined parkas. This is a win-win combination that provides mutual benefits for many customers who use beautiful fur in a new form and for the Gemmi team a new opportunity because they can provide work for their expert team.

In today’s post, you have the opportunity to see a Reversible Fox Fur Coat in wonderful Bark color that is designed to be an oversized fit, but at the same time is the most comfortable jacket you will ever wear. The jacket is extremely warm and light. The hood and sleeves have a light padded lining. The jacket is designed and made in Finland. I must mention that Gemmi has limited stock, in order to minimize the level of unsold jackets and coats. Fur coats, jackets and vests ordered through the Gemmi online store are generally made to order and delivered within 2-3 weeks, assuming the Gemmi team has the required material in stock.

How can you buy Gemmi products? The Gemmi flagship store is located in the heart of downtown Helsinki, where you can experience the beauty of their fur jackets and coats in live. On the other hand, in the comfort of your home, you can use the services of the Gemmi online store, which has the widest selection of Gemmi products. Gemmi products can also be found in some stores in northern Finland and high-end department stores, fashion boutiques and fur shops in many countries in Europe and around the world.

If you want to stay updated and find out what all the novelties Gemmi has in offer for us this winter fashion season, follow them on the social networks Facebook and Instagram.

I am happy to have the opportunity to introduce you to the new friends of the Mr.M blog who have succeeded in bringing together exquisite luxury artisan crafts, Italian passion and exquisite Neapolitan craftsmanship. Artigiano del Guanto (ADG) is an artisan glove workshop active in the northern part of Naples, founded by Giovanni Ricciardiello, an experienced glove maker for 10 decades, a historical exponent of the tradition of the ancient Neapolitan glove makers. A few years ago, in 2016 to be precise, the laboratory was renovated and with it the brand was born: Artigiano Del Guanto.

Today, Artigiano Del Guanto is no longer a “simple” workshop of artisan gloves, but a family company in which the new generation of heirs Francesco, Mimmo and Flora, Giovanni’s children stand out, who, with the indispensable presence of their father, in addition to the brand, renewed the production chain with a completely new styles and models, connected with new modern communication channels, in order to satisfy the needs of even the most demanding customer. Over the years, the Artigiano Del Guanto collections have attracted the attention of very prestigious international high fashion brands such as Giorgio Armani, MaxMara, Coccinelle and Pinko, with whom today the Ricciardiello family’s ADG artisan glove laboratory proudly collaborates as an official manufacturer.

What does a working day look like at the Artigiano Del Guanto craft workshop? The working day starts early in the morning between 6:30 and 7 am, when the doors of the ADG workshop are already open. The first word that rings out in the craft workshop is “Good morning”. At 07:30 the first morning coffee is already ready and at 08:00 the working day begins. The first bucket of leather softening water is already full and can be found under the marble counter that will soon be almost 45 years old.

The first stage of processing is in moistening the leather by wrapping it in cloth, previously immersed in a bucket of water for a few seconds, then we move on to laying the leather on the counter, strictly manual work, adopting the right criteria. Then, with the help of scissors, a leather rectangle is formed. From here, the technical processing begins, with the splitting of the leather, it begins to take the form of a glove. Once the desired shape has been obtained, the embroidery itinerary is followed, which through small pictures, blades, curved cuts and various molds bring the holes, leather stitching, weaving, straps, pleats to life.

Are we done making the glove? No, there’s still a lot to do! Now we are in the delicate stage of the seam, entrusted to a highly qualified staff who has been doing this work for about 35 years. Glove production machines differ depending on the type of seam. During the final stage of processing, the passion and frugality of those who sew exclusively by hand and create small works of art are not neglected, as someone described years ago.

After sewing, we move on to the “shocking” phase, that is, to the exact control of the seams, which precedes the installation. The coating is done using special wooden hands on which the coating is placed. Small, traditional gestures of our workshop of handmade gloves… A light veil of vegetable glue is spread over the fingertips, and then the glove is inserted. To make sure the lining is stuck, the glove is placed on the thermal hand which will increase its adhesion. The final stages of production continue with work that can be done by hand or by machine and we are almost at the end of the line in fact only two stops short! Handmade gloves are ‘shown’, or ironed on thermal hands, bonded with cotton and undergo a final inspection, before passing through to destination packaging.

