My dear fashionistas, welcome to a new fashion story on the Mr.M blog. Today I am taking you on a morning fashion walk in one of the most beautiful pearls of the Cote d’Azur with the famous British footwear brand Jimmy Choo. Some mornings you simply remember for the rest of your life, I must admit that this one in Nice was one of them. The city was still sleeping, the trams were just leaving the depot, and Massena Square belonged only to me. Right there, on the black and white chess cobblestones, this fashion story was born. For her, I chose Jimmy Choo Memphis sneakers in beige color, with a complete Loro Piana combination in beige tones. On his wrist was a Briston Streamliner Kennedy, a watch that immediately became the topic of conversation.

I have been writing about fashion and travel for twelve years. During that time I learned one important thing. True elegance does not stand out, but discreetly accentuates. It is not proven by big brand logos, but by cut, material and feeling on the skin. This combination is a perfect example of that approach. That’s why I decided to tell you the stories of three brands in this article. The first is about the iconic London house made famous by Princess Diana. The second is about an Italian family that has been spinning the world’s finest fibers for a century. The third is about a young French watch brand that brought back the spirit of the 1930s.

Let’s start in order, because each piece of this combination deserves its own chapter.

PLACE MASSÉNA: WHERE FASHION MEETS THE FRENCH RIVIERA

Massena square is the heart of Nice and its most beautiful heritage. It is named after Andre Massena, the famous Napoleonic general who was born in this city. The construction of the square began in 1832, and the space was created partly over the bed of the Paillon river. The architect Joseph Vernier designed arcades based on the famous Parisian street of Rivoli. The result is a space that seems Italian and French at the same time.

This duality is not accidental. Nice became part of France only in 1860. Before that, it belonged to the Savoy dynasty, so the red facades with green shutters preserve the Italian heritage of the city. When you stand in the middle of the square, you have the impression that you are somewhere between Turin and Paris. It is a real gift for photographers, because the red background gives warmth to every frame.

On the south side of the square is the Sun Fountain. In its center stands the seven-meter high marble Apollo, the work of sculptor Alfred Janio from 1956. It is interesting that the naked god once caused a real scandal among the citizens. Because of this, the statue was removed, and it returned to the square only in 2011. Today, Apollon is once again a symbol of the city and a favorite place for photography.

Above the tram tracks rise seven figures on tall pillars. Catalan artist Jaume Plensa installed them in 2007 under the name “Conversation in Nice”. The figures represent the seven continents, and at night they change colors and create a magical scene. I recommend visiting the square twice, once at dawn and once after sunset.

WHY BEIGE? THE PHILOSOPHY OF TIMELESS STYLE

Many people ask me why I choose neutral tones so often. The answer is simple. Beige, camel and sand colors never go out of fashion. They are the silent basis of a mature man’s wardrobe. Plus, these tones are flattering on almost every skin tone and blend easily.

There is also a deeper reason. The combination in one color palette visually elongates the figure. When the coat, T-shirt, pants and sneakers are in similar shades, the eye slides from shoulder to foot without interruption. This trick has been used by the world’s best stylists for decades. Trust me, it works better than any diet.

For Nice, this choice had another meaning. The red facades of Massena Square seek a calm contrast. If I had worn something colorful, the photos would have looked restless. In this way, the beige tones breathe against the terracotta, and the whole frame seems harmonious. When planning each fashion story, I first think about the location, and only then about the wardrobe. That order always pays off for me.

The advice at the end of this section is practical. If you’re building a wardrobe in neutral tones, mix textures. Silk with technical fabric, smooth leather with wool. It is the difference in materials that makes the monochromatic combination not boring. This will be discussed later in the text.

JIMMY CHOO: FROM EAST LONDON TO GLOBAL LUXURY

Now we come to the main character of this title. Today, Jimmy Choo is synonymous with luxurious shoes and leather goods, but the beginnings were quite humble. The founder of the brand was born in 1948 on the Malaysian island of Penang, in a family of shoemakers. He learned the trade from his father, and he made his first pair of shoes at the age of eleven. They were ordinary slippers, but they defined his whole life.

In the early 1980s, Choo studied shoemaking at the famous Cordwainers College in London. After his studies, he opened a small workshop in the eastern part of the city, in the building of the former hospital. There he made shoes by hand for private customers. His work was quickly noticed by British Vogue, which devoted eight pages to him in 1988. For a young craftsman from Malaysia, it was a ticket to the world of high fashion.