In today’s fashion story, I will present you unusual gloves that are made of the finest lambskin. M.Smithson (GKJ-9456) is a women’s model of gloves with Swarovski stones, made of lambskin. The model is distinguished by the application of Swarovski stones on the back of the gloves and a small leather flap. The lining is made of 100% cashmere.

During this winter season, together we will discover the beauty of luxury artisanal craftsmanship, Italian passion and the extraordinary Neapolitan craftsmanship of Artigiano Del Guanto. If you want to stay updated and find out what new gloves models Artigiano Del Guanto has to offer us this winter fashion season, follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

In today’s fashion story, I will present you some fashion pieces from my favorite Italian brand – Max Mara. How did the brand name come about?

Max Mara is my favorite brand because it absolutely meets my criteria when it comes to wardrobe, which are: quality, interesting models and cuts, good selection of materials, as well as fine processing of materials. Today I decided to show you two iconic pieces: a timeless turtleneck sweater and unusual sneakers with mink fur details. The turtleneck sweater is made of the finest cashmere with metal details.

The sneakers are really unusual because they are made of a combination of cashmere and mink fur details. The color of these sneakers is amazing live and because of the neutrality of the pastel color, these sneakers go perfectly with any outfit! In a future post I will try to style them with a Max Mara bag and a coat that I got from my dear friends from Max Mara.

Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: Giorgio Armani, the Difference Between Style and Fashion is Quality

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my new fashion story on the pages of the Mr.M blog. I’m really glad that you like my take on fashion and that I inspire many women in their prime to change their minds and bring some novelty into their lives.

Today I will introduce you to one of my favorite Italian designers, Mr. Giorgio Armani. Giorgio Armani S.p.A., better known as Armani, is an Italian luxury fashion house founded in Milan by Mr. Giorgio Armani that designs, manufactures, distributes and sells haute couture, ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes, accessories and home interiors. In addition to the Armani Prive couture line, Giorgio Armani and Emporio Armani are the company’s ready-to-wear lines that are shown at Milan Fashion Week. Armani Collezioni, Armani Exchange and Armani Jeans are sold at lower prices.

Giorgio Armani (full name of the brand line: Giorgio Armani Borgonuovo) is a top brand specializing in men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, accessories, glasses, cosmetics and perfumes. This line is available only in Giorgio Armani boutiques, specialized luxury multi-brand stores and selected high-end department stores worldwide. The logo is a curved “G” ending in a curved “A”, forming a circle. In 2001, Armani created a joint venture with Vestimento to produce the Borgonuovo men’s and women’s line.

How was the Armani fashion empire created? Mr. Armani and his partner, the architect Sergio Galeotti, founded Giorgio Armani SpA in 1975. After years of success, in 2001, Mr. Armani commissioned architect Tadao Anda to transform the old Nestle chocolate factory in Milan’s Savona/Tortona area into the company’s headquarters. Also, in the early 2000s, Armani opened five megastores, starting with the opening of the Armani/Manconi store in Milan in 2000, which houses all of the company’s brands. Other such spaces are in Hong Kong (Armani/Chater House, opened 2002), Munich (Armani/Funf Hof, opened 2003), Tokyo (Armani/Ginza Tower, opened 2007) and New York (Armani/Fifth Avenue, opened 2009).

Like every woman, I am a big fan of large size bags made of exotic leathers and when I saw this bag in the Giorgio Armani catalog for the Spring-Summer collection, I could just imagine my new ideal outfits to wear with this perfect bag. a bag. Navy has always been an indispensable summer navy color that every famous fashion brand has in their spring and summer collections. The bag is made of real python skin, of exceptional quality, with a distinctive pendant featuring the recognizable Giorgio Armani logo.

In the following fashion stories, we will have the opportunity to see together how this bag fits perfectly with summer dresses and some bright colors, since the dark color is extremely simple and easy to combine, which eases small fashion troubles for all women in their prime!

If you want to know more about the Giorgio Armani brand, as well as other lines of brands from the Armani family, visit their official website and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

Loro Piana is an Italian company specialised in clothing and textile products. This fashion house is considered the largest producer of cashmere and also the world’s largest artisanal company processing the luxury fiber.

The Loro Piana company has three divisions (textile divisions): a division that deals with the production of high-quality materials using precious fibers such as cashmere and baby cashmere, vicuna, linen and merino wool, a division that deals with the creation of luxury fashion items (production and distribution of men’s, women’s clothing, footwear and fashion accessories) and the interior design department – production and distribution of interior design products.

In today’s post you have the opportunity to see three pieces from the latest women’s Loro Piana Fall – Winter 2023 collection, which is just a small fraction of my favorites this season because of its distinctive elegance and my love for red and navy colors. Red is the color of happiness and joy, that’s why I decided to complement the dark color with this fresh shade of red. The navy pants are perfect for all occasions and can easily be combined with other colors, they are made of pure baby cashmere, as is the navy scarf.

If you want to stay updated and find out which pieces the Loro Piana brand has in its offer, visit their official online store and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

Today I will continue story about new friends of the Mr.M blog who have managed to bring together exquisite luxury artisan crafts, Italian passion and exquisite Neapolitan craftsmanship.

In today’s fashion story, I will present you unusual gloves Electra GKJ-02130. This model of women’s gloves is made of lambskin, with a heart on the back, applied using a matrix and hand sewing. The lining is made of 100% cashmere.

Because of the bright tones of this outfit, I decided to show you another pair of Artigiano Del Guanto gloves, which went perfectly with this outfit. Model T.Kuribayashi Gloves (GKJ-02126) are gloves with interlocking laces and knots on the back that intertwine at the wrist, completely handmade in the Artigiano Del Guanto laboratories from lambskin leather. Why did these gloves get an unusual name? The ADG team wanted to pay tribute to a great historical figure, Tadamichi Kuribayashi, a Japanese general known for commanding Japanese forces at the Battle of Iwo Jima. The lining is made of 100% cashmere.

As this is a purely artisan glove, made by hand, it is available in every size or color shown in the product listing. Sometimes the possibility of “Express delivery” is guaranteed for the color visible in the product photo. In order to receive a glove in one of the colors available on the company’s color card, the artisan production time with shipping included can take up to 15 days.

If you want to stay up to date and find out what new things Artigiano Del Guanto has in store for us this winter fashion season, follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

This time I decided to complete my outfit with shoes from the Italian brand Tod’s. There is no person who has not resisted wearing shoes of this famous Italian fashion house, regardless of whether it is a person of female or male gender, Tod’s shoes are loved by the whole planet because of their refined elegance and incredible comfort. The shoes from today’s fashion story are an iconic model with a gold-colored T metal logo, while the shoes are made of dark-navy croco embossed leather.

In agreement with my legal team, I will soon tell you the whole story so that you will fully understand the reason for my long absence from the blog, because you deserve to know the truth and all the details.

Best Regards,

Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: ADG, the Beauty of Wearable Luxury Italian Handicrafts

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my last fashion story on the pages of the Mr.M blog in 2023. I’m really glad that you like my take on fashion and that I’ve inspired many women in their prime to change their minds and bring some novelty into their lives.

I would like to take this special opportunity to wish you a happy New Year and Christmas holidays, to spend them in peace and prosperity with those you love. I wish you all the best in the new year, and leave all that was bad behind you and don’t forget to fill the years with life, not life with years. I sincerely hope that you will achieve all that you want, acquire all that you have not so far and save the most valuable things that you need for true happiness. Happy New Year!

In today’s fashion story, I will present you unusual gloves that are made of the finest pony hair. Dafne (GKJ-0818) is a model of women’s gloves collection made of calf leather, completely handmade. The Dafne is developed from bimaterials with a pony-effect calfskin part and a lambskin palm. The Dafne Handmade Glove is made from a hand-woven leather strap with covered buckles.

Gemmi is a new partner of Mr.M blog, a luxury outerwear brand from Finland. All Gemmi pieces are crafted in the Gemmi factory in Finland with the help of skilled and experienced craftsmen and tailors.

The wig you see on me today is the Kimera Deluxe wig, a champagne color from the Stimulate collection that has soft and gentle layers that make this mid-length style absolutely perfect. This wig is designed to ensure a tight and secure fit for the woman wearing it. This wig is of medium length and is made of the highest quality synthetic fibers.