Princess Diana became his most loyal customer. Choo regularly went to Kensington Palace and created special models for her. Her support meant more than any advertisement. When a princess wears your shoes, the whole world wants to know who made them.

The turning point came in 1996. Tamara Mellon, then accessories editor at British Vogue, suggested the collaboration. Her father invested one hundred and fifty thousand pounds, so in May of that year Jimmy Choo Ltd. was established. The first store was opened the same year in London’s Motcomb Street.

JIMMY CHOO: FROM THE RED CARPET TO THE WORLD STAGE

The ’90s were the perfect moment for the birth of such a brand. Hollywood was then discovering the power of the red carpet, and actresses were looking for shoes that told a story. Jimmy Choo heels have quickly become a must-have at any awards show. Let’s also mention the “Sex and the City” series, which turned the brand into a part of popular culture. When Carrie Bradshaw exclaimed that she had lost her “Choo” shoe, stores got lined up overnight.

The founder himself retired from the company in 2001, when he sold his half of the ownership. The creative helm was taken over by Sandra Choi, his wife’s cousin, who worked with him from the very beginning. She still manages the design of the house today, which gives the whole story a rare dose of consistency. Few fashion houses can boast of the same creative handwriting over three decades.

The business boom continued even without the founder. In 2014, the company went public on the London Stock Exchange, as the first luxury footwear brand to succeed. Three years later, it was bought by the Michael Kors group, today known as Capri Holdings, for about 896 million pounds. For a workshop that started in an old hospital building, it’s a path rarely seen.

The British Crown repaid the founder in 2002, when he received an Order of the British Empire for his contribution to the fashion industry. The boy from Penang became Mr. Choo, and his name went down in fashion history.

JIMMY CHOO MEMPHIS BEIGE SNEAKERS: LUXURY IN EVERY STEP

Now let’s go back to Masena Square and my feet. The Memphis model represents the modern face of Jimmy Choo. These are sneakers that combine sporty comfort and the recognizable luxury of the brand. My pair comes in a natural color, somewhere between ivory and light sand. That shade blended perfectly with the rest of the combination.

The upper part of the sneaker combines smooth leather and flexible neoprene. That joint provides firmness where it is needed and softness where the foot breathes. On the side is a discreet JC sign in the same color as the rest of the sneaker. That’s exactly what I like the most. The sign is there, but you only notice it up close. No over-emphasized logo, no big letters, just the signature Jimmy Choo heritage.

The most interesting part is hidden behind. The heel has a transparent insert with multiple protrusions, resembling large diamonds. When light passes through them, the sneaker takes on an almost jewel-like sheen. It is a detail that sets Memphis apart from hundreds of similar models on the market. Photos from Nice show it well, especially those taken in the morning sun.

The sole is made of rubber in a warm caramel shade, with pronounced patterns for a good grip. The thickness of the sole gives a few centimeters of height, but without the impression of bulkiness. The interior is fitted and soft, so the foot has support from the first step. Overall, these are sneakers that look equally good with suit pants and jeans.

JIMMY CHOO MEMPHIS SNEAKERS: CAN YOU WALK IN THEM ALL DAY?

Beauty without comfort means nothing to me. That’s why I test every pair of shoes where it’s the hardest, on trips. Nice is the ideal training ground for that. The city has kilometers of stone cobblestones, steep streets of the old town and a long walk along the sea. The Memphis sneakers withstood it all without a single blister.

Neoprene proved to be a hit. The material follows the movement of the foot and does not constrict even after a whole day of walking. The installed insole absorbs shocks on a hard surface, which the spine really feels at the end of the day. The rubber sole reliably holds even on the smooth tiles of the square, even when they are damp from the morning wash.

Practical advice for anyone thinking about bright sneakers. Natural color requires a little more care, but it’s easier to maintain than you think. I wipe the leather parts with a damp cloth immediately after returning to the hotel. Neoprene is cleaned with a soft brush, always in the same direction. With a little discipline, the sneakers look like they came out of the box even after many wears.

To end this piece, one observation about size. The model is true to size and a classic fit, so take the one you normally wear. If you have a wider foot, the neoprene will adjust after the first day. This is another advantage of this unusual combination of materials.