How to properly wash a wig? Whether it is a wig made of natural or synthetic hair, there are steps to follow in order to maintain its appearance and quality. The whole process takes a short time and is essentially similar to washing your own hair. Place the wig in a deep dish, into which you previously poured lukewarm water and a little shampoo. After ten minutes, wash the wig thoroughly with gentle movements, then rinse it with lukewarm water. Then pour the conditioner into the clean water, insert the wig and leave it in the water for ten minutes. Then take it out and rinse with clean water.

I recommend that you use Ellen Wille shampoo and conditioner that are specially designed for wig maintenance. The gentle structure of these products will not damage the hair of the wig, and will successfully remove sweat and other impurities from it.

How to properly dry a wig? In order to last a long time, the wig must be carefully dried after washing. It must not be exposed to direct sources of heat, such as hair dryers or radiators, but must be dried naturally, in a ventilated place. The specially designed Ellen Wille stand allows the wig to dry easily and well after washing, keeping its shape.

If you want to stay updated and find out what all the Ellen Wille has in offer, you can follow them on the social media platforms Facebook and Instagram.

I hope you enjoyed my fashion story today. See you in 2024 with some new and more interesting fashion stories. I will try not to take long breaks and I hope you understand the reason for my unexpected absence after failed cosmetic surgery in Egypt, but there will be time to make up for everything in the new year and I am sure I will meet your expectations.

Best Regards,

Rose

Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: GEMMI, Nordic Luxury Outerwear

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my new Mrs. Mom fashion story on the Mr.M blog. I’m really glad you like my take on fashion and that I’ve inspired many women in their prime to change their minds and bring some novelty into their lives.

I would like to take this special opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the many messages and well wishes during my recovery from surgery in Egypt. I must admit that I am delighted by your great interest in my health condition after the operation. Marko read all your messages to me and you can be sure that you made me happy. As for the outcome of the operation itself, unfortunately I am not able to tell you anything more at the moment, due to the new situation in which the state authorities of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of Serbia are involved, so I would ask for your understanding. Rest assured that I will keep you updated on everything, as I have been doing so far and that I will share my experience with my surgical rejuvenation in Egypt as soon as possible.

I have to admit that I missed you and that I will try my best to write new fashion stories in accordance with my health possibilities, since currently the whole Mr.M team is helping me to fulfill my obligations. Your messages give me strength and optimism to continue my work.

Today’s story will be special because it will confirm a famous quote: “Life is not perfect but your hair can be.” I have always admired women with longer and well-groomed hair, but unfortunately I have had short hair all my life, but with the help of Ellen Wille wigs (supllied by Perike In) I managed to fulfill my long-term dream and I am very happy about it. I’ve always wondered if wigs made of synthetic hair look not so natural and artificial, since synthetic fibers usually have a high shine, but I’m surprised by the quality of the workmanship, even to the touch I didn’t feel that it was a synthetic hair wig. In the following fashion stories, I will share with you some more essential and important information that I have learned about wigs that you can find in Wigs In The Magical World.

If you want to stay updated and find out what all the Ellen Wille has in offer, you can follow them on the social media platforms Facebook and Instagram.

In today’s fashion story, I will present you some fashion pieces from my favorite Italian brand – Max Mara.

Maramotti.

Max Mara is my favorite brand because it absolutely meets my criteria when it comes to wardrobe, which are: quality, interesting models and cuts, good selection of materials, as well as fine processing of materials. Today I am presenting you my favorite pieces from FW23 collection – cashmere turtleneck sweater and classic trousers made of the finest wool.

If you want to know more about the Italian fashion house Max Mara and discover what the Maramotti family has prepared for the new fashion season, visit their official online store and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

Every woman who wants to achieve an elegant look must always have nice shoes. This time I decided on shoes from the iconic French brand Christian Louboutin supplied by MYTHERESA, which has been making quality shoes with unusual designs. The shoes you can see in today’s fashion story are made of black patent leather with gold accessories with Swarovski details. In addition to beauty, these shoes are comfortable, which is important when choosing footwear.

I hope you enjoyed my fashion story today. See you in a few days at the same place, with some new interesting story. I will try not to take long breaks and I hope you will understand the reason for my unexpected absence, but there will be time to catch up.

Best,

Rose

Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: CAMEO ITALIANO, timeless jewelry for all generations…

My dear fashionistas, welcome to a new fashion story on the Mr.M blog. I want to thank you for your wonderful words and numerous compliments on my work. I’m really glad you like my take on fashion and that I’ve inspired many women in their golden ages (50+) to change their minds and bring color into their lives. Today’s post I will start with fashion details that can sometimes make an outfit more interesting than the pieces of clothing itself.

I’m not sure if I mentioned in one of the previous stories that Leo is my zodiac sign and because of the characteristics of Leos, I have an extraordinary love for the gold color and adore jewelry. Jewelry is perhaps the most important fashion detail that can say a lot about the woman who wears it. Today I will present to you a special cameo jewelry of an Italian brand that is famous in the world – CAMEO ITALIANO.

What exactly is Cameo jewelry? A cameo is a material that is carved in raised relief, often depicting a profile of a face, nature, or some special mythical scene. Cameos, hard or precious stones carved in relief, or imitations of such stones in glass and mollusk shells. Cameos are usually a gem (usually agate, onyx, or sardonyx) that has two layers of different colors, with figures carved in one layer so that they are raised against the background of the other. Cameo is the converse of intaglio, which consists of an incised, or sunken, engraving in the same class of material.

The history of this material goes back to the early Sumerian period (around 3100 BC) to the fall of the Roman civilization, from the Renaissance and from the Neoclassical period in the 18th century. Greek cameos, made of colored quartz, were purely decorative (as opposed to intaglios, which were used as seals) and reached a high artistic level. In contrast, Roman cameos, mostly made of sardonyx, onyx and glass paste, were usually carved with portraits and mythological scenes and were often signed by the artists.

Due to the increased interest in classical civilization, the art of cameo engraving was perfected again in the Renaissance. Cameos were used to mark personalities, as in ancient times. In England during the 16th century, cameos were made with the head of Queen Elizabeth to celebrate the victory over the Spanish Armada. In the 18th and 19th centuries, cameos adorned jewelry such as diadems, belts, brooches, and bracelets.

The history of the CAMEO ITALIANO brand begins in 1957 when Mr. Michele Di Luca opens the doors of his jewelry atelier. Thanks to his ability and creativity as one of the most talented master engravers, he realized his dream – to bring the uniqueness of the cameo shell to the international stage.

Michele Di Luca’s great passion for creativity not only earned him a gold medal for his contribution to the economic development of the Campania region, but also inspired his children Gino, Anna, Pina and Marinella to join the company in 1980. In 2012, Gino Di Luca launched the brand that launched cameo as a contemporary gem: CAMEO ITALIANO.

Each cameo is a small, unique and unrepeatable masterpiece, precious thanks to the artisanal approach to production. CAMEO ITALIANO is part of a tradition that preserves techniques that have been passed down for more than two centuries in Torre del Greco, the only place in the world where shell cameos are engraved. A gem that symbolizes the values and authenticity of the “Made in Italy”.

After many years of experience and passion, the engravers of the CAMEO ITALIANO house were awarded the title of Master Engravers. In this type of art, the viewer is seduced by the love that the artist skillfully imprints into his detailed creation, a process that makes it unique, unrepeatable and therefore beautiful.

In the rich offer of CAMEO ITALIANO jewelry you can find necklaces, pendants, bracelets, earrings, rings and watches. CAMEO ITALIANO jewelry is divided into several collections, which I will present to you in detail in the following posts.

In today’s post I present you a necklace, earrings and a watch that are part of the CAMEO ITALIANO collection.

The “Partenope” watch that you have the opportunity to see in today’s post is a special watch with a design engraved by hand on the shell and 925 sterling silver, cameo size 30mm. The watch is adorned by a dark blue – navy bracelet.

I chose this unusual set because it irresistibly associates me with my name and I love seeing rose motifs on clothes or jewelry. I am fascinated by the beauty of this jewelry, that’s why I want to invite all those who want to know more about the Italian brand of jewelry and watches CAMEO ITALIANO and discover what the Di Luca family has prepared for the new season, visit their official online store and follow them on social media channels Facebook and Instagram.