LORO PIANA: A CENTURY OF QUIET LUXURY FROM PIEDMONT

Now let’s move on to the wardrobe, because it bears the signature of a house that I can write about for days. For me, Loro Piana is the pinnacle of what we call quiet luxury. The story begins long before the official establishment. The Loro Piana family traded wool in Trivero, Italy, as early as the beginning of the nineteenth century. The company was founded in 1924 by the engineer Pietro Loro Piano in the town of Quarona, at the foot of the Alps in Piedmont.

The real rise began in the forties, when Pietro’s nephew Franko took over management. He exported fine fabrics from Quarona to major fashion houses in Paris and beyond. Their fabrics were bought by the world’s best tailors, from Parisian ateliers to London’s Savile Row. When famous masters choose your material, it says more than any award.

In the 1970s, Franco’s sons, Sergio and Pier Luigi, came to the fore. The brothers turned the family business into a global brand. Their idea was simple and bold. Control every step, from the fiber on the animal to the finished coat in the store. That’s why they traveled the world in search of the best raw materials. They found cashmere in Mongolia and northern China, and the finest merino wool in Australia and New Zealand.

A special chapter is the vicuña, a wild relative of the llama from the Andes. The Incas kept its golden fleece only for the emperors, and poachers almost exterminated it by the 1960s. In 1994, Loro Piana signed a contract with Peru to purchase fiber exclusively from live animals. Later, she helped establish the first private vicuña reserve. Since 2013, the house has been operating within the LVMH group, but the spirit of Quarone still lives in every seam.

LORO PIANA: WHAT QUIET LUXURY LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

The term quiet luxury has become a buzzword in recent years, so it’s worth explaining what it really means. Loro Piana has been its living definition since the time when the term did not even exist. The house hardly uses visible signs on clothes. No big letters across the chest, no patterns screaming from afar. The value is hidden in the fiber itself and in the hand that processes it.

The numbers explain it best. Vicuna fiber measures about twelve microns in diameter, making it the finest commercial fiber in the world. Baby cashmere, which is combed only from young kids, is about thirteen and a half microns. By comparison, human hair is several times thicker. When such a fiber touches the skin, you understand why connoisseurs pay the price without question.

There is also one nice detail that few people know. The House awards the Record Ball every year, a competition for the best merino wool growers from Australia and New Zealand. The winning wool goes into special, limited-edition collections. Thus the circle closes, from the pasture at the end of the world to the storefront in Milan.

For me, the lesson is simple. True opulence does not seek an audience, but a connoisseur. She is not easy to photograph, but she is remembered under her fingers. That’s exactly why I choose pieces like this for trips that mean something.

LORO PIANA CAMEL WIND COAT: LIGHTWEIGHT PROTECTION WITH TIMELESS STYLE

The first Loro Piana piece in this combination is a windbreaker coat in camel color. At first glance, it looks like an ordinary light coat, but the hand immediately feels the difference. The fabric is technical, smooth and almost weightless, while protecting against rain and wind. For a traveler, it is worth its weight in gold. The coat fits in hand luggage, does not wrinkle and is ready for any surprise in the sky.

The fit is relaxed, with roomy pockets and a collar that can be raised as needed. Mid-thigh length makes it versatile. You can wear it over a suit, but also over a T-shirt like here in Nice. The zipper and zippers allow you to close it up to the throat when the wind blows from the sea. The air was fresh in the square that morning, so the coat did exactly what it was designed for.

Camel color is a separate story. It is a shade that has marked the history of men’s elegance, from classic coats to modern windbreakers. It naturally goes well with beige, white and brown palettes, but also with navy or gray. If you’re choosing one lightweight coat for all your travels, camel is the smartest choice.

It is interesting how Loro Piano approaches such pieces. There are no visible signs, no large inscriptions. You can tell the quality by the fall of the fabric and the finishing of the seams. That’s exactly why this kind of coat lasts for years, both fashionably and physically.

LORO PIANA SILK THREAD SHIRT: A LESSON IN LUXURY MATERIALS

Under the coat I wear a Loro Piana silk thread shirt in beige. In the photos, it looks like a regular T-shirt. In reality, it is a knitted piece of fine thread, closer to a light sweater than a cotton T-shirt. The difference is seen in the ribbed collar and the way the fabric falls.

Silk is a material that people mistakenly associate only with shirts and scarves. In the knitted version, she shows a completely different face. It is pleasant on the skin, breathes better than cotton and naturally regulates heat. In the morning, it heats just as much as it needs, and in the afternoon it does not overheat. For the Mediterranean climate, where the temperature changes from hour to hour, it is the perfect choice.