My outfit today is coincidentally made up of Italian brands. The first fashion brand I want to present to you today is Herno fashion house. What caught my eye about this brand is their motto: “In the beginning it was water, which carries the flow of life.” It creates something new…”

This is how In Flumine est vita, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Herno, sums up the praise for the sublime element that animates the brand, water. Whether in river or lake, rain or fog, snow or humidity, it is the muse that inspired the quintessential high-performance product that started it all and continues to this day: the raincoat.

It was from that cotton from 1948, treated with castor oil from the airplanes left by the war, that young Giuseppe Marenzi and his wife Alessandra Diana felt the possibility of opening a business. And from the beginning, with the urgency and enthusiasm typical of that period of great ferment that was postwar Italy, experimentation and innovation pervaded Herno’s vocation.

The coexistence with lake and river water took shape and became functional first in jackets and then in high-performance coats, well designed, made with superior craftsmanship that can only be found in Italy, and also useful for protection from the cold and find shelter from the rain, northerly wind and humidity in the lake region. That’s what water is to Herno: connection, love, passion, challenge, ingenuity. And success.

The winter jacket you see in today’s fashion story is part of the permanent iconic Herno collection, in a bright red color.

In today’s fashion story, I will present you some fashion pieces from my favorite Italian brand – Max Mara. How did the brand name come about?

Max Mara is my favorite brand because it absolutely meets my criteria when it comes to wardrobe, which are: quality, interesting models and cuts, good selection of materials, as well as fine processing of materials. Today I decided to show you a turtleneck sweater, a skirt and a bag from this timeless Italian brand. The turtleneck is made of the finest cashmere, as is the skirt, while the bag is made of leather with the embossed croco print.

If you want to know more about the Italian fashion house Max Mara and discover what the Maramotti family has prepared for the new fashion season, visit their official online store and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: Max Mara, Definition of Italian Elegance…

My dear fashionistas, welcome to my first fashion story in 2023. Marko conveyed all your questions to me, as well as numerous compliments for my fashion stories, so I made an effort to set aside time to share new inspirational fashion outfit with you. Elegance and refinement are always in style, it’s just a question of how to harmonize it with your age. Young people find elegance boring, so when they try to reach that formal level of elegance, they look much older… Elegance is something much more than clothes, it’s a matter of feeling that comes by itself. You have to work on yourself to be able to be happy with yourself and thus reach that level of refinement and elegance that radiates from you and becomes your mirror.

Even when I was younger, people always told me how different I was because of my attitude and behavior, a typical young lady with attitude. I have always been guided by some inner feeling and I am still guided by it today after so many years. Elegance has nothing to do with age, but the experience you gain over the years will help you more easily reach that certain level of elegance and refinement that all women aspire to.

Elegance is hidden in simplicity and small details that can make any outfit unique and special. In addition to clothes, the attitude and energy you radiate is very important, in order to leave an impression on others, you must be full of self-confidence and self-belief. If you don’t love yourself or don’t believe in yourself, believe me, others won’t love, appreciate and respect you either. Once you master that then you can move on to the fashion aspect. Every woman who wants to be elegant, noticed and chic must take strict care in choosing details such as jewelry, leather goods, shoes and fashion accessories. Elegance is also reflected in the way you carry the bag. You must know how to carry all the things you carry and not let them carry you.

The way you style your hair sends different messages to people and you must always be well-groomed. When I say well-groomed, I mean that a woman should be clean and cosmetically sanctified, today the cosmetic industry has progressed so much that there are creams, serums, masks and various other kind of products that are adapted for women and men of all ages, so you should carry out your care using adequate products. Creams don’t have to be expensive, even sometimes cheap products like ordinary baby soap and the classic blue Nivea cream can make your skin look beautiful. All this is necessary for a lady to be elegant and refined.

In today’s fashion story, I will present you some fashion pieces from my favorite Italian brand – Max Mara.

Maramotti.

Max Mara is my favorite brand because it absolutely meets my criteria when it comes to wardrobe, which are: quality, interesting models and cuts, good selection of materials, as well as fine processing of materials. I believe you all have seen by now how much I love fur and cashmere, so this fur coat is my new fashion love that I am sure I will wear for a long time and beautifully. This coat is made of the finest pure cashmere, while the front side of the coat is made of high-quality mink fur.