There is also an aesthetic reason why I like these shirts. The knitted piece has body and structure, so it looks neat without ironing. The shoulder fits well, the sleeve keeps its shape, and the edge does not lose its line after washing. When you tuck such a T-shirt into your pants or leave it over your belt, it always looks thoughtful.

Maintenance requires a little attention, but nothing terrible. Hand wash in lukewarm water or delicate program, always in a mesh bag. Dry on a flat surface, away from direct sunlight. In return, you get a piece that you will wear for years. My experience says that one shirt like this is worth five regular ones, because it never fails.

LORO PIANA BEIGE WIDE-LEG PANTS: HOW TO STYLE THEM

The third Loro Piana piece is wide trousers in beige color, with deep pleats and a straight leg drop. This cut has been making a big comeback in recent seasons, and I’m honestly looking forward to it. The wide leg has an old Hollywood elegance and comfort that a slim fit will never match.

The secret to good wide leg pants lies in three things. The first is a fabric with weight, which falls straight and does not flutter in every breeze. The second is the high waist, which elongates the leg and holds the silhouette. The third is the exact length, to the middle of the sneaker, not even a millimeter lower. When those three conditions match, the pants do half the work for you.

Many men are afraid of a wide cut because they think it makes them look shorter. The truth is the opposite, with one condition. The upper part must be neat and close to the body. That’s why I partially tucked the shirt in, and left the coat open. Thus, the belt remains visible, the leg appears longer, and the whole figure gains height. Try this trick and see for yourself.

Beige pants with beige sneakers are a deliberate decision. When the shoes and the leg are in a similar shade, the line of the leg is not interrupted. It is the oldest trick for elongating the silhouette and it works without fail. On the chess cobblestones of Place Massena, that effect came to full expression, as the photos clearly show.

BRISTON STREAMLINER KENNEDY: ART DECO ELEGANCE ON YOUR WRIST

We come to the attention-grabbing detail in each close-up photo. The Briston Streamliner Kennedy is a watch that carries an entire era in a small square. Briston is a young French house, founded in 2013. Its creator, Brice Jaune, spent fifteen years at major watch houses before going his own way. His idea was fresh. To create watches with a sporty spirit and club elegance, at a price that does not ask for an inheritance.

Acetate, the natural cellulose material we all know from eyeglass frames, became the house’s trademark. Briston sources it from the famous Italian manufacturer Mazzucchelli, a family business with knowledge passed down for six generations. Each acetate plate is polished by hand, so no two watches are ever exactly the same. I especially like this idea of unrepeatability in the era of mass production.

The Streamliner Kennedy collection arrived as a modern reading of the 1930s. The inspiration is the American Streamline movement, an offshoot of Art Deco that shaped the trains, cars and architecture of the era. Geometry, symmetry and the play of straight and round lines form the core of this design. The name of the collection is a tribute to the style of the Kennedy family, and John Fitzgerald Kennedy is considered one of the most elegant presidents in history. Its blend of casualness and elegance accurately describes the character of this watch.

My copy wears a silvery white dial and a brown leather bracelet with a crocodile print. In the morning sun of Nice, with the camel sleeve of the coat, he looked like he was made for this shot.

BRISTON: THE DETAILS THAT MAKE A WATCH TRULY SPECIAL

Let’s stay a little longer on the watch, because the details deserve it. The case is square, measuring thirty-six by thirty-six millimeters, made of brushed stainless steel. The sides are supported by tortoiseshell-colored acetate panels, secured with visible screws. That combination of cold steel and warm, amber pattern gives the watch a character that I rarely see in this class.

The crown stands at twelve o’clock, which is an unusual and very practical solution. On its top sits a cabochon of lapis lazuli, a deep blue stone. It’s a small noble detail that elevates the watch for class. The dial is double-layered, with Roman and Arabic numerals cut through the top plate. The center bears guilloche decoration and a railway minute scale, a gift to the eye of anyone who loves old crafts.

Inside beats the Japanese automatic movement Miyota 9039, thin and reliable, with a power reserve of up to forty-two hours. The transparent bottom reveals a rotor with an engraved house coat of arms. Sapphire glass protects the dial, and water resistance up to fifty meters covers every rain and hand washing.