In addition to the excellent combination of materials, the very model of this coat is modern and unusual. Depending on what you plan to wear with this coat, it can be nicely combined with elegant outfits, as well as with some relaxed everyday casual outfits. In addition to coats, blouses and trousers are also part of the Max Mara collection. The top is made of cashmere, while the trousers are made of the finest wool.

In addition to a nice and quality coat, I always like to wear pearls, which have always been a timeless fashion classic. My outfit today was enriched by a rhodium-plated silver pearl brooch and earrings from the famous Macedonian brand Ohrid Pearl Filevi 1928.

The Filevi family is a family that has been producing Ohrid pearls since 1928, which is confirmed by historical facts and numerous institutions. The secret of making Ohrid pearls is still one of the most closely guarded secrets of this family, which combines pearls into creative pearl necklaces and bracelets, and has been passed down from generation to generation for the fourth generation. When we talk about pearl, we always think of the pearl that is in the shell, but the Ohrid pearl is much more than that and has a more specific way of production. It is extremely important to note that there are only two families in Ohrid who know the secret of making the famous Ohrid pearl.

The Ohrid pearl is not found in the shell, but is made by taking the brightest (inner) part of the shell, processing it well and obtaining the desired shape – a grain of mother-of-pearl. Another process of grain processing is coating the already obtained mother-of-pearl grain with an emulsion obtained from the scales of the Ohrid fish – Alburnus scoranza. Today, several new models of Ohrid pearl necklaces appeared, which accentuated certain events such as weddings, celebrations and visits, girlfriend proposals and many others.

The Filevi family – Ohrid Pearl Filevi 1928 offers a rich collection of unique handmade jewelry. A large selection of different colors of cultured natural pearls allows you to choose the ideal piece of jewelry for your sensibility. Each creation is characterized by an individual approach to conception and design. They are made in different lengths according to the customer’s wishes. Their jewelry is for people who want to be different, with a unique fashion style.

Pearl earrings that complete my outfit are Pearl earrings with Marcasite sterling silver and iconic Pearl brooch with rhodium plated silver. You can find the rich Filevi 1928 collection of Ohrid pearls and jewelry with classic, marquise and rhodium silver in the center of Belgrade (Serbia), at Knez Mihailova 29, in the passage next to the Progress Gallery.

Also if you are going to the heart of North Macedonia – Ohrid and visiting the capital Skopje, take the opportunity to visit their stores.

The making of Filevi 1928 jewelry is a real art and each handcrafted piece of Filevi jewelry has, above all, a special sentimental value. Passion for jewelry and love for fine craftsmanship is reflected in every single piece of Filevi 1928 jewelry. All you have to do is imagine and wish for an Ohrid pearl, and Filevi 1928 is here to create and realize your wishes and ideas together with you.

If you want to know more about Ohrid Pearl Filevi 1928 brand and discover the world of Ohrid pearls, visit their official online store and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.

Every woman who wants to achieve an elegant look must always have nice shoes. This time I decided on shoes from the Italian brand CHANTAL 1962, which has been making quality shoes with unusual designs for more than 60 years. The shoes you can see in today’s fashion story are made of plush with Swarovski crystal details. In addition to beauty, these shoes are decorated with comfort, which is important when choosing footwear.

I hope you enjoyed my fashion story today. I am currently in the capital of Qatar – Doha and I will show you some outfits that can serve as inspiration for the new spring season that is knocking on our door. See you in a few days at the same place, with some new interesting story.

Best Regards,

Rose

Fashion Diary of Mrs. Mom: Fur and Pearls Are Forever!

Dear fashionistas, I hope you are doing well. I believe that today’s fashion story will be interesting for many women because I will share with you my favorite fashion pieces. The subject of my first fashion story on the Mr.M blog is the beauty of fur and pearls – symbols of style and immortality. Fur is a noble material that has always been worn by celebrities, members of royal families, while in Belgrade this status symbol was worn by great ladies.

In addition to fur, the necks of those elegant ladies were decorated with pearls, which have always been a timeless classic. My mother loved fur, and from her I inherited my love for this noble material, as well as for pearls, which I still wear with great pleasure.