Special praise goes to the system for quick replacement of bracelets. Without tools, in a few seconds, the watch changes its character. Steel bracelet for business day, leather for dinner, canvas for the beach. One hour, three different stories. For the traveler who packs smart, that’s a winning argument.

Macro shot of the Briston Streamliner Kennedy automatic watch with square steel case, tortoiseshell acetate sides, white guilloché dial and Roman numerals against a blue Riviera sky

HOW DID I PUT TOGETHER THIS OUTFIT?

Now that you know each piece, here’s how I think about putting them together. The base is a pyramid of shades. The lightest point is the t-shirt and sneakers, the middle is the pants, and the darkest tone is worn by the coat. The brown bracelet of the watch and the caramel sole of the sneakers connect the whole like thin threads. Nothing is accidental, but nothing seems forced. That’s the goal I’m aiming for.

The second rule is textures. I mentioned it earlier, and here it is applied literally. Technical fabric of the coat, knitted silk of the shirt, smooth wool of the pants, leather and neoprene on the sneakers. Four different sensations in the same color palette. That’s why the combination has depth even though it’s almost monochromatic. In photos it reads like layering, but in person it reads like thoughtfulness.

The third rule concerns proportion. Wide trousers look for a counterbalance above, so the coat has a relaxed but controlled cut. The sleeves are rolled up just enough to reveal the watch. The collar stands up, because it gives a frame to the face and a little drama to the frame. These are all little things, but little things make the difference between a well-dressed man and a well-dressed man.

The last tip from this chapter is the most important. Wear what makes you feel like yourself. I feel at home in these tones, and it shows in my posture and smile. No brand can buy that kind of confidence.

NICE BEFORE THE CROWD: WHY 6 AM IS THE BEST TIME TO EXPLORE THE CITY

Finally, a few lines about the painting itself, because you often ask me how these photos are created. The secret is always the same and it’s called waking up early. The photographer and I arrived at Masena Square seven hours ago, when the city is just waking up. Then the light is soft and golden, the shadows are long, and the square is almost empty. Two hours later the same location is teeming with people and that peace cannot be repeated.

Nice rewards early risers in other ways as well. The bakeries then take out the first pastry, and the smell spreads through the streets of the old town. Fishermen return to the port, trams slide half-empty, and the Promenade des Anglais belongs to healthy people who have come for their morning jog and seagulls. It is a city that tourists rarely see, and that is exactly what is remembered most deeply.

From the square, I recommend a short walk through the Promenade du Paillon, a green belt that stretches through the heart of the city. The water mirror with jets is especially beautiful in the morning, while the red facades are reflected in it. From there, a ten-minute walk separates you from the sea and the famous promenade along the coast. The whole stretch can be visited before breakfast, which I highly recommend.

A practical detail for those planning a similar venture. Check the tram timetable, as the line passes through the square itself. Between two passes, you have a few quiet minutes for a shot on the rails. Safety always comes first, photography comes last.

WHO IS THIS OUTFIT FOR?

Finally, let’s be honest about one question. Who does this choice of clothing suit best? My answer is, to any man who has outgrown the need to prove himself. The beige palette, clean cuts and quiet details call for a certain maturity. Not age, but attitude. This is the wardrobe of a man who knows what he likes and doesn’t change his mind every season.

The good news is that the whole approach is easily customizable. Don’t have Jimmy Choo sneakers? Look for any quality sneakers in sand color with rubber sole in caramel tone. The Loro Piana t-shirt can be replaced with a good knitted merino wool t-shirt. The essence is not in the name on the label, but in the palette, cuts and textures. The rules I described work at every level of investment.

The only thing I wouldn’t skimp on is the watch. It is a detail that people notice first and forget last. Bryston proves that a special watch doesn’t have to cost as much as a car. For the price of a weekend on the Cote d’Azur, you get mechanics, design history, and an heirloom item. Such a calculation always makes sense to me.

WHY THE CÔTE D’AZUR ALWAYS CALLS US BACK?

This story brought together three worlds that I truly love. London in the nineties, from which the name Jimmy Choo originated. Piedmont, where the Loro Piano family has been proving for a century that quality is the best advertisement. And France, which showed through Briston that a young brand can carry the soul of old times. All this was found one morning in the Square of Massena, under the sun that Apollo from the fountain apparently approved.

If you take away one thought from this text, let it be this one. Invest in pieces that last, tones that don’t wear out and moments that are remembered. Fashion passes, style remains, and travel gives meaning to both.