After the published fashion story about the FURMARK certificate for the sustainability of fur in the fashion industry on the Mr.M blog, Marko and I received numerous questions regarding the selection of the appropriate quality of fur, as well as the selection of a fur coat model. Many ladies were in doubt, since buying a fur coat is a serious investment and therefore it is necessary to carefully choose the right model for yourself. There are furs of different quality on the market, from pieces to whole skins, natural and dyed fur.

Therefore, it is best for everyone to choose the fur that the lady thinks is the best and always ask the professionals, who can help you and answer all your doubts. Prices can vary and it is certain that with a higher price, you get better quality, which is of course the desire of all of us. A coat is a piece that is eternal, it can be passed on to generations to come.

I love fur and love to wear it. This wonderful mink cape with an unusual cut has taken a special place in my wardrobe this winter season. I am always happy to give my trust to Italian furriers because of the exceptional quality of workmanship and unusual design. The cape that you have the opportunity to see in today’s fashion story is a true masterpiece of the Italian fur shop Nello Santi.

The story of this brand begins in the chilly autumn of 1943, when the inhabitants of the Italian town of Grosseto were anxiously awaiting the coming winter. It was a winter that swept the whole area with cold winds and white frosts, as it does every year. The capital of the Maremma region was badly affected by the Great War. The population was exhausted and battered by years of conflict and poverty, as well as their sad loss of offspring, misery and hunger.

A few years later, in 1960 to be exact, the war ended and great Italy finally experienced a revival. Those were the years of the “dolce vita” (Sweet Life), even in sun-drenched Tuscany, style and elegance and the label “Made in Italy” were becoming increasingly sought after. Women competed to show off in the most expensive and unusual furs. Furs were trending, and Nello Santi as a specialized workshop for prestigious, high-quality furs experienced its heydays.

Alessandro Santi, who grew up in the world of fashion and luxury furs, took over the family company and in a short time became famous throughout Tuscany for his distinctive style and the skill with which he took care of every detail, turning each garment into a unique fashion piece of great value and extraordinary beauty.

The gentle and elegant lines of Nello Santi fur have always been inspired by the authentic landscapes of sunny Tuscany. This unusual Italian fur shop experienced its turning point of success in the 80s, when the determination of the Santi family went one step further and conquered the international markets of luxury goods.

Thanks to the eldest son of Mr. Alessandro – Nello Santi, this brand is synonymous with quality, reliability and timeless elegance. Mr. Nello Santi is aware of the value of what he has inherited. He has a deep understanding of his company, which is why he always makes sure that his customers can come to Grosseto and visit the workshop that his grandfather created many years ago, in the country where he was born, where it all began.

Nello Santi fur collections are enriched with new notes, colors and lines that fit well with contemporary styles, while never neglecting the elegant cut of his original designs.

The combination of nature and craftsmanship, which the Santi family offers as a selfless gift to new generations today more than ever, in the face of the rise of mass production and the use of highly polluting synthetic fabrics, represents a practice of “green elegance” that must be protected and passed on. Fur has a history as ancient as the world itself. It has always been a part of the natural cycles of human life and in addition to being an exclusive and unique product, it is ecologically sustainable at every stage of production and does not cause pollution of the natural environment.
Producing, buying and wearing a fur coat is a gesture of love for tradition and nature and, like any gesture of love, it is capable of bringing beauty and pleasure into our lives.

Their jewelry is for people who want to be different, with a unique fashion style.

Today, my neck is adorned with a pearl necklace with filigree and an elegant figure of a lady. What is a filigree? Filigree is one of the most beautiful metalworking techniques. This technique has been used throughout the centuries to produce extremely high-quality and valuable jewelry as well as decorative items that we still admire today. In order to make a decorative item or jewelry using this technique, silver, gold, and less often copper wire is used to compose the motif. Threads of wire are bent and interlaced, tied together and thus a complex motif is formed that can be placed on a metal base or completely free. Circles, flowers, and geometric patterns were made from filigree wire. Small metal balls were sometimes placed on objects made in this way.

Pearl earrings that complete my outfit are Filevi 1928 rhodium-plated silver earrings. You can find the rich Filevi 1928 collection of Ohrid pearls and jewelry with classic, marquise and rhodium silver in the center of Belgrade (Serbia), at Knez Mihailova 29, in the passage next to the Progress Gallery.