How did you like my outfit today? I really tried to prepare this post with lots of love and I hope you like it! If you have any questions, comments, suggestions or messages for me, you can write me below in the comments. Of course, as always, you can contact me via e-mail or social networks, which you can find on the CONTACT page. See you soon in new fashion adventures on the Mr.M blog!

This morning, Nice once again confirmed why it is called the pearl of the Cote d’Azur. And I’m already thinking about the next story from this magical piece of the Mediterranean. Until then, stay safe and wear what you love.

With Love from Nice,

Mr.M

Hello Marko, I really enjoyed this article because it wasn’t only about clothes, it was about the way you build an entire story around a place. I have visited Nice several times, but I have never seen Place Masséna so empty, and now I understand why you always wake up before sunrise. The beige palette works surprisingly well against those red buildings, and after reading your explanation it makes perfect sense. I also appreciated the part where you explained why textures matter more than visible logos. That is something many fashion blogs completely ignore today. I have been thinking about… Read more »

Vielen Dank… Read more »

Hi Marko, your blog reminded me why I started following your work years ago. You never focus only on expensive brands, but on explaining why certain pieces work together. I liked the idea that the location comes first and the outfit comes second because that is something I had never considered before. The morning atmosphere in Nice almost became another character in the story. I own several Loro Piana knitwear pieces, and your comments about quality versus logos describe exactly why I keep buying the brand. Have you ever tried combining the Memphis sneakers with navy trousers instead of beige?… Read more »

Read more »

Complimenti ancora… Read more »

Read more »

Good morning Marko, I have followed your fashion stories for quite a long time, and I honestly think this is one of your strongest articles. The balance between travel, history and menswear makes it enjoyable even for someone who already knows the brands you mention. I especially appreciated your comments about buying pieces that last instead of chasing trends every season. I own two pairs of Loro Piana trousers, and your thoughts about wider cuts were interesting because I have been considering moving away from slim fits myself. Your explanation about proportions actually answered a question I had for months.… Read more »

Read more »

Read more »

Hi Marko, I really enjoyed reading this over my morning coffee. What I liked most was that it never felt like you were trying to sell anything. It felt more like you were sharing a good memory from your trip to Nice. The photos from Place Masséna before the crowds arrived are absolutely beautiful, and now I understand why you always wake up so early when you travel. The beige outfit fits the city perfectly without looking boring. It’s another article that reminds me why I keep coming back to your blog.

Hello Marko, one thing I always appreciate is that you never rush your articles. I actually feel like I’m walking through the city with you while I’m reading. Nice has always been one of my favourite places on the French Riviera, but I’ve never experienced it at sunrise. Those empty streets completely changed the way I see the city. The outfit is elegant, but it still looks comfortable enough to wear all day. That’s probably my favourite thing about your style.

Hi Marko, your articles always make me slow down for a few minutes. Instead of scrolling quickly, I actually enjoy reading every section. I liked that you talked about the city just as much as the clothes because both are part of the story. Place Masséna looks incredibly peaceful before the tourists arrive. I also think the neutral colours worked perfectly with the surroundings. Thank you for always putting real effort into your content.

Hello Marko, I honestly think your travel articles are becoming even better every year. You seem to pay attention to details that most people simply walk past. Reading about the early morning in Nice reminded me of my own trips when the streets were still quiet. Those are usually the moments I remember the longest. Your outfit matches that relaxed atmosphere perfectly. Keep doing exactly what you’re doing because it really works.

Hello Marko, this article reminded me why timeless style will always outlive trends. I enjoyed the way you explained that you choose the location before the outfit because it gives every photograph a purpose. I have walked across Place Masséna many times, but never before sunrise, so your photos made the square feel completely different.

Hi Marko, I have been reading men’s style blogs for years, yet very few writers manage to combine fashion, travel and history as naturally as you do. The section about exploring Nice at six in the morning was probably my favourite because it explains why your photographs always feel calm and authentic. Hello Marko, every time I visit your blog I end up learning something new, and today it was the history behind Briston. I had seen the brand before but never knew the inspiration came from the Streamline movement and Art Deco. Those details make a watch much more interesting than simply knowing its specifications.

Hello Marko, what impressed me most about this story was the balance between elegance and practicality. Luxury often looks beautiful in photos but doesn’t always seem wearable in everyday life.
